Notes from the TeacherThere will be a note included with your child’s progress report detailing missing work or assignments that require corrections. We will be working on this at school, but I wanted you to be aware of their missing work. Progress notes were printed before several students started turning in missing assignments. If you access the HAC, you will notice some grades have already started changing. The students all started taking responsibility for their work. I was very proud of them.

Suggested Buddy Study (spelling words) Practice Activities:Write each word three

times.Write the words in ABC

order.Use each word in a detailed

sentence.Create a story and use your words in the story.

Write your words with consonants in one color

and vowels in another color

Create a word search puzzle on puzzlemaker.com and complete

the puzzle.
