TO BE CLEAR…Possessive adjectives MUST match the noun they are describingin 1) number, and 2) gender, BUT…

it must also refer to the person that it belongs to.

One more thing (actually, three)…

• number of the day first, then the number of the month

EXAMPLE: 10/12 = December 10th, NOT October 12th

(Best advise: always include “de” in the date to keep the right order)

• DON’T capitalize months

• First of any month: use “el primer”, not “el uno”

EXAMPLE: 1/7 Es el primer de junio.
