In this document we give you a step by step guide on how to fill the online application form. Please familiarise yourself about the Programs and Courses that we offer through our website. Note the dates, Rounds and Centres when and where the SEAT 2020 Tests will take place. Read and understand the SEAT 2020 Protocols thoroughly. Have the documents you need ready before you begin. The online application at Srishti Manipal consists of: 1. Completion & Submission of the Application Form (all sections) 2. Declaration and uploading of Proof of Minimum Educational Qualifications (MEQ). 3. The online application at Srishti Manipal consists of:1. Completion & Submission of the Application Form (all sections)

2. Declaration and uploading of Proof of Minimum Educational Qualifications (MEQ).

3. Payment of the Application Fee

Things to keep in mind before filling the Online Application

Applicants must ensure that they are eligible to apply for the Program and Course/s. Please check the eligibility criteria for each program at www.srishtimanipalinstitute.in

The Application Form consists of six sections - Complete all the relevant sections and type/select “NA” if not applicable

Applicants may apply for ONE or MORE Course/s

The non-refundable application fee for each course selected is Rs. 3000/-(Rupees Three Thousand Only)

Completed applications can be submitted only after successful payment of application fee for the selected course/s

Once Payment is made, no changes are possible in the Application Form

An Applicant can only apply for ONE Round.

Note:

The Applicant is required to fill the name as it appears in his/her qualifying examination marks card.

CHECKLIST OF DOCUMENTS

1. A recent photograph with a white background

2. Scanned copy - Aadhaar card or Passport or 12th STD Hall ticket

3. Scanned copies of latest educational qualifications

4. Scanned copies of achievements in extracurricular activities

5. Scanned copies of External tests you may have taken i.e.: UCEED, SAT, GRE etc.

6. Proof of Diversity - scanned certificate from Gram Panchayat or Gram Sabha where applicable

7. Scanned copy of medical documents that validate any special needs where applicable

8. Personal Statement / Statement of Purpose

9. Valid email ID

10. Valid mobile phone number

Registration and Sign in

1. Please go to the register page and enter a valid email id and 10 digit phone number. You will receive an OTP on your phone.

On submission you will receive an activation email on your registered email ID.

Enter this to verify your number.

1. After Registration you can log in with the password that you have set.

2. Please go to the Personal Details in the top left corner to begin the Application.

or Statement of Purpose for Doctoral & Research Program or Postgraduate Programs (PG) as required.

Note: The requirement for this is clearly outlined in the Selection Protocols page for each level i.e.. Doctoral & Research Program or Postgraduate Programs (PG) or Undergraduate Programs (UG)

You can review your completed application here and check if you have filled in all the fields. If there are errors, you can go back to the Section page and edit the information you have provided.
