Once you have decided to book our services reserved against your event date and time, with the full specification of products and services agreed – a booking deposit will be taken either by phone, or in person during an on-site inspection.
Whilst we delight in labouring to ensure you incur no fuss and all is taken care of, we do require you to ensure there is minimal preparation made in expectation for receiving our installation team like general cleanliness and tidiness.
Now for what you have been waiting for – your marquee installation! Depending on size of structure we deploy an appropriate number of technicians to construct the marquee and set-up all accessories. Service with a smile.
With all your event equipment ready for the arrival of your guests – it’s over to our dedicated event manager who will discretely ensure all hired services to be deployed throughout the duration of your event meet the customary standard of excellence expected.
At an agreed time of your choosing, our post-production team arrive on-site to break down and to remove the hire marquees and all other event equipment. Our staff will do this promptly and with minimal disruption, leaving all areas clean and tidy upon departure.
