The UK office supports a franchise network of over 150 stores with over 1,600 Worldwide. We are looking for a responsible and committed individual to join our national mailbox programme. Working as part of a dynamic team, your role will involve supporting MBE franchisees in the process of moving from managing their mailbox operations instore, to Central management by MBE (UK). For locations that are Centrally managed, supporting customers by phone and email, helping to ensure smooth management of our mailbox services, maximising sales opportunities and maintaining records. You will also provide cover for other central sales activities, including Auction Logistics and Shredding Services. Main duties and responsibilities: Migrate all aspects of mailbox customer management from the MBE network to MBE (UK). Instruct stores on mailbox customer ID upload requirements. Cancel mailbox services at customers request, in-line with company policy. Ensure MBE (UK) hold the correct ID centrally for mailbox customers. KPI reporting including, but not limited to:

- Sales income per store.- Mailbox status (e.g. Active, On-Hold, Terminated).- New and cancelled customers and non/late payers.

Provide support to new, migrated and online mailbox customers Provide cover for other Central Sales activity

Person Specification:

You will be a highly focused individual, a team player, willing to take initiative and able to prioritise your workload. You will have excellent written and spoken English and be able to build strong working relationship with customers, franchisees, suppliers and colleagues in other departments. You will have strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, including the ability to analyse data using pivot tables. The position is office based. Therefore, you must be able to commute daily to our offices currently located in Chipping Norton.
