There are four ECLs:
Notification of Unusual Event (NUE)
Alert (ALERT)

Notification of Unusual Event County Response
County OEM will conduct “enhanced monitoring”
Public Response
Protective actions not required. Information will be provided to media.

EOC will be fully staffed. Some non-EOC responders will be place on standby or directed to respond to their assigned location.

Protective actions will likely not be required. Information will be provided to media.
