Module Series

The vitero module series consists of the basic modules vitero essentials, vitero essentials+ and eight expansion modules. In this way, you are free to choose the functions you need. With vitero essentials+ you can ‘furnish’ the virtual team room with a multitude of additional functions, so you can adjust vitero individually according to your specifi c purpose.

Virtual, avatar-based conference table for 2 to 40 participants plus host/moderator, application sharing (remote access included), fi le sharing, webcam live streams in diff erent varieties, role-based multi-user overlay board with text and

highlighting tools, slide projector, multiple choice queries, VoIP with diff erent possibilities for moderation, your logo in the virtual team room and much more.

vitero essentials+

All functions of vitero essentials plus telephone dial-up as alternative to VoIP, hidden card queries, video player, virtual adjoining rooms and co-moderator seat. This module is a requirement for adding expansion modules to the virtual team room.

Expansion modules for vitero essentials+

vitero audience

Extends the virtual team room for 100, 200, 500, 1000, and even more spectator accounts, possibility to give feedback via text chat and multiple choice query. Upon request with application showing also for spectators as vitero audience+.

vitero examination

Conduct examinations during a session by handing out and collecting fi les.

vitero event manager

Calendar of events with adjustable registration function, embeddable in any website. Maximum number of participants and registration period can be defi ned. Individualized access link is sent automatically. List with registrations and participants who attended the session can be retrieved.

vitero webcam recorder

Videotaping and playing of webcam streams (audio signal included), server-based archiving in mp4 format; ideal for speech training, role play, sales training, coaching and much more.

vitero session recorder

For audio-visual recording of sessions (auto-editing function included), trouble-free editing by saving in standard mp4 format.

vitero custom design

The virtual team room clad in your own corporate design: adjustment of start-up dialogues and background inside the virtual team room.

vitero monitoring

Acquisition of data concerning participant attendance and –depending on the license model – the system capacities. Available in two varieties: anonymous and personalized data acquisition. As vitero monitoring+ including automatic assignment of credit points available, e.g. with active participation and minimum attendance time.
