!!!!!!Introduction: The Swiss Center for Strategic Studies - SCSS- was established in the beautiful city of Lucerne, Switzer-land as a response to the growing demand for scholarly work and research studies in the political, strate-gic planning and change management fields . it also acts acts as a conflict resolution center helps in of-fering well crafted academic proposal for bringing an end to the political and community conflicts around the world. The center aims at developing an outstanding research hub that gathers thought-leaders, scholars and professional researches from around the world to form a think-tank that acts in a neutral ap-proach to offer recommendations and strategies to governments, international bodies and related institu-tions with interest in the same field and activities. The SCSS acts under the sponsorship of the Cambridge Corporate University in Switzerland and aims at forming research and collaborative links with a number of academic and research institutions worldwide. !!Mission: The SCSS aims at supporting research and study activities in the fields of political sciences, strategic planning, change management and conflict resolution worldwide. it also aims at the dissemination of knowledge and innovation for the purpose of creating a better world. !!!!!!!!!!!

!!!!!Objectives:

1. Development of appealing quality researches and studies in the fields of political sciences, Strategic Planning, Change Management and Conflict Resolution.

2. Organization of specialized events, conferences , seminars and experts meeting in the re-lated fields of activities.

3. Publishing of specialized articles, notes, reports and case studies in the fields of political sciences, Strategic Planning , Change Management and Conflict Resolution.

4. Conducting of specialized surveys and opinion polls focusing on public interest and opin-ion in relation to hot topics in the related fields.

5. Acting as a think tank formulating specialized proposals and formal reports to govern-ments, international bodies, institutions and media bodies in the related field of activities.

6. Supervision of postgraduate researches and studies in related departments within the partners institutes and universities and according to established collaboration agreements.

The Swiss Center for Strategic Studies- SCSS hosts two main research units:

1. EU- European Unit for Political and Strategic Research Studies.

2. ME - Middle East Unit for Political, Strategic, and Conflicts Resolution Research Studies.

The Swiss Center for Strategic Studies - SCSS- develop its financial model on the follow-ing approaches:

1. Sponsored by the hosting academic institutions including the Cambridge Corporate Uni-versity and other collaborative institutions.

2. Sponsorship by Swiss governmental and private institutions support research and acade-mic bodies.

3. Accepted donation by certified bodies, governmental, and private entities and individuals according to the Swiss law and regulations.

4. Research Fellows membership for local and international institutions and individuals against certified benefits and discounts on broad spectrum of services offered by the SCSS.

!P.s. An official auditing and financial regulatory office will be appointed to submit an annual financial re-port to the related Swiss authorities and to the Board of Governors at SCSS.
