Here is the summary: Faculty and staff development = student success. Faculty, staff, and student personal and professional development are imperative for student success. Leadership, organizational, communication, customer service, and technology training approaches and successes provided. Participants will share their training models. Ernie, EPCC overview that includes the graduation rate, enrollment, brief CESSE results on student/faculty engagement (that I don't understand), Transfer rate, Hispanic graduation recognition, College awards, and note the breadth of professional growth opportunities we offer. We need to document our student success as the premise for the session. we will acknowledge everything done at EPCC contributes to student success, but that EPCC does an especially good job of providing the technical skills, leadership, management, and the interpersonal/attitudinal skills discussion and development.
