The RBM - a twin station, fully automated de-paneling system designed to deliver unrivalled performance in speed, accuracy and through put, offering:
off loading
Panels are loaded into the RBM on a regular edge belt conveyor, and placed securely into a fixture ready for routing. An X/Y/Z gripper will secure and unload the individual PCBs and place onto tray/conveyor/or other EoL equipment.

Maximum performance is achieved through use of advanced precision manipulators on all axis. Options available include twin or single table, vacuum or conventional fixtures and rotary saw, single or dual head spindles.

The PRM single station routing machine designed to pre-route tabs before the panel is conveyed to final routing, thus increasing the output of any final routing system. Ideal for panels that can be transported on an edge belt after routing.

The IDM - single station sawing machine, designed to deliver unrivalled stress free performance in speed and accuracy. A precision rotary table fitted with a precision gripper fixture, post route and pre route board handling, plus an array of software tools to enhance the performance of routing cycle, makes the IDM ideal for panels such as memory modules, where fully automated high through put is a must.
The GIR - single station routing system complete with a carrier loading module. A gripper firmly holds each PCB during routing, there by delivering extremely high performance in terms of
