The seeds of JSS Mutt were sown over 1000 years ago when Adi

Jagadguru Sri Shivarathreeshwara Shivayogiji established the

Jagadguru Sri Veerasimhasana Math at Suttur, near Mysuru. JSS

Mahavidyapeetha (JSS MVP) is the visionary product of His Holiness

Jagadguru Sri Dr. Shivarathri Rajendra Mahaswamiji, the 23rd Pontiff

of Suttur Mutt. His Holiness Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Mahaswamiji,

the 24th Pontiff is steering the success of over 350 institutions and

programmes in the field of Engineering, Medicine, Management

Education, Dental Sciences, Pharma Sciences, Naturopathy, Ayurveda,

Nursing, Law, General Education, Vocational and Spiritual Education.

JSS Centre for Management Studies (JSS CMS)

JSS Centre for Management Studies (JSS CMS), a constituent institution

of JSS MVP is located in the JSS Technical Institutions' Campus,

Mysuru, under the umbrella of Sri Jayachamarajendra College of

Engineering. It offers a two-year full - time autonomous MBA

programme recognized by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to

Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgavi, Karnataka. Since its

inception in 1998, JSS CMS is committed to provide management

education, training, research and consultancy to suit the requirements

of the industry and meet the contemporary challenges of changing

About FDP

Research in common parlance refers to search of knowledge. It is an art of scientific investigation. The FDP is designed to offer practical guidelines on the challenges and opportunities in the field of Research, and also to enhance the skills and knowledge on the usage of SPSS. It also emphasizes on the variety of quantitative and qualitative research methods. Hands-on sessions will be conducted using SPSS.
