INSTRUCTIONS TO THE TENDERERS

1. Only such firms/contractors shall be eligible to undertake the job who will produce satisfactory evidence such as details of experience, registration in service tax department etc.

2. The tenderers are requested to submit the price schedule/ tender Performa etc. duly filled as required failing which it may prevent the tender from being considered.

3. Tenderers should state the earliest completion period for the work from the date of receipt of full instructions as to enable them to proceed with the work.

4. Any portion of the terms and conditions as laid down in the condition of contract form which is not clear to tenderer should be got clarified before submission of tender. Tenderers are requested to adhere to all clause of the contract form to facilitate finalization of contract.

5. The Price quoted should be after deduction/discount etc. and should be firm during the currency of the contract and no variation should be allowed for any reason whatsoever.

6. The Corporation does not pledge to accept the lowest rates or any tender and reserve the right to accept the whole or any portion of any tender as they may think fit without assigning any reason for non acceptance or selection whatsoever. The Corporation also reserve the right to order to increase or decrease the quantity of work in accordance with the conditions of Form ”A” of UPPCL/DVVNL. The quantity mentioned in the Quantity and Price schedule is tentative, but the work shall be got executed in accordance with passed and sanctioned estimates and packages from the competent authorities.

7. The earnest money amounting to Rs. 20,000 /- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) in shape of FDR/Call deposit of a scheduled Bank payable at Agra, should be submitted in a separate envelope along with tender in favor of Superintending Engineer, Electricity Dist. Circle, Agra failure to do so may prevent tender from being considered.

8. A security/performance guarantee @ 10% of the value of contract shall have to be deposited by the Tenderer, of the contractual amount in the form of FDR/CDR/Bank Guarantee duly pledged in favor of Superintending Engineer, Electricity Dist. Circle, Agra, otherwise the same shall be deducted from the Contractor’s bill itself. The security and performance guarantee so deposited/deducted, whatsoever or in any manner, as per terms of agreement shall be liable to be refundable after receipt of successful completion report from the Supervising Engineer of the Contract and subject to the condition that nothing has been found outstanding as Misc. against the contactor. However, the condition of Form ”A” of UPPC/DVVNL shall prevail in this direction.

9. The tender should be made valid for a period of 90 days from the date of opening of tender.

10. The successful tenderer shall be required to pay all legal charges that may have to be incurred for vetting the Contract documents and also the stamps, form etc. for the execution of agreement.

11. Any action on the part of tender to revise the price/prices and or to change the structure of price/prices at his own instance after the opening of tender may result in rejection of the tender and also debarring him from submission of tender to the Corporation atleast for one year.

12. The tenderers are required to submit the details of their past experience in connection with the execution of such work executed by them in past or in present in UPPCL/DVVNL or in any other similar public works department on the following Performa:-

13. The tenderer should enclose the list of experienced Engineer/Workers available with them for the purpose / job giving all full particulars about experience of the above

14. The work tender in question shall be completed within 30 days from the date of last issued of the material

15. Clearance of site shall also be given to the successful contractor by the supervising engineer well in advance but any delay in giving the same shall also not be counted in completion period and the delay on this account shall also be confirmed by the supervising engineer in writing so that relief may be granted accordingly.

16. Any work which may not have been specifically mentioned in the specification, but which in usual or necessary in the efficient working of work shall be deemed to have been included in the scope of work under the specification.

17. All the work shall be carried out as per RESPO specification and in accordance with Indian Electricity Rules 1956 or any revision thereof which may be issued during the currency of the Contract and the requirement of any other regulation in Act in India to which the work may be subjected.

18. The Contractor shall provide and arrange all necessary arrangement for safety of staff / labour /employees employed by him at site of work. The Purchaser Engineer of the Department shall not be in any way responsible for any accident, minor or fatal to any person at the site of work.

19. All disputes and claims shall be subject to Agra Court.

20. Payment for the work shall be made in accordance with the provisions as laid down in Form”A” of UPPCL from O&M/ Deposit/Section-5 /System improvement funds, by the Executive Engineer concerned. All the taxes applicable on work contract shall be deducted from the Contractor’s bill itself.

21. In case of delay in completion of work, the penalty @ of ½% per week and maximum 10% of Contracted value of remaining work shall be charged.

22. The Tenderers prior to submitting Tender shall ensure that all the relevant papers being submitted are properly signed & stamped.

23. The Contractors are required to mention their postal address complete in all respect where desired in the tender specification for correspondence purposes or any other legal purpose, whatsoever in any manner and if there is any subsequent change in the address takes place in future, in that event the same should invariably be intimated under registered cover in writing mentioning the Tender and its due date.

the premises of L & F consumers alongwith other associated works in rural area under the jurisdiction of EDD-II Agra

SCOPE OF WORK

The Tender is for the work of installation of single phase meters at the premises of L & F consumers alongwith other associated works in rural area under the jurisdiction of EDD-II Agra. which shall be carried out, as per provision of General conditions, Special conditions of the tender. If the successful contractor fails to execute the work at any stage, in that event the work shall be got executed from other agency, for which extra actual expenditure plus 15% supervision charges thereon shall be recovered from the contractor and the security shall be forfeited. Letter sent to this effect shall be considered enough for this purpose from the supervising engineer/ Superintending Engineer, Electricity Distribution circle, DVVNL, Agra.

SUPERVISING ENGINEER

Executive Engineer, Electricity Test Division Agra / Electricity Distribution Division-II, DVVNL, Agra, shall be responsible for the successful completion of work on behalf of Dakshinanchal Vidhut Vitaran Nigam Limited, in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof .In the event of any conflict between the contractor and the Supervising Engineer, the decision of the Superintending Engineer Electricity Distribution circle, DVVNL, Agra, shall be final and binding upon both the parties.

EARNEST MONEY

The tenderers are required for submit the earnest money amounting to Rs. 20,000.00 [Rupees Twenty Thousand only], in the form of FDR/CDR/ Bank draft, duly pledged in favour of Superintending Engineer, Electricity Distribution Circle, DVVNL, Agra, through the first part of the tender and accordingly the second part of tender shall only be opened only after receiving the proper and adequate Earnest Money through the first part of tender.

VALIDITY OF TENDER

Tenderers are required to submit their tenders valid for Ninety days and the validity certificate shall also be submitted to this effect on the proforma enclosed with the tender specification herewith.

PRICESThe tenderers are required to submit their rates and price as “Firm” and no price variation shall be allowed on any ground, and the tender of the nature of price variation shall be liable to be rejected out rightly.

SECURITY DEPOSIT & REFUND OF SECURITY

The successful contractor shall be required to furnish to the Corporation security deposit and performance guarantee @ 10% of contractual amount of the tender in the form of FDR/ CDR/ Bank draft, duly pledged in favour of the Superintending Engineer, Electricity Distribution Circle, DVVNL, Agra, or in any other terms as deemed fit proper by the Superintending Engineer, EDC, DVVNL, Agra. Necessary stamp duty shall also be paid by the successful

tenderer, which shall be liable to be refundable after receipt of successful completion report from the Supervising engineer of the contract and subject to the conditions that nothing has been found out standing as Misc. against the contractor. However the condition of From “A” of UPPCL, shall prevail in this direction.

INCREASE/ DECREASE IN QUANTITYThe Corporation reserves the right to order to increase or decrease the quantity of work in accordance with the conditions of Form “A” of UPPCL. The quantity mentioned in the Quantity and Price Schedule is tentative, and may vary, but the work shall be got executed in accordance with passed and sanctioned estimates and packages from the Competent Authorities.

ELECTRICITY RULESThe provisions as laid down in Indian Electricity Act 1910 and 1956 and rules made there after shall also be followed.

STAFF AND LABORERAll the staff and laborer required for proper and successful completion of work under this tender shall be arranged/ engaged by the contractor at his own cost, risk and responsibility. The contractor shall also make and provide all necessary arrangements for safety and security of the staff and labourer at the site of work and during the course of execution of work. The Corporation shall not in any way be responsible for any accident fatal or minor to any person, laborer, staff or any thigh what so ever in any manner, if takes place and also simultaneously the contractor shall also be responsible for any damage to the equipments or any other things what so ever in any manner and this shall be the entire responsibility of the successful contractor at his own cost. Staff and laborer insurance if any covered shall also be born by the successful contractor and no payment on this account and ground shall be made.

COMPLETION OF WORK

The work of tender shall be got completed within 30 days from the date of last issue of material but delay at Corporation end shall not be counted in completion period.

CLEARANCE OF SITE OF WORK

Clearance of site of work shall also be given to the contractor by the Supervising Engineer well in advance but any delay in giving the same shall also not be counted in completion period, and the delay on this account shall also be confirmed by the supervising engineer in writing so that relief may be granted accordingly.

PENALTY

A penalty @ ½% per week subject to maximum10%, and penalty as mentioned in the special conditions shall also be applicable and recovered from the contractor. Apart from this penalty as mention in the special condition shall also prevail.

INSPECTION OF CORORATION’S REPRESENTATIVES

The corporation’s representative shall be free to visit the contractor’s site stores and the site of work and the material of the Corporation under the possession of the contractor. The Corporation’s representative shall be given all help by the contractor in respect of inspection of

the execution of work and also to inspect/ verify the Corporation’s material in the custody of the contractor.

PAYMENTPayment shall be made in accordance with the provisions as laid down in Form ‘A’ of UPPCL. subject to availability of funds.

TAXES

All the taxes applicable on work contract what so ever in any manner, shall be deducted from the successful contractor’s bill itself.

MATERIAL TO BE ARRANGED BY THE CONTRACTOR

The contractor will provide plastic gully and galvanized screw for installation of meter and Batasa keel for proper fixing of cable and permanent marker pen at his own cost, whereas meter, sealing book, sealings and register shall be issued by the corporation as per actual site requirement free of cost

OTHER RULES AND REGULATIONS

All other rules and regulations such as Labour Laws, Contract Act, Compensation Act, what so ever related and may be related in any manner what so ever shall also be followed by the contractor.

JURISDICTION

The contract executed shall be governed by the Law of India for the time being in force and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.

The contractors are required to mention their postal address complete in all respect where desired in the tender specification for correspondences purpose or any other legal purpose, what so ever in any manner and if there is any subsequent change in the address takes place in future in that event the same should invariably be intimated under Registered cover in writing mention the tender no. & its due date.

Note: - 1-The contractor must have minimum 1 year experience and details of the same must be kept in 1st part of tender.

2- The successful contractor shall provide 25 Nos of gangs so that atleast 250 No. meters are installed every day. Every gang shall consist of following- (a) One Skilled person having experience to work on LT LINE of 400 volts. (b) One No. Semi Skilled person to assist the skilled person.

3- The successful contractor or his authorized representative shall be issued meters with meter box as per availability by the concered AE(M) / JE(M) and afterwards he shall be given meters and meter box after installation of issued meters and in case of any difficulty takes place, the contractor shall approch concerned EE(Test), Agra.4- The successful contractor shall intimate two names of his authorized representative, responsible for receiving meters with meter boxes and to return back the old removed meters.

5- The Contractor shall be responsible for taking all necessary precaution to provide all safety measures to their personnel and for damage of any equipment, whatsoever in any manner.

6- Contractor shall submit daily progress report to EE(Test), AE(M) / EE(D) / SDO(D) concerned

7- The Contractor and his representative shall behave properly with the consumers and if consumer objects then the Contractor shall report his name and address to SDO(D) / JE(D) for further necessary action.

8- Contractor shall obtain list of the consumers whose meters are to be Installed from supervising engineer

9- The successful tenderes will have to deposit security @ of 10 % amount of contractual amount in shape of FDR/Bank Guarantee duly pledged in favour of Superintending Engineer, Electricity Distribution Circle Agra for minimum 1 year at the time of execution of agreement with shall be refunded after successful completion of work.

10- Meters shall be installed at the entrance of the premises of the consumers and it wll be ensured that Incoming cable from pole to meter is free from any joint.

11- The contractor will provide plastic gully and galvanized screw for installation of meter and Batasa keel for proper fixing of cable and permanent marker pen at his own cost, whereas meter, sealing book, sealings and register shall be issued by the corporation as per actual site requirement free of cost

12- All labour T & P, carrier etc. reuired for proper completion of work shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost risk and responsibility any other work not mentioned above but required essential for completion of work shall also be carried out by the contractor with out the extra payment

13- Any damage to the equipment or any person or things what so ever in any manner if takes place the contractor shall be responsible for the same.

26. Tenderers should state the earliest completion period for the work from the date of receipt of full instructions as to enable them to proceed with the work.

27. Any portion of the terms and conditions as laid down in the condition of contract form which is not clear to tenderer should be got clarified before submission of tender. Tenderers are requested to adhere to all clause of the contract form to facilitate finalization of contract.

28. The Price quoted should be after deduction/discount etc. and should be firm during the currency of the contract and no variation should be allowed for any reason whatsoever.

29. The Corporation does not pledge to accept the lowest rates or any tender and reserve the right to accept the whole or any portion of any tender as they may think fit without assigning any reason for non acceptance or selection whatsoever. The earnest money amounting to Rs. 20,000 /- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) in shape of FDR/Call deposit of a scheduled Bank payable at Agra, should be submitted in a separate envelope along with tender in favor of Superintending Engineer, Electricity Dist. Circle, Agra failure to do so may prevent tender from being considered.

31. A security/performance guarantee @ 10% of the value of contract shall have to be deposited by the Tenderer, of the contractual amount in the form of FDR/CDR/Bank Guarantee duly pledged in favor of Superintending Engineer, Electricity Dist. Circle, Agra, otherwise the same shall be deducted from the Contractor’s bill itself. The security and performance guarantee so deposited/deducted, whatsoever or in any manner, as per terms of agreement shall be liable to be refundable after receipt of successful completion report from the Supervising Engineer of the Contract and subject to the condition that nothing has been found outstanding as Misc. against the contactor. 32. The tender should be made valid for a period of 90 days from the date of opening of tender.

34. Any action on the part of tender to revise the price/prices and or to change the structure of price/prices at his own instance after the opening of tender may result in rejection of the tender and also debarring him from submission of tender to the Corporation atleast for one year.

SCOPE OF WORK

The Tender is for the work of installation of single phase meters at the premises of L & F consumers alongwith other associated works in rural area under the jurisdiction of EDD-III Fatehabad, which shall be carried out, as per provision of General conditions, Special conditions of the tender. If the successful contractor fails to execute the work at any stage, in that event the work shall be got executed from other agency, for which extra actual expenditure plus 15% supervision charges thereon shall be recovered from the contractor and the security shall be forfeited. Letter sent to this effect shall be considered enough for this purpose from the supervising engineer/ Superintending Engineer, Electricity Distribution circle, DVVNL, Agra.

SUPERVISING ENGINEER

Executive Engineer, Electricity Test Division Agra / Electricity Distribution Division-III, DVVNL, Fatehabad, shall be responsible for the successful completion of work on behalf of Dakshinanchal Vidhut Vitaran Nigam Limited, in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof .In the event of any conflict between the contractor and the Supervising Engineer, the decision of the Superintending Engineer Electricity Distribution circle, DVVNL, Agra, shall be final and binding upon both the parties.

EARNEST MONEY

The tenderers are required for submit the earnest money amounting to Rs. 20,000.00 [Rupees Twenty Thousand only], in the form of FDR/CDR/ Bank draft, duly pledged in favour of Superintending Engineer, Electricity Distribution Circle, DVVNL, Agra, through the first part of the tender and accordingly the second part of tender shall only be opened only after receiving the proper and adequate Earnest Money through the first part of tender.

VALIDITY OF TENDER

PRICESThe tenderers are required to submit their rates and price as “Firm” and no price variation shall be allowed on any ground, and the tender of the nature of price variation shall be liable to be rejected out rightly.

INCREASE/ DECREASE IN QUANTITYThe Corporation reserves the right to order to increase or decrease the quantity of work in accordance with the conditions of Form “A” of UPPCL. The quantity mentioned in the Quantity and Price Schedule is tentative, and may vary, but the work shall be got executed in accordance with passed and sanctioned estimates and packages from the Competent Authorities.

ELECTRICITY RULESThe provisions as laid down in Indian Electricity Act 1910 and 1956 and rules made there after shall also be followed.

STAFF AND LABORERAll the staff and laborer required for proper and successful completion of work under this tender shall be arranged/ engaged by the contractor at his own cost, risk and responsibility. The contractor shall also make and provide all necessary arrangements for safety and security of the staff and labourer at the site of work and during the course of execution of work. The Corporation shall not in any way be responsible for any accident fatal or minor to any person, laborer, staff or any thigh what so ever in any manner, if takes place and also simultaneously the contractor shall also be responsible for any damage to the equipments or any other things what so ever in any manner and this shall be the entire responsibility of the successful contractor at his own cost. Staff and laborer insurance if any covered shall also be born by the successful contractor and no payment on this account and ground shall be made.

COMPLETION OF WORK

The work of tender shall be got completed within 30 days from the date of last issue of material but delay at Corporation end shall not be counted in completion period.

CLEARANCE OF SITE OF WORK

Clearance of site of work shall also be given to the contractor by the Supervising Engineer well in advance but any delay in giving the same shall also not be counted in completion period, and the delay on this account shall also be confirmed by the supervising engineer in writing so that relief may be granted accordingly.

PENALTY

A penalty @ ½% per week subject to maximum10%, and penalty as mentioned in the special conditions shall also be applicable and recovered from the contractor. Apart from this penalty as mention in the special condition shall also prevail.

INSPECTION OF CORORATION’S REPRESENTATIVES

The corporation’s representative shall be free to visit the contractor’s site stores and the site of work and the material of the Corporation under the possession of the contractor. The Corporation’s representative shall be given all help by the contractor in respect of inspection of the execution of work and also to inspect/ verify the Corporation’s material in the custody of the contractor.

PAYMENTPayment shall be made in accordance with the provisions as laid down in Form ‘A’ of UPPCL. subject to availability of funds.

TAXES

All the taxes applicable on work contract what so ever in any manner, shall be deducted from the successful contractor’s bill itself.

All other rules and regulations such as Labour Laws, Contract Act, Compensation Act, what so ever related and may be related in any manner what so ever shall also be followed by the contractor.

JURISDICTION

The contract executed shall be governed by the Law of India for the time being in force and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.

5- The Contractor shall be responsible for taking all necessary precaution to provide all safety measures to their personnel and for damage of any equipment, whatsoever in any manner.

6- Contractor shall submit daily progress report to EE(Test), AE(M) / EE(D) / SDO(D) concerned

7- The Contractor and his representative shall behave properly with the consumers and if consumer objects then the Contractor shall report his name and address to SDO(D) / JE(D) for further necessary action.

PRICESThe tenderers are required to submit their rates and price as “Firm” and no price variation shall be allowed on any ground, and the tender of the nature of price variation shall be liable to be rejected out rightly.

SECURITY DEPOSIT & REFUND OF SECURITY

The successful contractor shall be required to furnish to the Corporation security deposit and performance guarantee @ 10% of contractual amount of the tender in the form of FDR/ CDR/ Bank draft, duly pledged in favour of the Superintending Engineer, Electricity Distribution Circle, DVVNL, Agra, or in any other terms as deemed fit proper by the Superintending Engineer, EDC, DVVNL, Agra. Necessary stamp duty shall also be paid by the successful tenderer, which shall be liable to be refundable after receipt of successful completion report from the Supervising engineer of the contract and subject to the conditions that nothing has been found out standing as Misc. against the contractor. However the condition of From “A” of UPPCL, shall prevail in this direction.

INCREASE/ DECREASE IN QUANTITYThe Corporation reserves the right to order to increase or decrease the quantity of work in accordance with the conditions of Form “A” of UPPCL. The quantity mentioned in the Quantity and Price Schedule is tentative, and may vary, but the work shall be got executed in accordance with passed and sanctioned estimates and packages from the Competent Authorities.

ELECTRICITY RULESThe provisions as laid down in Indian Electricity Act 1910 and 1956 and rules made there after shall also be followed.

STAFF AND LABORERAll the staff and laborer required for proper and successful completion of work under this tender shall be arranged/ engaged by the contractor at his own cost, risk and responsibility. The contractor shall also make and provide all necessary arrangements for safety and security of the staff and labourer at the site of work and during the course of execution of work. The Corporation shall not in any way be responsible for any accident fatal or minor to any person, laborer, staff or any thigh what so ever in any manner, if takes place and also simultaneously the contractor shall also be responsible for any damage to the equipments or any other things what so ever in any manner and this shall be the entire responsibility of the successful contractor at his own cost. Staff and laborer insurance if any covered shall also be born by the successful contractor and no payment on this account and ground shall be made.

COMPLETION OF WORK

The work of tender shall be got completed within 30 days from the date of last issue of material but delay at Corporation end shall not be counted in completion period.

CLEARANCE OF SITE OF WORK

Clearance of site of work shall also be given to the contractor by the Supervising Engineer well in advance but any delay in giving the same shall also not be counted in completion period, and

the delay on this account shall also be confirmed by the supervising engineer in writing so that relief may be granted accordingly.

PENALTY

A penalty @ ½% per week subject to maximum10%, and penalty as mentioned in the special conditions shall also be applicable and recovered from the contractor. Apart from this penalty as mention in the special condition shall also prevail.

INSPECTION OF CORORATION’S REPRESENTATIVES

The corporation’s representative shall be free to visit the contractor’s site stores and the site of work and the material of the Corporation under the possession of the contractor. The Corporation’s representative shall be given all help by the contractor in respect of inspection of the execution of work and also to inspect/ verify the Corporation’s material in the custody of the contractor.

PAYMENTPayment shall be made in accordance with the provisions as laid down in Form ‘A’ of UPPCL. subject to availability of funds.

TAXES

All the taxes applicable on work contract what so ever in any manner, shall be deducted from the successful contractor’s bill itself.

MATERIAL TO BE ARRANGED BY THE CONTRACTOR

The contractor will provide plastic gully and galvanized screw for installation of meter and Batasa keel for proper fixing of cable and permanent marker pen at his own cost, whereas meter, sealing book, sealings and register shall be issued by the corporation as per actual site requirement free of cost

OTHER RULES AND REGULATIONS

All other rules and regulations such as Labour Laws, Contract Act, Compensation Act, what so ever related and may be related in any manner what so ever shall also be followed by the contractor.

JURISDICTION

The contract executed shall be governed by the Law of India for the time being in force and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.

POSTAL ADDRESS

The contractors are required to mention their postal address complete in all respect where desired in the tender specification for correspondences purpose or any other legal purpose, what so ever in any manner and if there is any subsequent change in the address takes place in future in that event the same should invariably be intimated under Registered cover in writing mention the tender no. & its due date.

Note: - 1-The contractor must have minimum 1 year experience and details of the same must be kept in 1st part of tender.2- The successful contractor shall provide 25 Nos of gangs so that atleast 250 No. meters are installed every day. Every gang shall consist of following- (a) One Skilled person having experience to work on LT LINE of 400 volts. (b) One No. Semi Skilled person to assist the skilled person.

3- The successful contractor or his authorized representative shall be issued meters with meter box as per availability by the concered AE(M) / JE(M) and afterwards he shall be given meters and meter box after installation of issued meters and in case of any difficulty takes place, the contractor shall approch concerned EE(Test), Agra.4- The successful contractor shall intimate two names of his authorized representative, responsible for receiving meters with meter boxes and to return back the old removed meters.

5- The Contractor shall be responsible for taking all necessary precaution to provide all safety measures to their personnel and for damage of any equipment, whatsoever in any manner.

6- Contractor shall submit daily progress report to EE(Test), AE(M) / EE(D) / SDO(D) concerned

7- The Contractor and his representative shall behave properly with the consumers and if consumer objects then the Contractor shall report his name and address to SDO(D) / JE(D) for further necessary action.

8- Contractor shall obtain list of the consumers whose meters are to be Installed from supervising engineer

9- The successful tenderes will have to deposit security @ of 10 % amount of contractual amount in shape of FDR/Bank Guarantee duly pledged in favour of Superintending Engineer, Electricity Distribution Circle Agra for minimum 1 year at the time of execution of agreement with shall be refunded after successful completion of work.

10- Meters shall be installed at the entrance of the premises of the consumers and it wll be ensured that Incoming cable from pole to meter is free from any joint.

11- The contractor will provide plastic gully and galvanized screw for installation of meter and Batasa keel for proper fixing of cable and permanent marker pen at his own cost, whereas meter, sealing book, sealings and register shall be issued by the corporation as per actual site requirement free of cost

12- All labour T & P, carrier etc. reuired for proper completion of work shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost risk and responsibility any other work not mentioned above but required essential for completion of work shall also be carried out by the contractor with out the extra payment

13- Any damage to the equipment or any person or things what so ever in any manner if takes place the contractor shall be responsible for the same.
