In this case we are trying to find the volume of a rectangular prism V=lwh. Therefore, container 1 has 3*3*6=54. We do not know the ‘h’ of the empty container so V=2*4*h=54 or 8h=54. Solve for h=54/8=6.75. Now have students move pointer as close to 6.75 as possible on the empty container and click on pour.
