Icravedsugar!Frommycar tomyhandbags, sugary snacks could be easily found everywhere for my ownconvenience. Iwas likea sugar smugglerbut thatwouldchange sooner than Irealized.
Not surprisingly,my sugar addiction led to seriousweight gain,migraineheadaches and low energy levels. It wasn’t encouraging to say the least. Myenergylevelswereliterallydowntozero.IfeltlikeIwasrunningonempty.Onatypicalday,Iwoulddragmyselfoutofbed,dragmyselftowork,dragmyselfaroundtheofficethendragmyselfbackhome.Lifebecamealiteraldragforme.Furthermore, nomatter howmuch I slept, I alwayswoke up feeling tired andsleepy.
Admittedly, Igot tiredof feeling tired.
