• Focus on the positive!• Discuss your child’s concerns.

• Start going to bed earlier!– 12 hours of sleep!

On the first day…

Make plans for after school.

• Child’s birth certificate• Child's current shot record• Proof of Residence

– Lease– Closing Statement– Utility bill

We cannot accept partial information. Please have all four of the following documents so that we may enroll your child.

What’s next? • Student Council 5th graders will be giving tours of the

building.

• PTA will help you with school supplies, spirit wear, and PTA membership.

• We will make copies of your documents for you.

• When you turn in your forms, the nurse will check your immunizations to be sure that your children have everything they need to be ready for school in August.
