waterproofing treatment.

STEP # 1 - PROPER CLEANING & WASHING OF ROOF:

A long life Roof Waterproofing Treatment needs very proper cleaning & washing of the roof so that chemical treatment

makes a good bond with roof. If the minor layer of dust or debris is left, chemical treatment will never make a good bond

with roof surface, this will affect the life and quality of the treatment. Therefore, roof surface must be cleaned and washed

before chemical application

STEP # 2 - CHEMICAL APPLICATION (1st

& 2nd

Coat):

After proper cleaning and washing of the roof with a clear surface two coats of add mixture chemical are applied for

surfacing. Through proper inspection all the major cracks are marked for next procedure. All the cracks are filled properly

with thick chemical paste.

STEP # 3 – PROPER BANDAGE OF ALL MAJOR CRACKS:

After chemical application of 1st

& 2nd

coat, bandages are applied on all major cracks. Through proper inspection

all the cracks are marked very cautiously and chemical is filled. A bandage of thick cloth strip is pasted along

with chemical to cover the cracks properly. This all technical procedure is adopted to make a defect free roof

surface.

STEP # 4 - SPREADING NON FABRIC CANVAS (SHEET):

After two chemical coatings and proper bandage of all cracks joints a sheet is spread on complete area of roof very properly

without any possible wrinkle & bubbles. This will completely cover all the area of roof. This process will make a very fresh

and crack free surface.

STEP # 5 - CHEMICAL APPLICATION (3rd

COAT):

After proper spreading of sheet on complete area of roof a 3rd

coat of add mixture is applied for complete waterproofing

with 100% water resistance and long life.

STEP # 6 - FINAL CAOTING OF RUBBERIZED CHEMICAL (3 CAOTS):

After complete above work of chemical application, cracks bandage and spreading of sheet a rubberized chemical is applied

to provide maximum protection, extra life and smooth flow to the rain water. A very fine surface and delicate look with

grey color
