Who needs counselling?

I DO help students to recognise feelings they have, where they come from and how they can take control of those.

I DO NOT diagnose conditions such as ADHD, OCD or Depression that is the role of a Doctor, Educational Psychologist or other specialists.

Play and Creative Art Therapy

✓Using; paint, clay, sand trays, sculpture, drawings among other things

✓Art is a way to connect with emotions and worries without having to put them into words.

✓It is not about judging artistic ability or analysing the art.
