Food For ThoughtThe recent “Food for Thought” exhibition featured another “Cooking Performance” by PONZ. In his opinion, we are more likely to positively influence each other one on one than through any political movement. With that in mind, PONZ views the dinner table as one of the best vehicles for change available to us.

Participation in conversation was rewarded with a multi-course Italian meal. As the conversation spread, so did the food.
The topics of conversation ranged from Poetry and Art, to Physics, Mathematics and Current Events.
