God is asking for all of us, all the time, all for Him. That is what worship is — the offering of our everyday lives to Him.

What God Wants

Whole life worship requires us to be completely sold out to God, unreservedly committed to His purposes and 100% set apart for His glory—body, mind and spirit.

e primary and most powerful step toward the worship of a growing life is committing to a practical, measurable process that catalyzes spiritual formation in our lives.

There is no practice more foundational to the worship of a growing life than the habit of regular reading and study of the Bible.

1. Studying the Bible is the first step toward the knowledge of God.

You cannot truly worship what you do not know. You cannot know God apart from knowing His Word.

God’s self-revelation through the Bible is more revealing and more reliable than what we can know of Him…

3. Studying the Bible is the pathway to spiritual fruitfulness.

• “God-breathed” (theopneustos): Possessing the life of God.

• The Bible is not just written material, it is the living, active life of God.

Encountering the Bible is not just a transmission of information—it is a transformational encounter with the Spirit of Truth.

The Word as Worship• Meditate on it: “But his delight is in the law of the LORD,

• Memorize it: “I have hidden Your word in my heart that I might not sin against You.” ~Psalm 119:11

• Master it: “Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” ~II Timothy 2:15 (King James Version)

• Minister it: “But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.” ~James 1:22 (New King James Version)
