Each stratum was divided into 2 parts according to “type of local administration”

“Selection of tertiary sampling unit”(Simple Random Sampling)

1 eligible per household (aged 6 years and over in 2014)

MethodCombination of direct interview and self-completed questionnaire
Time SampleAll days of the week covered by assigning one day to each respondent.- The enumerator will try to distribute reference
days so that each day of the weeks is uniformly allocated to total number of respondents
- However 2014 TUS, Day was specified by sample planning stage which distribute to respondents

Conclusions and policy recommendations
Women participated in non‐economic activities more than men, especially household services and care for household members.
To reduce gender inequity, both economic and non‐economic activities should be equally addressed.
Non‐economic activities, should be included in the GDP estimation.
Need campaign to change social attitude, especially men, on sharing responsibility in non‐economic activities.
