Manufacturing

H A R D S H E L L - W E A V I N G S E C T I O N

All Hard Shell protected vehicles are manufactured in strict compliance to our Quality Standard and follows strict process

controls to ensure high product quality, materials traceability and product repeatability.

The Hard Shell resembles a normal civilian vehicle. It is low profile meaning that the v ehicle is nearly visually identical

to a standard vehicle. Therefore unwanted attention while traveling is av oided.

Fuel System Protection

Fuel tanks are protected from all sides with ballistic steel

Run Flat Inserts

All 5 wheels (4 driven and 1 spare) are supplied with a FINABEL approved run-flat insert band providing the ability

to travel a total distance of 50Km.

Suspension

In order to ensure the vehicle handles and reacts in a safe a predictable manner all Hard Shell have a complete

upgrade to the suspension system. The revised system includes Coil Springs and Shock Absorbers. These

components are specially developed after much R & D.

Brake System

The braking system has been modified to ensure the fully laden vehicle reacts as close as possible to the OEM

Vehicles. Hard Shell have a slotted disc design which allows for better braking performance and to dissipate the

heat created due to braking.

Door Hinges

All original door hinges are replaced with our in house designed and manufactured heavy duty door hinges. The

vehicles body structure is reinforced at the door hinge locations. The heavy duty hinges and the body upgrades

ensure the vehicle can take the additional weight of the fully armored doors.

The Demining Protective gear is a lightweight protective suit, all enveloping from head to foot, which is easy to wear but

allows the wearer far greater comfort and ease of movement compared to the normal EOD suit.

BOMB DISPOSAL SUIT

The Bomb Disposal Suit is designed with the use of state of art material which provide high level of protection in personal

protection for modern day EOD technicians enveloping from head to foot, which is easy to wear and allows the wearer far

greater comfort and ease of m ovement compared to the normal EOD suit.

The suit consists of the following separate items which collectively make the complete garm ent.

Provides front, back , side, shoulder and neck protection with HAP inserted in front and back. The high collar is

designed to work in conjunction with any Helmet providing extra protection. Also extra protection for spine is provided. SAP

designed and inserted in the jacket to fit the body shape. Immediate removal of the suit is achieved by use of the quick

release straps attached to the side and shoulder.

A light weight and portable ballistic & fra gmentation resistant blanket, which can be configured in any shape and size and

can be easily folded over or placed on top of any ballistic threat. It gives emergency protection against blasts and fragments in

the event of an explosive device detonating before it can be neutralized. It is quick and effective against most pipe bombs,

hand grenades and fragments caused by pressure or electrical explosions.
