We recommend waiting until after the Table is fully assembled before placing the Caps over the nuts. If you need to remove a Cap, use a flat tool like a slotted screwdriver. Step 1. Identify and organize all parts on a clean, level surface. NOTE: You may want to use the cardboard boxes the Table arrived in to protect the surface and prevent the Table from being scratched. Step 2. Line up the hole in the middle of a Leg to one of the holes in the Circular Support (Figure 1). NOTE: Make sure the bottom of the Circular Support will face towards the ground. Slide a Lock-washer, followed by a regular Washer, onto a Bolt. Place the end of the Bolt through the lined-up holes and use a 14mm or adjustable wrench to loosely screw the Bolt into place. Repeat to attach the remaining Legs to the Circular Support. Step 3. Place the Tabletop upside down on a protected surface, and notice the threaded openings on the bottom of it. Line up the holes at the top of the Legs with the openings on the Tabletop. Place a Headless Bolt through each set of holes, using a slotted screwdriver to screw them into the threaded openings. NOTE: Wait until all four Bolts are in place before screwing them fully into the Tabletop. Slide a washer, followed by a lock-washer, onto the ends of the Bolts, before screwing the Nuts into place (Figure 2). Step 4. Go back and use your wrench to tighten all of the Nuts and Bolts. Place the Caps over the Nuts attaching the Legs to the Tabletop. Your assembly is complete! The Tulip Table is weatherproof and may be left outdoors all year. The feet on the bottoms of the Legs can be adjusted to keep the Table level on uneven ground. The center hole in the Tabletop can fit a 1-" umbrella or can be covered with the Center Plug. NOTE: If using an umbrella, make sure to get a heavy umbrella base to prevent the umbrella from blowing away in windy weather. Tulip Table, 30"Graceful and not too fussy, this outdoor table is perfect for an intimate dinner al fresco. The Tulip Table is made out of durable cast

aluminum, yet is lightweight and easy to move. It will provide you with years of enjoyment. Chairs are sold separately.

Parts List Tools required(1) Tabletop Slotted screwdriver(4) Legs Adjustable wrench or(1) Circular Support 14mm wrench(8) Washers (8) Lock-washers(4) Bolts (4) Headless Bolts(4) Nuts(4) Caps(1) Center Plug

AssemblyImportant: Do not fully tighten the hardware until everything is in place.

The center hole in the Tabletop can fit a 1-3/4" umbrella or can be covered with the Center Plug. NOTE: If using an umbrella, make sure to get a heavy umbrella base to prevent the umbrella from blowing away in windy weather.

Step 1. Identify and organize all parts on a clean, level surface. NOTE: You may want to use the cardboard boxes the Chairs arrived in to protect the surface and prevent the Chairs from being scratched.

Step 2. Examine a Chair Back and notice how the bottom edge has two threaded openings. Remove the nuts from two Long Headless Bolts and screw them into the threaded openings. Step 4. Sit the Chair upright and note the holes on the side of the Chair Seat and Chair Back. Hold both Arms up to the holes on the right side of the Chair to determine which one is the Right Arm when facing the Chair (Figure 2). Carefully remove the pre-attached washer, lock-washer and nut from a Short Bolt, keeping them close at hand. Hold the Right Arm in place and slide the Bolt through the top set of holes, starting with the hole in the Arm. Slide the washer, then the lock-washer, back onto the end of the Bolt, and screw the nut into place.

Step 5. Remove the pre-attached washer, lock-washer and nut from a Long Bolt, keeping them close at hand. Slide the Bolt through the bottom set of holes in the Right Arm and the Chair Seat, starting with the hole in the Arm. Slide a washer, then a lock-washer, onto the end of the Bolt, and screw the nut back into place.

Step 6. Repeat Steps 4 and 5 to attach the Left Arm to the Chair.

Step 7. Use your Phillips screwdriver and wrenches to tighten all of the nuts and Bolts. Place the Large Caps over the nuts attaching the Legs to the Chair Seat and the Small Caps over the nuts connecting the Arms to the Chair Seat and Chair Back.

Repeat the Assembly steps to put together the second chair. Your assembly is complete!

The Tulip Chairs can hold up to 225 lbs. each. They are weatherproof and may be left outdoors all year. The feet on the bottoms of the Legs can be adjusted to keep the Chairs level on uneven ground.
