CATERING BOOKINGS
All catering bokings are handled by Zen Catering
Bookings will only be accepted upon receipt of a fully completed booking form (2 pages)
Please ensure you sign to agree to the event terms and conditions
Please ensure full payment details are completed on the booking form
Prices listed are inclusive of 10% GST
MARQUEE BOOKINGS
All marquee and equipment hire bookings (except for items listed in catering pacakges) are to be made
directly with Marquee Events and Party Hire

Zen Catering is the official catering supplier
No other hire or catering companies are permitted access to the event
EVENT RESTRICTIONS
No BYO Alcohol is permitted at the event
Clients are not permitted to bring BBQ’s onto the site
CATERING INFORMATION
Alterations and additions to catering orders can be made up until Thursday 13th April 2017
No bookings will be confirmed until payment has been received in full
Catering confirmation will be notified in writing no later than Friday 21st April 2017

RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL (RSA)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
STAFF
Zen Catering will have a supervisor and chef onsite for the duration of the event.
Additional wait staff will be onsite to facilitate the distribution of catering and
beverages. A roving staff member holding an RSA certificate will monitor
alcohol consumption in marquees which have been purchased through Zen
Catering, as required by licensing laws.
EQUIPMENT
Zen Catering can help organise any equipment you require for your event. All
equipment included is stated in the quote. Damage to or loss of equipment
caused by the client or guests of the client will be charged accordingly and
invoiced after the event.
PRICES
All prices quoted are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject
to change.
DO IT YOURSELF BBQ BRUNCH DISCLAIMER
Zen will provide all catering at a food safe temperature with clear instructions
on cooking, after that point it is the responsibility of the client to store, cook and
serve safely.
BOOKING & PAYMENTS
Bookings will only be accepted upon receipt of a fully completed booking form
(2 pages). The booking must be signed to confirm agreement with the event
terms and conditions, and payment details included.
Alterations and additions to catering orders can be made up until Friday 14th
April 2017.
CONFIRMATION OF DETAILS
No bookings will be confirmed until payment has been received in full.
Catering confirmation will be notified in writing no later than Friday 21st April
2016.
CANCELLATION
Zen Catering will refund the payment in full for cancellations made more than
31 days prior to the event. An administrative charge will apply. Zen Catering will
retain the whole payment for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Our commercial kitchen and the equipment used within may contain traces of
nuts, egg, dairy, gluten. Although all care is given to ensure these items are
contained, we cannot guarantee that dietary requirements are met and
accept no liability thereof.
WASTE DISPOSAL
As per Australian food & health guidelines, rubbish cannot be transported in
food transport vehicles. Our team will work with SME360 to ensure sufficient
rubbish facilities are onsite.
RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
In accordance with the Liquor Licensing Act, we reserve the right to refuse to
serve alcohol to guests under the age of 18 and guests who are intoxicated.
