Students investigated what is “glögi” and how you can make it

Glögi is usually made from red berry juice and Christmas spices (ginger, cinnamon, clove and cardamom).

Students created their own recipe for glögi Then planed what to serve with glögi,

something small salty and sweet and easy to make.

They created their own recipe for cheese horns and used traditional recipes for gingerbreads and chocolate candies.

Teamwork between all four subjects was fluent.

But as we do these projects in our own classrooms the students didn’t always realized that we all were working on the same project.

Conclusions

Page 11: Time for ”glögi”
