Highlight the most suitable supports that can be committed to respond to early school leaving (Training Agencies, Community Institutions, Area Authorities etc.)

Examine the resources available (inside or outside the school)

Search for support in the student's frame of reference ( youth associations, voluntary organizations etc.)

OVOSODO OVOSODO (1997) by Paolo Virzì(1997) by Paolo Virzì

It is the story of an ordinary boy living in the Tuscan city of

Leghorn. His name is Piero Malsani, the son of a former port

worker who goes in and out of jail. He lives with his retarded

brother and a young stepmother in a popular block of flats among

clothes hanging out and people shouting out of windows.

School & FictionThe scene shows the protagonist entering the class of his new

school - attended by children of local high society. The teacher,

calling them on, appoint pupils as "sons of ..." - doctors, lawyers,-

admirals.

The redemption of the young Piero takes place when, having to

go through a kind of "initiation" by the older students, reacts in his

abrupt, but effective way.
