- Utah law requires a transportation permit for all industrial hemp material moved within the border of the state

- Permit is required for each day and vehicle used

- Requests for permit should be submitted at least 5 business days prior to movement

UDAF must validate the receiving company/party is appropriately licensed to receive the applicable industrial hemp material.

Maximum of two week timeframe as long as applicant can clearly define how much will be transported per load

Example Bill of Lading and Invoice (Required to be uploaded to permit application)

Allow 5 business days for processing. Approved permit will be emailed to applicant

Print permit and keep in all vehicles transporting industrial hemp throughout Utah roadways.
