Board shall, and does hereby lea~e the faci lity to WJCT for a

term of forty (40) yPars . The facility s1.¢ti 1. he ard remain

characterized as personal property. At the end of the ~ermLl of

the s ub lease and lease provided for in this par::<gra.ph, the Board

shall have the op~ion to extend its sublease for a period of

twenty (~ 0) years, in which ever:t Y:.JC'I' may ext end its lease of

3 . In consideration for the us e of the ~acility for the

period descri bed above, WJCT shall:

a) pay an annual rental of One Dol l ar ($1. o,; ).

b) install in the facili~y. at the ap?ropriate

time, at its expense, eq:J.ipmenc n ecessary for t h e use

o f the facility as a public broadcast facili~y. wji c h
