Phil Chmieleski is the Private Client Group Manager for John Cannon Homes, Inc. Mr. Chmieleski received his Bachelor of Science in Engi- neering from the University of Connecticut and completed the Securities Industry Association Certificate Program at the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business as well as attending the MBA Program at Manhattan College. Phil Chmieleski has had a significant career across two industries, Financial Services and Construction industry. Including being CEO and founder of a major developer of ultra high end homes and managing the Chicago office for UBS Financial Services. Before joining Cannon Homes, Inc. Mr. Chmieleski has functioned as an executive for Pru- dential Palms Realty, Sandcastles of Sarasota/Collingwood Construc- tion Group, UBS Financial Services, and Smith Barney. Mr. Chmieleski has served on the Board of Directors of a variety of organizations including Sarasota Downtown Partnership, Sarasota University Club, Sarasota Film Festival Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, The City Alliance, Mote Marine Laboratory, Sarasota Coalition of Business Associations. David M. Levin is a shareholder with the law firm of Icard, Merrill, Cullis, Timm, Furen & Ginsburg, P.A. After receiving a B.S. degree in Biology from Trinity Col- lege, Hartford, CT in 1975 and serving as a biologist for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mr. Levin earned his law degree from Cumberland School of Law in 1979. In 1980, Mr. Levin earned the prestigious Master of Law degree in Ocean and Coastal Law from the University of Miami School of Law. Prior to joining Icard/Merrill in 1987, Attorney Levin was the Assis- tant General Counsel of the Florida Dept. of Environmental Regula- tion, Environmental Prosecutor for the State Attorney for the 12th Judicial Circuit, and is currently City Attorney for the City of Punta Gorda. Mr. Levin limits his practice to Real Estate/Land Use Law, Environ- mental Law, and Local Governmental Law.
