BEE-NGOThe Western Bumble Bee is a species at risk found in British Columbia. This species has een observed pollinating avocados, apples, cherries, blackberries and blueberries and

has been used to pollinate tomatoes and cranberries grown in greenhouses.

Bees can help plants make the food we eat. Look at the pictures below to see someof the fruits and vegetables we would have less of if there were no bees!

Use these BEE-NGO cards below to see if you can find five in a row, also known as a “BEE-NGO” (vertically, horizontally or diagonally) with the food that is in your fridge. Or, see how many days it takes to get “BEE-NGO”

with the food you eat. Share the cards with your friends and see who can get five foods in a row first!
