…Visual learnersWill like the preparation:•writing down different viewpoints•drawing the storyboard•They may even want to write down their piece to camera

They will understand the editing process more quickly:•The way the program operates is graphical.•They will be able to “see” the finished product in their minds.

They will remember the information because they can express it both in written form and verbally.


Film Making


…Auditory learners

Will like the discussion:•The different viewpoints•How the film is going to be shot•How the film is going to be edited

They will probably be the best at giving their piece to camera – no notes will be necessary but a time limit might be.

…Kinaesthetic learners Will enjoy the hands-on approach:•Moving around the room•Directing•Camera work

They will like the preparation because the storyboard could be cut up so the scenes can be moved around.

They will enjoy the editing process because the program works graphically so they can move things about on screen.
