Curriculum Design StatementOur vision is that our children leave us with: a love of learning (Wisdom), a sense of Unity, an understanding of right and wrong (Fairness), with Hope for the future, the ability to Perseverethroughout the challenges of life and with respect for themselves and others (Dignity).

Intent

The breadth of our curriculum is designed with 2 goals in mind:

1. To give our learners appropriate experiences to develop as confident, responsible citizens

2. To provide a coherent, structured academic curriculum that’s leads to sustained mastery for all and a greater depth of understanding for those who are capable.

Appropriate experiences

Stemming from our vison we have developed 6 drivers (Core Values) based on our Christian character that shape our curriculum and responds to the particular needs of our community. Our aims demonstrate how our Christian values are applied to the life of the school.
