    CONCLUSIONS

    Soil conditions in post-mining (PT Timah Bangka)sandy with very low nutrient content

    Rooting system constrain - could not enter to thedeeper area lateral root

    An-organic fertilizer with NPK 30-50-10 g/ plant

    required for plant establishment Manure 4 Kg/plant can help the plant during the

    establishment

    The best result combination of manure and an-organic fertilizer (NPK 50-75-15 g per plant)

    Endofitic fungus improved plant growth duringestablishment
