RATE YOUR ESTEEM
How would you rate your esteem?Just quickly on a scale of 1(low) to 10 (high), what number would you pick?
3 51 2 4 6 7 8 9 10
LOW HIGH
The higher the number you chose, the stronger your esteem. If you chose a lower number, don’t be discouraged, you are certainly not alone. About 70% of the people in the work don’t like themselves and have low esteem. This would score most people from 1 to 6. The other 30% would be in the 7 to 9 range.Did you pick number 1 or 2? Your esteem really needs a lot of work but you can build it at any age. It just takes a lot of work and patience. Did you pick number 10? You should question why you chose this number. Feeling that you are the best may be giving you a false sense of security or a feeling of superiority which can cause relationship issues and health concerns.
