Run Flat Tire System - Run flat device in all tires. These tires continue to run

even after a tire is punctured or burst Up to 60 miles at 60mph after a bullet hit.

Suspension, Shocks and Brakes - Front shocks replaced with custom made coil

over shocks fully tested in off road conditions. Smoothes out ride over all

terrain and provides stability to offset increased load due to armoring. Rear

Brake shoes replaced with high performance material for improved braking

and increased safety.

Dual Ram Bumpers - Concealed behind both the front and the rear bumpers,

this option allows each vehicle to ram their way out of a dangerous situation

without causing in- operable damage.

Manufacturing

H A R D S H E L L - W E A V I N G S E C T I O N

All Hard Shell protected vehicles are manufactured in strict compliance to our Quality Standard and follows strict process

controls to ensure high product quality, materials traceability and product repeatability.

The Hard Shell resembles a normal civilian vehicle. It is low profile – meaning that the vehicle is nearly visually identical

to a standard vehicle. Therefore unwanted attention while traveling is avoided.

Fuel System ProtectionFuel tanks are protected from all sides with ballistic steel

Run Flat InsertsAll 5 wheels (4 driven and 1 spare) are supplied with a FINABEL approved run-flat insert band providing the ability

to travel a total distance of 50Km.

SuspensionIn order to ensure the vehicle handles and reacts in a safe a predictable manner all Hard Shell have a complete

upgrade to the suspension system. The revised system includes Coil Springs and Shock Absorbers. These

components are specially developed after much R & D.

Brake SystemThe braking system has been modified to ensure the fully laden vehicle reacts as close as possible to the OEM

Vehicles. Hard Shell have a slotted disc design which allows for better braking performance and to dissipate the

heat created due to braking.

Door HingesAll original door hinges are replaced with our in house designed and manufactured heavy duty door hinges. The

vehicles body structure is reinforced at the door hinge locations. The heavy duty hinges and the body upgrades

ensure the vehicle can take the additional weight of the fully armored doors.

DE - MINING SUIT

The Demining Protective gear is a lightweight protective suit, all enveloping from head to foot, which is easy to wear but

allows the wearer far greater comfort and ease of movement compared to the normal EOD suit.

Jacket: Provides front, back, and side, shoulder and neck protection with the additional feature

of HAP pockets. The high collar is designed to work in conjunction with any helmet.

Arms: Separate sleeves provide optimum mobility.

Groin Protector: Can be worn in either the raised or lowered position.

When raised it provides extra protection to the abdomen area.

Trousers: Supported by stout braces, this unique design provides freedom of movement

and optimum protection to the legs.

Helmet & Visor: The Helmet and Visor provide unequalled protection to head and neck areas.

BOMB DISPOSAL SUIT The Bomb Disposal Suit is designed with the use of state of art material which provide high level of protection in personal

protection for modern day EOD technicians enveloping from head to foot, which is easy to wear and allows the wearer far

greater comfort and ease of movement compared to the normal EOD suit.

The suit consists of the following separate items which collectively make the complete garment.

Provides front, back , side, shoulder and neck protection with HAP inserted in front and back. The high collar is

designed to work in conjunction with any Helmet providing extra protection. Also extra protection for spine is provided. SAP

designed and inserted in the jacket to fit the body shape. Immediate removal of the suit is achieved by use of the quick

release straps attached to the side and shoulder.

® SAP manufactured using mix of Kevlar fabric is made to provide extra protection. Pockets are provided in the

sleeves for keeping instruments.

® Is made of high ballistic strength Kevlar fabric and provides maximum comfort.

Fully adjustable supporting stout braces, this unique design provides freedom of movement and optimum

protection to the legs and also pockets for insertion of HAP’s are provided.

The helmet and visor provide unequalled protection to head and neck areas.

Ballistic and Fragmentation Blanket

A light weight and portable ballistic & fragmentation resistant blanket, which can be configured in any shape and size and

can be easily folded over or placed on top of any ballistic threat. It gives emergency protection against blasts and fragments in

the event of an explosive device detonating before it can be neutralized. It is quick and effective against most pipe bombs,

hand grenades and fragments caused by pressure or electrical explosions.

Ballistic and Fragmentation Blanket are used for IED/EOD operations. Also, helpful in blast

suppression in nuclear facilities, high risk government and non- government buildings.

Provides ballistic-blast protection in vehicle and aircrafts interior and flooring.

Ballistic and Fragmentation Blanket is available in different sizes as per costumer’s requirement.

The Blast Containment Ring is also made of aramid Kevlar fabric. (dimensions as per user requirement).
