• Most importantly I am a bright and friendly person and I thrive in an office environment. I greet people with a smile whether over the phone or in person.
• I am very familiar with multi-line phone systems along with fax machines, copiers and scanners.
• I am practiced in the art of office organization including the creation and maintenance of a filing system for record keeping.
• I have an extensive understanding of computer programs such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. I’ve often used Microsoft Outlook for appointment scheduling. I also have much experience with the Adobe Design Suite for creating marketing materials and web graphics.
• I am knowledgeable in the use of QuickBooks Accounting software for bookkeeping, billing, correspondence, and reconciliations.
• I am extremely quick to learn new programs, software, and other office skills and delight in doing so, I am always eager to learn new things.
• I would be thrilled to have a job in which I can be challenged and self-motivated.
• I’m always punctual and exceedingly detail oriented!
