T&M does not book services, it manages and coordinates them.

Time & Motion guarantees the highest level of services and such is our standard. All services are provided with only the best handpicked personnel who go the extra mile to ensure your objectives in any destination are met with safety and comfort.

Quality Control means all services are being monitored by our operations staff from its commencement to its completion. This allows us to do all the admin work instead of the office managers/PAs worrying about the tracking of the services on behalf of their managers. This allows the executive assistants to concentrate on all of their other job functions while we do all the running around and ensuring that all ground arrangements are in place at the level required by the travelling executive.

Through our Quality Assurance Department, we have a 24 hour reservations & customer services support system in place, which enables us to promptly acknowledge enquiries and subsequently confirm reservations for any destination in the world effectively and without any inconvenience to the end user. Transfer of buying power & negotiating on client’s behalf.Based on client requirements and patterns, T&M endeavors in negotiating on your behalf by going directly to service providers in order to get more out of them in terms of better pricing, better services, added amenities, or special discount systems exclusively for our clients. As each client is unique in their own way, we provide a new system aimed at working around the clients’ requirements by customizing each request exactly the way our clients prefer. From simple airport trans-fers to as directed services for half or full days, each and every service is duly tracked and monitored from initiation to completion regardless of time or location.

Time & Motion works closely with the bookers, personal assistants, or the end passengers themselves to ensure smooth chauffeuring services. Driver details are always communicated via E-mail or SMS to the client before the service starts and regular updates are sent as the service progresses.

Seamless Road Show Itinerary Planning and Execution across multiple cities and time zones

Time & Motion assists clients in the planning and execution of their road show transportation requirements. We carefully study each and every itinerary during the planning phase and then cross check flights schedules, meeting schedules/locations, and traffic/weather conditions in order to ensure smooth and timely execution of our executives’ road shows. Time & Motion seamlessly manages road shows across multiple cities and is able to manage multiple vehicles and meetings agendas at the same time.

Constant updates are communicated to the bookers of the Road Shows while unforeseen changes such as flight cancelation or meeting resched-uling are quickly dealt with. This puts our clients and their personal assistants at ease knowing that they have a safety net to rely on. Time & Motion is also able to provide a more integrated approach to the road show by assisting client’s in the booking of flights and hotel rooms based on their meeting agendas. Events ChauffeuringAs you would expect from qualified service provider of chauffeured services and limousines, Time & Motion welcomes all event transpor-tation enquiries whether you are seeking transportation for a group of Artists, a concert, a corporate launch, or a sporting event. We have the ability, knowledge and experience in managing these events with a wide range of vehicles to suit each event differently with our Event Chauffeuring services.

The events chauffeuring team works hand in hand with event managers by studying their requirements and itinerary and subsequently come up with an efficient plan on how best to mobilize their groups from the minute their flights start arriving till their drop off for their departing flights.

Support is offered on the ground via onsite coordinators located at key locations including airport terminals, hotels, conference halls, and other relevant sites where an event activity is scheduled.
