2A, Monitoring SPP Implementation • Final report with 8 country case studies (Japan, Thailand, India, Estonia,
Switzerland, Ottawa, U.S. federal government, South Australia) on the monitoring of SPP implementation will be released in November 2015 and made publicly available in the SCP Clearinghouse website

2B, Measuring & Communicating Benefits of SPP • Conclusive webinar of the working group held on 9 September 2015.
Presentation and recording are available on the SCP Clearinghouse website E-Library section and Youtube channel.
• Final report inclusive of the baseline analysis on measuring and communicating the benefits of SPP and guidance framework for the measurement of impacts will be released in October 2015 and made publicly available in the SCP Clearinghouse website E-Library section.
• Expert workshop on “Measuring impacts and communicating benefits created by SPP”, Seoul, South Korea, 19-20 November 2015
• Second phase of the working group is under preparation
2C, Promoting best practices on SPP • GPN Malaysia will compile best practices showcasing successful examples in
the field of GPP in the Asia-Pacific region. • Activities are ongoing: 7 case studies are being identified and the
questionnaire for data collection is being developed. The compendium should be drafted by December 2015.

3A, Product-Service Systems • A Technical Report on the Use of Product-Service Systems to enhance
Sustainable Public Procurement was released in May 2015 and is available in the SCP Clearinghouse website E-Library section.
• A training module on circular procurement targeted at public procurers, inclusive of case studies on PSS was recently finalized. It will be made available to Partners shortly.
• Second phase of the working group is under preparation.
4B, SPP through ecolabels and standards • Group webinar focusing on how public procurers can negotiate through
claims made via labels and standards (21 July 2015). • Annual in-person meeting will be held on 24 September 2015 in Sao Paulo,
Brazil focusing on “Using major events to increase the uptake of standards and labels in SPP and for SCP”.
