INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THIS ORDER / QUOTE FORM

1. When using it as an ORDER FORM, fill in the date, model of Daimler the parts are

for, your name and address in full and your membership number. Cross out the

PLEASE QUOTE panel on the right.

2. If you are the owner of a DAIMLER V8 SALOON, an SP250 or a SOVEREIGN XJ6,

you should use this form in conjunction with our Illustrated Parts Catalogue of Faster

Moving Parts which you received when you joined our club. (Should this be misplaced,

you can obtain another copy from Spares for $3.00).

3. Fill in the number of parts required, their part number and a brief description as shown

in the catalogue.

4. Leave everything else blank and post both copies together with your cheque to The

Spare Parts Club.

5. Enclosed with your parts you will find our TAX INVOICE showing the cost of the parts

and the amount that your cheque was filled in for. Also enclosed will be a new

ORDER/QUOTE FORM.

To use this form as a QUOTE FORM do exactly as above except:

1. Cross out the PLEASE SUPPLY panel on the left.

2. Post both copies to The Spare Parts Club where the current prices will be added and

the forms returned to you by the next mail. If you then decide to order, you should

send both copies back to The Spare Parts Club together with payment as quoted.

IMPORTANT: Quoted prices only hold good for FOURTEEN DAYS from date shown on

quote form.

RETURNS: Any parts returned for credit must be in clean condition and in the ORIGINAL

PACKAGING within 31 days of dispatch. A copy of the TAX INVOICE on which the parts

were charged must also be returned.

NO CREDIT CAN BE GIVEN UNLESS THE ABOVE IS FOLLOWED.

LIABILITY: Should any part or parts supplied by the Club prove faulty in service our liability

is strictly limited to the replacement of such parts.
