Web 2.0 applications, particularly wikis, blogs, you tube channels, forums, podcasts and social network services have been adopted by many educational institutions in our country and world. Web 2.0 tools offer the opportunity for sharing of multimedia information and the ease of co-operation. Educational institutions are dislocated, temporal and spatial barriers is enormous, there is no cooperation between similar institutions, students have no desire, no motivation. With the advent of web 2.0 tools are refuge these barriers and there was a chance for the development of education in undeveloped areas completely smooth and efficient. Keywords: Web 2.0 tools, IT knowledge, internet services, open source, e-learning.Introduction

Regardless of the obvious barriers to the digital divide that exists, and other accessibility issues using appropriate Web 2.0 tools can be overcome to a degree that will simulate a reality that does not harm the professional and ethical codes, education and knowledge assessment process. Suppose that students and teachers have an open, simple and natural communication, using web 2.0 tools are retained habits, but also students and teachers are more motivated to work and acquired knowledge or skills are more effective in practice as it includes all the media.Wiki is a web site that can be changed by users who have access. The word "blog" is a contraction of "web log" - or Internet journal that provides a data base of multimedia resources. Podcasts are repositories of audio and video files that can be offered to subscribers, often without the users' requirements. These audio and video files can be taken anywhere, providing the opportunity to learn anytime, anywhere. We chose a web 2.0 tools because they have proven to be highly effective and applicable in asynchronous and synchronous online learning and virtual teaching.

The objectives of this study

Mills (2002) pointed out that the conversation in higher education is no longer a question of whether or not he believes that technology-mediated instruction has integrity, a combination of multiple media, the possibility of sharing facilities, sharing experiences, discussion, or a word web 2.0 tools best suit the needs students. Selection of the best technology to meet specific learning goals is called a mixture of learning.Online supplements to traditional teaching face to face have become commonplace, and one of the most recent adaptation of ancillary web technology is web-based records, questionnaires, evaluations, etc ..., this part is called Communication (Communication). Wiki, blogs, forums, you tube, podcasts, carry the potential of complementing, improving and adding new collaborative dimensions. Many web-based applications for research and services are currently emerging. Web 2.0 tools offer many unique and powerful service for sharing information, assignments, quizzes, tests, etc.. These web services also offer users the added advantage of using this application as simple to use (user friendly) because it reduces the technical skills needed to use these functions by the students, also allow users to focus on the development of information and tasks with a few concrete barriers.Web 2.0 technology is known as 'transparent technology' because it allows the user to concentrate more on learning, solving the tasks, tests, quizzes, and that without burdening the technical details. This paper attempts to investigate, recommend, draw attention to the use of web 2.0 tools in education and thus improve the quality of knowledge. The second generation of Internet (Web 2.0)

The term Web 2.0 was officially coined by Dale Dougherti, 2004. year, Deputy O 'Reille media when planning for the web conference. Web 2.0 is a term that describes a web application for collaboration among users in an online environment.

The key difference between web 1.0 and web only and web 2.0 is that Web 2.0 encourages cooperation and greater availability of content, also web 2.0 technology uses the collective intelligence of ensuring interactive services, giving users control over their data. Web 2.0 technologies include blogs, wikis, portals, RSS / Atom, social networking and social book marking (bookmarking). In practice, users over 40 years of age are still using web 1.0 technologies, such as for example an electronic-mail. However, young people show great interest in web 2.0 tools because they offer more opportunities, fun and more opportunities for new acquaintances. Internet research in USA show that 56% of young people in the U.S. use computers and the internet for creative activities, noting that these activities primarily involve the use of web 2.0 tools like social networking sites, My Space, Twitter, or Facebook.

Profile of today's student is much different, he is curious, impatient, spoiled and very spoiled because when their expectations are not met demand, investigate, because they require skillful in the use of new technology. According to most studies, students are savvy Internet users, according to some analysts, such as Chen even to the point of exaggeration or dependence. However, much of the problem is that the teachers. teachers who are less interested in learning through web 2.0 tools. When teachers or professors do not engage students with these types of activities, schools and other educational institutions risk becoming irrelevant to the cultural development of youth through the way young people socialize and exchange ideas.Blogging and educationMuch of the pedagogical use of blogging is based on the theory of social interaction with the mediation of language (but not limited to language). Blogs offers students the opportunity to express their ideas on a social level with the internal web 2.0 services. Opportunity to comment on this idea, it allows individuals to participate in the construction of knowledge and influence decision making bindings education.Blogging supports the internationalization of knowledge by allowing students to reflect on their own or others' messages and archived in this way may consider, analyze and to think hard about what to tell their peers or teachers. The possibility that at any time, can explore, analyze, and share what they have learned or what you want to learn. Literature suggests that blogging can be used positively to improve teaching, learning, language, geography or learning music.Blogging is a web 2.0 service which is free and offers students the opportunity to create their own blogs to write artistic, literary or scientific works, but in high school. The projected increase education about blogs literacy of students and they are more cautious in their writing because many of their peers to read this text, paragraph or poem.

Wiki

The term Wiki is derived from the Hawaiian wiki, which means hurry up, quick. Wiki is a collaborative website whose content can be changed by anyone with access to power and who are duly registered. Certainly, the best example of wiki service is Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia that. Wiki service may be used as a tool for information and dissemination of free knowledge, but also as a method of virtual collaboration, the sharing of information between participants in the projects. Also, Wiki service allows students to engage in learning from others, in addition to learning the traditional way of printed books, learning from professors and the possibility of building knowledge in the corner of your virtual environment.

BlogsInternet service that offers information exchange is a blog. Blog or weblog is a web part that shows the location of media content displayed in reverse chronological order (newest first) on a particular topic of interest in the field, profession, job, promotion, etc.. Blog functions as an online journal, blogs can be written by one person, several people, a team of associates, or by a professional marketing agency. The most important feature is the possibility of commenting on a blog that brings Web 2.0 technologies. Blog is a service that is free and everyone who has an idea, time and skills can have a blog. This service offers so many opportunities in education, skills through fun and strictly business-promotion activities. Blog features tagging and tag or keyword indicating that the efficient and effective search. It is this feature of the blog ranks top internet service when it comes to promotion and ranking companies by keywords. High school students and adolescents in this period often fall and blogs can use them just for the romantic texts and teachers is important because this information may be subject to link their blogs to the teen parties and thus motivate them to work.

Facebook

Studies show that teachers are increasingly using Facebook in the classroom. Research in Serbia show that teachers are skeptical of e-learning, as opposed to using web tools such as facebook. In this paper we have provided specific examples of application of facebook in the classroom and divided them into three methods:First Traditionally-electronic method, teacher, professor or teacher invited students to friends and later shared files that are part of the curriculum. Students have the materials and prepare the material in the traditional way, also, in this way, teachers can share the questions that the students will provide answers. This method really only facilitates communication between teachers and students that communication is a e-learning and testing is the traditional way.Second half electronic method, the situation when the teacher creates a facebook group or the side (page) in order to inform students about teaching, questions, quizzes and the ability to automatically inform all members of that group. All students on the terms of examination which is of course done the traditional way.Third Automatic method is a method where the teacher creates or buys application for e-learning to be placed on the official side of the school or subject. The market has a number of commercial and free web 2.0 services to support e-learning including teaching materials, exam questions, quizzes, wiki, forums, online testing and collaboration with a majority and the possibility that parents can see the activities and success of their children. The advantages of web 2.0 toolsThe main advantages of web 2.0 tools are: First Ease of use Second The availability of many free open source software, Third The possibility of free hosting, uploading multimedia contents,4th Fully optimized and free online environment (eg the Mediawiki, open source package that runs Wikipedia, google blogger and other services). 5th Ability to use RSS service that updates more service depending on the area of interest.6th Free support for all registered users in the field of content management, multimedia, text, sharing, linking, comments, etc..Disadvantages of web 2.0 toolsThe main advantages of web 2.0 tools are: First Open source technology does not offer much safety Intrenet, Second A serious problem is the quality of the offer, because anyone can write or publish whatever he wants, Third Vandalism, the difficulty of control of content (we do not want to cite examples, many of them and all of them have already noticed. Consider what would happen to publish fictional article about a historical event that I take this information as a fact.)

4th Copyright, in an open and collaborative web environment, anyone can easily post copyrighted material without the consent holder, there are inadequate facilities that are misleading.5th Besides the Rollback function that has a majority of Web 2.0 tools but removal of problematic texts do not go easily or quickly.MethodologyThe methodology of the online environment include defining the bindings of all the activities of distance learning or e-learning. The first and fundamental step is the legislation, the law that regulates the conditions, standards and procedures for distance learning. The second step involves access by all students in private or organized in the school if students do not have Internet access. The next step involves renting web hosting and domain on which to host applications for e-learning. Application for e-learning authoring that can be. Created just for concrete subject or download almost environment for e-learning with free Internet portals or websites of partner institutions, Ministry, Agency for Education, etc.. Holder classes in the virtual world can be a subject teacher who has completed training in the use of these services or specialized mentor for a specific area. The decision of the supervisor to bring a government school, or ministry, through special regulation.Communication in the online environment include a number of ways such as VOIP (Voice over IP) interactive whiteboard, direct messages to the student-mentor relationship, application sharing, file transfer, web touring, video transmission in real time environment. Virtual rooms can also be used for small group meetings, one on one tutoring, mentoring. For all these services it is essential to the existence of virtual office hours, help desk, support services and so on.In addition it is necessary to motivate, encourage students to relax the way video chat with peers who have had difficulty in the case, the virtual game, the possibility of casual chat, gather around common interests and many other ways. We will conclude this section with advice that is necessary to bring innovation in every part of teaching in traditional school and virtual school mainly because internet users are spoiled, picky, impatient, easily influenced to games, entertainment, learning, etc..Conclusion

In the process of building online environment for students and teachers need a lot of investment and deeper involvement of all actors involved in the teaching process. It is very important to good cooperation between students and teachers, good communication and mutual respect. Best results are achieved when online teaching is organized in a way that is closest to the cultural, economic, traditional legacy environments to which they belong.

In the traditional teaching of applied so-called linear approach adopt information and knowledge. In e-learning is applied interactive model that defines the active participation of students in the learning process. Tasks are solve through multiple points of interaction problems in principle. Today's students are immersed in the interaction through cooperation and social and technological tools such as blogs, wikis, you tube and other various social networking tools. Inclusion through the application of computer technology or human resources to create online learning promotes multi tasking, changing the behavior of students and teachers with a view to achieving effective, applicable knowledge. This paper points out the importance of web 2.0 tools in general and particularly in the field of e-learning. Blogs, wikis, forums, social networks and other tools are changing the way we communicate in society and of course a way of learning, business, entertainment, travel, etc..Web 2.0 applications are designed to connect people, ideas, materials, their interests and to enhance work, study, entertainment ... These new technologies are particularly sensitive to criticism, because many people need a lot of time to learn to use them. This opportunity to point out that most of these tools has its most serious and these tutorials and video tutorials to use.Literature1.Anderson, P. (2007 February). What is Web 2.0?
