Breaking bad habits! ...Do you have an unhealthy or bad habit?

These are the videos top tips:1. Think about when you trigger your bad habit. Watch out for stress

or boredom as these can trigger bad habits.2. Find something to remind you about the bad habit. An image to look

at, a visualisation process (self talk) or wrist band. 3. Replace this time with something else more productive or healthy.

Find an alternative and change the behaviour!4. Have patience, it takes time to retrain your brain and reduce the

craving. Stay positive and persevere!5. Break the habit with a friend for motivation! Set goals and rewards!6. Surround yourself with people that live how you want to live.
