THE PIRATE INN Our newest and most unique rental! The Pirate Inn is a brand new park model with a loft, decorated with a seafaring theme. The front of the unit is designed with an actual ship's bow, mast, figurehead and anchor! The deck rails are beautifully carved, and you will love the parrot that is on guard at the entrance to your rental. The interior includes a sea

chest and other unique items that follow the same theme. The Pirate Inn sleeps mom, dad and 3 kids. We invite you to experience this unique rental! Come have fun while enjoying all the comforts of home in the beautiful campground setting that is Lake-In-Wood!

PLAYHOUSE Treat your little ones to a special stay in a real Playhouse, our newest rental. It is sized to sleep 2 children. The interior has 2 single bed-sized cushions and a rug for extra comfort and fun. When rented, it will be brought to your campsite! You can rent it for a minimum of 2 nights for $80. The 3rd and 4th nights are $35 each. The 5th and 6th nights are $30 each, and the 7th night is free! A one-week stay is $210.

NEW LAKE-IN-WOOD TROLLEY Beautifully restored and painted antique trolley will take you on a free, relaxing tour of the park. GNOME CAFE: UPDATED MENU & EXTENDED HOURS

Join our chefs, "Mike the Porkmeister" and "Larry the Grill Master" as they create their specialties for your delectation. Our new menu will delight you with its variety of terrific foods. Let Vicki and Robin assist you with your choices. The cafe is now open 7 days a week during the summer and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as tasty snacks

and soft ice cream delights. In spring and fall we are open weekends. Check the white ACTIVITIES BOARD for specific information.

GOLD SITES ROW These WORLD-CLASS sites offer privacy in a lovely, wooded setting while revealing a beautiful view of the park's lake and the large, open field leading to it. They have full hookups with 50 amp service and include concrete pads and top-shelf, powder-coated picnic benches as well as a fire ring.

UPDATED RESTROOM FACILITIES Our restroom facilities are world-class all the way. We start with stringent cleanliness throughout. Enter through our all-new, powder coated bathroom doors. Enjoy the beautifully tiled floors. We also feature sinks with automatic water sensors, hand washing soap dispensers and energy-saving light switches that sense motion.

GNOME WATERFALL Check out the gnomes hiding in our beautifully constructed rock waterfall. Situated in the middle of the meticulously landscaped mini-golf course, you can relax to the lilting sounds of the falling water as you enjoy a game of golf; great family fun!

TOTEM POLES THROUGHOUT THE PARK A local master-craftsman has carved quite a number of beautiful totem poles for Lake In Wood. You will find them interspersed throughout the resort. These monumental sculptures are carved from large trees. Be sure to check out the lighthouse, carved and painted, with an actual beacon that glows in the dark. You will find it near the "SHIPWRECK" rental unit, as part of that rental's theme. You will also see a traditional native American

totem, eagle, fairy and many, many others. See if you can find them all! “BRAND NEW" BICYCLE & CART RENTALS We now have a wide variety of non-motorized rentals for your enjoyment. Check out our bicycles and non-motorized scooters, three-wheeled Joyriders, four-wheeled Fun Cycles and Pedal Carts. Rent by the hour for great family fun!

HAY WAGON RIDES Join us on regularly scheduled free rides through the park. Lake-In-Wood's hay wagon was hand crafted by local Amish craftsmen to our specifications. You're gonna love it!

SHUFFLEBOARD COURTS Our shuffleboard courts have been completely re-done! Join the group for scheduled events or play on your own. It's your choice!

LAUNDRY: NEW FACILITIES Our brand new, beautifully decorated laundry facility offers a lovely outdoor porch to relax while you get your laundry done. The facility features ceramic tile throughout, bathroom with shower, stainless steel work-sink and brand new top-of-the-line washers and dryers.

KIDS CLUB Every week in July and August! Lake In Wood Camping Resort offers a FREE KIDS FUN CLUB ARTS & CRAFTS PROGRAM for young campers at the Gnome Café. Check the Activity Board in the campground for details, dates and times.

GNOME QUEST Here at Lake In Wood we are happy to host an abundance of Gnomes, scattered about the campground. To celebrate their presence we now feature a „GNOME QUEST”, which offers fun for the whole family. Use your keen observational skills for this quest with clues in rhymes. Win prizes Mondays through

Thursdays in July and August. THE FIREPLACE The newest addition to Lake In Wood is the Chalet, a beautifully constructed stone pavilion that overlooks the lake. It recreates the look of a “Swiss chalet”, with its pillared construction and six-sided roof. The magnificent stone fireplace is complemented by the hand-crafted “LAKE-IN-WOOD” sign

and the one-of-a-kind chandeliers, made of hollowed-out tree trunks! Come sit and relax by the fire while you enjoy an unparalleled lakeside view!
