Use Arial regular mixed case in allinstances.Only opening slide titles

limited to blue and gray. Try to keep

the maximum levels of hierarchy to

two per slide and the number ofbullets below a line to three. Each

slide should cover no more than one

topic. When possible, use a sentence

to make your point. Include page

numbers; they are useful when slidesare printed out.

Information Graphics



Information graphics are an effectiveway to make a point. When done well

they relay a considerable amount of

information at a quick glance.

Keep it simple. Easy-to-read, concisegraphics will communicate your

information effectively. Extraneous

effects such as -dimensionality,

gradients and shadows add clutter,

not visual interest. Calling outinformation in a chart using a

separate column can be useful. If you

must include text on the same slide

as an information graphic, keep it

minimal so as not to overwhelmyour audience.
