What is Communicative Language Teaching? A set of principles about the goals of language
teaching, how learners learn a language, the kind of classroom activities that best facilitates learning and the roles of teachers and learners in the classroom.

building up large repertoire of sentences and grammatical patterns and learning to produce these accurately and quickly in the appropriate situation.
Methodology used here was controlled practice and later on introduce four skill routine- speaking listening, reading and writing

through communicating in it. Live communication provide better
opportunities to learners than through a grammar based approach.

Provide opportunities for both inductive and deductive grammars
Use of content that connects to students’ lives and interests
Allows personalization of learning
