tool, and a pupil needs to

complete the spelling of the word.

2. The pupil selected for this activity

is chosen by passing around a

‘poisonous box’. When the music

stops, the person holding the box

will need to spell the word and

match it to the correct picture.

3. The pupil must tell the class the

use of the tool.

4. Steps 1 & 2 are repeated for all

the tools.

5. The teacher asks the pupils to

take out their ‘wr’ book.

6. The pupils listen to what the

teacher says and writes down the

tool/ what it is used for.
