PHOTO COVERING OFFER
As the Tour Voile official photographer, Jean-Marie Liot takes photo shots throughout the event, at sea and on land.
The photos available online on the website public area (photos in low definitiononly, with signature required on the photo "Jean-Marie LIOT / ASO), are availableto competitors for their web use: website of Teams and sponsors, and socialnetworks. No other use possible without agreement.
Jean-Marie Liot offers an extension of the rights to obtain the photos in highdefinition. The rights will be transferred to the financial sponsors of the teamsonly and in the context of the rights below:
o The press and press kitso Group newsletterso Communication aimed at the promotion of the project, within the limit of
60X80cm: press kits, posters, postcards without sales, published for the test to be given to the public
o Internal journals of sponsors
Photograph rights are not assigned for:o the uses of the technical partners.o The uses with purchase of advertising space and commercial uses (network
display, advertisements purchased in the press, window screens, building facades, company brochures, POS advertising).
These uses would be billed the amount of which would depend on them (size ofthe photo used and the number of copies of a newspaper for press ads forexample).
Team managers certify that they hold the rights to the image of objects and people in the
photos. Jean-Marie Liot can not be held responsible for the uses made of the photos. No
other use without agreement.
