Description Application

ProductsVAMA-SAE 10 - ASPHALT EMULSIFIERVAMA SAE 10 is an asphalt emulsifier made from amidoamines. It is cathonic

emulsifier for microsurfacing and slurry pick quick set asphalt emulsion.

APPLICATION AND USES:The emulsions made from VAMA SAE 10 are recommended to be applied mainly

in superficial treatments as slurry seal quick set type ans micro surfacing. For

preparation of semi-dense and dense texture mixture in stabilizing plant, platform

and mixture sand-emulsion.

Advantages:VAMA-SAE 1o is an excellent emulsifier for asphlats modified with polymers. The

emulsions prepared with VAMA-SAE 10 present good adhesion of asphalt with

aggregates, the curing is fast and superior performance. This product can be

used when the aggregate is more reactive than usual.

VAMA-SAE 10 - ASPHALT EMULSIFIER

VAMAPROOF-SLWP(Internal Liquid Waterproofing Compound for

Concrete & Plaster)

DESCRIPTION:VAMAPROOF-SLWP is a liquid waterproofing

material, usually used in concrete & cement mortar to

reduce water requirement.It Improves

impermeability of the concrete by removing

capillaries and makes concrete/morter more

stronger.

AREA OF APPLICATION:Internal & external plasters, waterproofing of terraces, basements, tunnels, water

tank & resevoirs etc.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:Add recommended quantity of VAMAPROOF-SLWP to gauge water before

mixing it with dry cement and sand aggregate. Mix concrete/motor thoroughly

well for few minutes to get desired result.

VAMACLEAN-SCRR

(Rust Remover)

DESCRIPTION:

VAMACLEAN-SCRR is a water based rust

removing liquid uses on mild steel structures

like tanks, Pipe lines, shutters or any

corrected / rusted metal surface before any

coating application.

AREA OF APPLICATION:

Rusted steel plaster, metal steel rebars, exposed RCC repair work, tanks,

shuttering plates, water pipe lines etc.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:

Surface to be treated must be cleaned for loose rust by wire brush or by tapping /

scratching the surface. Apply VAMACLEAN-SCRR. on rusted surface / material

by brush. After 30-40 minutes rub the surface again with wire brush. Apply second

coat if required. Clean the surface with wet cloth or water and proceed for any

coating application.

ADVATAGES:

Ø Ease to apply on steel bars, structures by brush.

PRECAUTIONS:

VAMACRETE-SPMP(Polymer Mortar for Concrete Repairs)

DESCRIPTION:

VAMACRETE-SPMP is an cementitious two

component polymer modified powder

designed for repairs of cracks internal &

external within render. Its high strength

property is enhanced by addition of liquid polymer.


Repairing of Internal & external cracks. All kinds of structural, RCC members like

beams, columns, walls etc. To repair plaster of the walls.


Clean the surface to be repaired throughly by removing loose particles, dust, oil,

grease etc. To ensure excellent bonding adhesion use a pre-coat of

VAMACRETE-SPMP. Let the coat becomes tacky. Take required amount of

VAMACRETE-SPMP powder in a container, add water as per powder ration &

Mix thoroughly till a homogeneous, consistent lump free creamy paste is

obtained. Place the thick paste of VAMACRETE-SPMP on the tacky surface.

Compact it with trowel finish it to smooth surface. Cure for atleast three days for

optimum results.

VAMAPROOF-SAWP(Single component acrylic waterproofing coating)

DESCRIPTION:

VAMAPROOF-SAWP is a single component

acrylic modified water based coating for internal &

external waterproofing.


Internal & external walls, sloping roofs, protection &

repairs of balconies and parapet walls / chajjas.


Surface to be treated must be cleaned. All dust must be removed by solt brushing

or water jet. Mix the components of the container thoroughly to attain a

homogeneous mix. Apply first coat of VAMAPROOF-SAWP liberally to the

prepared surface. As the first coat becomes dry apply the second coat

horizontally to the first coat. Membrane becomes touch dry after 30 - 45 min & the

complete drying attains after 4-5 hours. Apply second coat after 4-5 hours.

VAMABOND-SMBA(Waterproofing and Multipurpose Bonding Agent)

DESCRIPTION:VAMABOND-SMBA is an acrylic based

bonding agent designed for excellent

adhesion of new to old concrete plaster etc.

AREA OF APPLICATION:Helps bonding of new and old concrete / mortars. Over smooth surface of beams-

columns before application of plasters. As a precoating of terrace / floor before

overlaying of water based cementitious coatings screed. Internal and external

walls, roofs, chajjas, parapet walls.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:Clean the surface to be treated throughly by removing loose particles, Oil, grease

etc. Wet the water jet for better anchorage with substrate. Apply coat of

VAMABOND-SMBA by brush, ensuring proper filling of cracks porse. Allow the

coating to dry till it becomes transparent of tacky 20-25 minutes. Then proceed for

plastering concreting. For water proofing Mix cement with VAMABOND-SMBA in

1:1 ration by volume throughly. Apply two coats in a gap of 4-6 hrs. Over lay

plaster / concrete screed after 3 days.

VAMAPROOF-S2AK(Two-component acrylic based flexible

cementitious waterproof coating)

DESCRIPTION:

VAMAPROOF-S2AK is a two-componet special

acrylic polymer coating based on cement for

waterproofing & gives a strong, flexible

impermeable coating with cementitious surface.


Water tank, swimming pools, terraces, basements & internal / external sides of

plastered surfaces.


Clean the surface thoroughly by removing loose particles. Wet the surface with

water jet for better anchorage with substrate. First apply one coat of

VAMABOND-SMBA over the surface. Add powder part in liquid part & mix

mechanically under slow speed to achieve uniform consistency. Apply first coat of

VAMAPROOF-S2AK over the surface. After 4-6 hrs, when the surface is dry,

apply 2nd coat with brush, horizontal to the first coat. Give curing time for 3 days

minimum. In order to protect the coating form public traffic, over lay with

cementitious screed.

VAMATILE-STGP(Water Resistant Tile Grout for Joint Filling)

DESCRIPTION:VAMAPTILE-STGP is a cementitious polymeric tile grout used for joint filling between various tile. It is available in different shades as per customer choice, to match the tile colour. It has excellent adhesion and is impermeable to water.


VAMA TILE-STGP is used for joint grouting of mosaic tiles, ceramic tiles, marbles of various grades, natural stones, new variety of tile, swimming pools etc.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:Mi thoroughly recommended dosage of VAMA TILE-STGP in gauged quantity of water under stirring to get a homogeneous, uniform lumps free, thick paste. Then fill the joints between the tiles with this paste with putty knief densely. Ensure there is no cavity, bubble formation during application. Finally level the surface and remove excess material spread over the tiles by wet cloth. Allow to set for approx. 1-2 hrs.

VAMAPROOF-SBRW is a solvent based

Surface under treatment must be cleaned throughly from dust, loose particles etc

by wire brush or water spray. Before application surface must be damp but in

METHOD OF APPLICATION:Mix thoroughly recommended dosage of VAMA TILE-SLPA in gauged water. In

this liquid add premixed cement-sand aggregate slowly and mix thoroughly till a

homogeneous uniform lumo-free paste is obtained. Spread the paste evenly of

uniform thickness over the substrate. Remove excess material if any with

notched travel. Place the tile one by one in position with little twist & tapping for

complete surface contact, to eliminate air gaps & for maximum anchorage.

VAMAPLAST-SNFB(Water reducing & Accelerating admixture for concrete)

DESCRIPTION:VAMAPLAST-SNFB High performing liquid admixture which helps in reducing water content in concrete mix. Accelrates significantly setting time & performance even in cold weather leading to strong bonding & good cogensive concrete mix preventing bleeding separation of cement-sand aggregate VAMAPLAST-SNFB helps to achieve faster thereby reducing deshuttering time.

AREA OF APPLICATION:Precast and reinforced concrete, Concrete blocks & mortar. Tremie concrete concreting during cold weather, mfg of concrete pipes. Mortar mixes for bricks.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:Based on mix design ration / dosage, disperse requisite quantity of VAMAPLAST-SNFB throughly well with 25% of recommended water. Mix cement-sand aggregate well for few minutes with balance 75% quantity of water as per design ration. Add VAMAPLAST-SNFB admixture dispersed in water to the wet concrete and mix further for few minutes to get iniforms and even mix.

ADVATAGES:Ø Depending on dosage & ambient temperature, setting time is reduced. Ø Reduces construction cost due to reducing in setting time, quantity of

cement and water without affecting desired strength. OPC can be used instead of rapid gardening cement.

VAMAPLAST-SLRP(Water reducing plasticizing admixture for concrete)

DESCRIPTION:VAMAPLAST-SLRP is retarding plastisizer admixture which helps in reducing water content, increase workability and compatible with all grades of concrete mix (Portland cement / stag / BRC) Controlled retardation improves compaction without

bleeding & segregation. VAMAPLAST-SLRP helps to achieve high solid strength of condrete, reduce shrinkages & improves excellent retention of slump using economical dosage.

AREA OF APPLICATION:Used ofr concreting in Bridges, Highway, Deck, Dams, Mass Concrete, Shuttering, Casting of Columns. Free flowing concrete.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:Based on mix design ration / dosage, disperse requisite quantity of VAMAPLAST-SLRP throughly well with 25% of recommended water. Mix cement-sand aggregate well for few minutes with balance 75% quantity of water as per design ration. Add VAMAPLAST-SLRP admixture dispersed in water to the wets concrete and mix further for few minutes to get iniforms and even mix.
