PLANNING TO HAVE 15,000ON STREETS IN WATTS ON7th ANNIVERSARY OF RIOT!

NOTHING IS MORE IMPORTANT—NOTHING!

PLANNING MEETING TO PUT 15,000 INTHE STREETS AT FLORENCE ANDNORMANDIE ON THE 7TH ANNIVERSARYOF THE LOS ANGELES RIOTS TO PROTESTCIA DRUG DEALING

DATE: January 12, 1999 TIME: 5 P.M.LOCATION: Conference Room, Los Angeles

Public Library, 46th and Main, Los AngelesOn April 29th, 1999 the National Alliance

Against Racist and Polit ical Repression, inalliance with Mike Ruppert and many othergroups, will stage a march and protest rallywhich wi l l commence a t the Bethe l AMEChurch at 79th and Western and end at theworld famous intersect ion of Florence andNormandie. The sole purpose of the march anddemonstration will be to protest the CentralIntelligence Agency’s role in selling drugs toAmerican citizens.

The recently released report from the CIAInspector General’s office confirms that CIAplayed a premeditated role in introducing largequantities of cocaine into the inner cities andthroughout the country. In the middle of theimpeachment c r i s i s , I raq i bombing and adeliberate cover-up by the major media, thepromised hearings on the report in the House ofRepresentatives are being held hostage againstBill Clinton’s impeachment. This is not beingst r ic t ly repor ted by me but has a lso beenreported by long-t ime Clinton cr i t ic LarryNichols who says (fantastically) that OliverNorth was a rogue and somehow acting all byhimself.

The purpose of this march is for the peopleto say that we will not let the CIA report gettraded, whitewashed, covered up, overlooked, hidden or given away to keep any politician inoffice. The corruption it leads to is at the heartof a l l tha t i s now wrong in Washington .Already I am receiving e-mails from around thecountry expressing support. The Greens arejoining the effort and a number of celebritiesfrom around the country have stated they willbe there.

No matter what, this will be a demonstrationby and for the people. It will not be co-optedor taken over by any politician, pundit, so-calledleader or group. Those who speak on that daywill be only the ones who worked to make ithappen.

It is impossible to say that the devastationwhich occurred in 1992 was not connected tothe destruction of property values, the violence, the f l ight of businesses and capi ta l whichresulted from the flood of drugs which CIA,Oliver North, George Bush and others broughthere in 1982, and 1983 and 1984, and 1985 and1986 and 1987 and 1988 and which continues

to this day.We wil l gather peaceful ly and we—the

people—wil l s ta r t to take cont ro l o f ourgovernment. We will not let the truth, whichGary Webb and so many others have risked lifeand limb to tell, be ignored.

I now firmly believe that African-Americawas targeted to receive the drugs and I willdiscuss that in a future issue of my newsletterFrom The Wilderness at <www.copvcia.com>.There is enough proof in CIA’s own report tojustify reparations and this is but one of thepoints we will bring to the front on April 29th.

To pull this off will require a Herculeanef for t o f bo th t ime and money. Theinfrastructure must be built and the organizationmust be thorough. The chief organizers of thedemonstration will be Deacon Alexander of theNational All iance and the people of SouthCentral. I will work with them on a daily basisto help make it happen.

As the country sinks into a theater of theabsurd you can make your voice, your heart andyour spirit be felt. You can put some sanityinto the picture.

BE THERE—JANUARY 12th [ for themeeting].

I think there is a great possibility here ifthey ask God for guidance and listen to itthat this could be the start of a big reform inour government. Remember they are goingafter one of the “elite’s” biggest “fish”—GeorgeBush—and to get an admission of guilt andcompensation for their dastardly racial warfaredeeds. If this is handled properly, we could endup with something that will go down in historyas a major turning point in our determination tore turn san i ty and God in to our ha l l s o fgovernment. What better place and what betterpeople with which to continue the start that the2-Million-Man March made in Washington towake up our leaders that we-the-people are notgoing to take their war on us any longer? Thiskind of action is what the crooks in highplaces most fear.

CUREFOR AIDS!

Tetrasil (tetrasilver tetroxide)

Re: Colloidal silver [variation developed],—Marvin Ante lman, au thor : EEl l inwood<[email protected]>;

CURE FOR AIDS AT HAND!

The Foundation for Incurable Diseases isp leased to announce i t has come to anagreement wi th Dr . Marvin Ante lman ofAntelman Technologies, which will provide tothose suffering from AIDS a cure for little orno cost!

Dr. Antelman has developed Tetrasil (r)( te t ras i lver te t roxide) which is a patentedbioinorganic antipathogenic molecular crystaldevice. Tetrasil kills pathogens by electrocutingthem!

Dr. Antelman, whose work throughout theyears has varied from innovative designs fornuclear submarine reactors and smart-cardbatteries, discovered that silver (Ag) actually isformed by Ag and Ag3, and it is this discoverythat lead him to the development of Tetrasil.(Tetrasil is not colloidal silver.) Through theconstruction of a molecular-sized semiconductor,Dr. Antelman was able to force natural silver(which is actually Ag2) into its two separatecomponents of Ag and Ag3 and to keep themseparate, thus retaining the potential for anelectron discharge. In layman’s terms, one

Page 3CONTACT: THE PHOENIX EDUCATORJANUARY 19, 1999

section of the Tetrasil machine contains an extraelectron charge that desperately wants to crossto the other side, but cannot due to the mannerin which the molecular machine is constructed. The molecular machine is, thereby, polarizedand charged, and remains so until triggered. The Tetrasil machine is triggered when it comesinto contact with a pathogen (thus the reasonfor the name “anti-pathogenic molecular crystaldevice”). Pathogens (bacteria and virii alike)are drawn to the device by strong covalentforces, and when they come into contact withthe machine they are locked into place by theseforces. The extra electron charge is then freeto make its way to the other side of the Tetrasilmachine by traversing the cellular membrane ofthe pathogen, which it immediately does. The2-volt discharge electrocutes the pathogen in theprocess. A chelation process is triggered as aresult and both the Tetrasil machine and thedead pathogen bound to it are removed by theliver. The liver is stressed, but not damaged.

Tetrasi l is classed as an EPA Class IVsubstance—the SAFEST rating available, whichmeans it is safe for human consumption. EPAClass IV status is equivalent to FDA Stage Oneapproval.

Tetrasi l has redefined the s tandards bywhich the government judges efficacy against e-coli: nothing works faster and more effectivelythan Tetrasil.

In human clinical AIDS trials, a SINGLE IVinjection of Tetrasil cured 8 of 10 terminalAIDS patients, who showed no sign of diseaseone year after treatment. The two other patientssuccumbed due to the damage already inflictedby the disease. It was too late for them.

Tetrasil will be distributed:* as a cure for FAIDS (feline AIDS—30%

of all cats suffer from the disease) in the USA,for which FDA approval is not needed.

* as spray disinfectants and wipes* as treatment for drinking water and waste

water (no poisonous chlorine needed any longer)* as disinfectant for cooling towers (no

more legionnaires disease)* AS A CURE FOR HUMAN AIDS* and many other usesDr. Antelman turned down mill ions of

dol lars from an NIH-associated group thatwanted all rights to Tetrasil because he knewthey would make the treatment too costly orsuppress it altogether. (Dr. Antelman knowshow the system works and is disgusted by it.)

Tetrasil has the potential to cure practicallyall disease caused by pathogens, from TB to thecommon cold. Dr. Antelman, an orthodoxrabbi, is a righteous man who seeks to help easehuman suffering, not profit from it. (RabbiMarvin S . Ante lman i s a member of TheSupreme Rabbinic Court, aka ‘the Sanhedrin’,the oldest established court in the world.)

The Foundation for Incurable Diseases (FID)needs public support to br ing this modernmiracle to the people of the world.

The pharmaceutical industry is alreadyrallying to stonewall distribution of Tetrasil, because it will replace all their poisonous (andhighly profitable) treatments for AIDS—all ofwhich will kill a healthy person. Help us fightthe true killers—the pharmaceutical industry.More people die from treatment for AIDS thanfrom the disease itself. The time has come tocease this nonsense.

No one need ever die of AIDS again.

The employment of molecular crystals asbactericidal, viricidal and algicidal devices, andspecifically the molecular semiconductor crystaltetrasilver tetroxide Ag(4) 0(4) which has twotrivalent and two monovalent silver atoms permolecule, and which through this structuralconfiguration generates electronic activity on amolecular scale capable of killing algae andbacteria via the same mechanism as macroscaleelectron generators.

HMMM, oxygen and silver can kill bacteriaanerobic (pathogenic).

The FDA wants to regulate it as a drug tokeep me from turning blue while I die from anantibiotic-resistant infection.

How noble of them.Maybe someone can explain the trade off

between, turning blue (if it does happen with apure colloidal solution) and dying from anantibiotic-resistant infection. [End quoting]

He tells it like it is. Isn’t it nice to havethis verification of what we’ve been sayingabout silver, but it looks like he has boosted itsusefulness to even a higher level? And also, what he has to say about the AMA murderersis right on.

SUPERBUG WAITS TOHIT COMPUTERS AT

QUIETEST TIME

From THE GAZETTE, Montreal, 12/27/98:[quoting]

A devious genius has unleashed the mostpowerful virus experts have ever seen and it

strikes when it can do the most damage.

LONDON—Businesses are being told to beon their guard against the most dangerouscomputer virus ever detected.

But it may be too late. The new virus isthe first that can spread through a networkunaided and then strike during the night orweekend, tu rn ing computer f i l es in tounintelligible code.

Unl ike convent iona l v i ruses , RemoteExplorer, as it calls itself, can infect a machinewithout the user having to open a file—usuallyan attachment to an e-mail.

Even more worry ing , the v i rus i s sosophisticated it can spread through a networkwithout having to hitch a ride on an e-mail orfile. It then uses an internal clock to strike ata quiet time, because it will take longer forproblems to be detected.

Last week, computer security experts atNetwork Associates’ U.K. base in Aylesbury,Bucks, wrote a program that can detect the virusand destroy it . It is now available on theInternet at <www.nai.com>.

But the virus writer may have an even moresophisticated version he is waiting to unleash.Peter Watkins, general manager of NetworkAssociates’ Security Division in San Francisco, says that whoever is behind the threat is themost sophisticated virus writer he has comeacross. [End quoting]

It looks like y2k isn’t enough to worryabout when it comes to computers.

NEW KNEESURGERY

From POPULAR MECHANICS magazine,Aug. 1998: [quoting]

Teaching the body to make its own cartilagecan save patients surgery and money.

Cartilage damaged in knee injuries usuallycan’ t repair i t se l f , explains San Franciscosurgeon Kevin R. Stone. To obtain the tissueto make repairs, surgeons must now remove asmall amount of healthy tissue in one operation, grow it in a laboratory, and transplant theexpanded mass during a second surgery.

Stone’s technique does all the work in onestep. Under local anesthesia, he removes asmall amount of cartilage and porous bone fromthe leg bone. The tissues are mixed and placedin the defective area. Cartilage regrows inabout six weeks.

Bes ides avoid ing a second opera t ion ,patients save money. “The 2-step surgicalprocedure and cell culturing process can costmore than $60,000,” Stone says. “The newsurgery can be performed at one-tenth the cost.”[End quoting]

It’s hard for me to understand how he won’tget kicked out of the medical profession fortaking away a big portion of the orthopedicsurgeons’ income.

LAW PROVIDES “NEW” Y2KSOLUTION FOR Y2K-INDUCED

POWER OUTAGES

From the INTERNET, by J im Lord ,<www.y2ktimebomb.com>, 1/11/99: [quoting]

An o ld technology of fe rs a grea t y2ksolution thanks to recent regulatory changes inmany states.

Electricity is needed to keep most homeswarm in the winter. It can be used directly tomake heating elements glow or indirectly toopera te compressors , pumps , b lowers orcontrollers. Some heating systems won’t workefficiently and many won’t work at all withoutelectricity. Because of this dependency, poweroutages brought on by y2k would beuncomfortable for most and even perilous formany.

Under moderate to severe y2k conditions, weclearly need a good way to heat homes andbusinesses without electricity. An ideal systemwould be inexpensive, clean, highly efficient

Page 4 CONTACT: THE PHOENIX EDUCATOR JANUARY 19, 1999

and safe. Fuel would be widely available.(And, if it did NOT involve a backyard full offirewood, it would get my vote for certain.)

Such a system does exist. In fact, it hasbeen widely used for twenty years or more inindustrial applications. Conflicts between statebui ld ing codes and bureaucrat ic fumbl ing, however , have prevented i t s use in homeheating. (More on that later.)

The improbable solution is vent-free gasheaters.

Vent-free means the heater doesn’t have astovepipe to carry away the fumes. Now, thisseems dangerous—for at least two reasons.First, what about carbon monoxide—aren’t thepapers full of stories about whole familiesperishing in house trailers with open-flameheaters? And what if your house is tightlysealed—no air flowing (or sneaking) in from theoutside. Won’t this thing use up all the oxygenand suffocate the poor occupants while theysleep?

Those are, indeed, concerns but they werealso so lved many years ago. The carbonmonoxide problem is eliminated by designingthe heater to operate at very high temperatures, much like a catalytic converter. Vent-freeheaters burn the gas so completely they arecommonly rated at efficiencies greater than99.9%. This means the gas i s en t i re lyconsumed—virtually all the energy is convertedto heat. Testing, for example, shows there isno production of carbon monoxide at all. Nonewhatever . The only byproducts of thecombustion process are, interesting enough, carbon dioxide and water vapor. Exactly whatyou breathe into the air when you exhale.

And the oxygen? That concern is taken careof by an Oxygen Depletion Sensor (ODS). Thisgadget measures the oxygen leve l in theatmosphere—20% under normal conditions. Ifthe level drops just a fraction down to 18%, theunit simply shuts down. It won’t work at allunless the oxygen inside stays at normal levels.

If these things are so hot (pun entirelyintended), where have they been for the pasttwenty years? A great question and therein liesa sad tale of heavy-handed federal meddling, clumsy lawmaking, states rights, babies and bathwater.

In the early 1980s (boy it’s hard not to say“80s” there but I’m trying). Anyway, in theearly 1980s, ODS-equipped, vent-free heaterscame onto the scene. Fresh from the ravagesof the oil shortage, the bureaucrats were everwatchfu l for energy e f f ic ien t appl iances .Extensive testing revealed these heaters werejust, well , f lat wonderful. So the federalspassed a law superseding all state laws andmaking the heaters instantly legal in all fiftystates. In other words, they just jammed themdown everybody’s throats. Sort of like thefifty-five-mile-an-hour speed limit.

At that point, most of the states adhered, inlarge part, to the Uniform Mechanical Code, avoluntary standard that, for safety reasons, didnot allow the unvented burning of any fuelinside residential structures. The crafters of thiscode, of course, had not tested these fancy newheaters.

The new federal law, meanwhile, was fatallyflawed as it allowed states to apply for anexemption. Now, the state bureaucrats don’tlike to be pushed around any more than the restof us. Since the exemption was there for the

asking, virtually every state applied. And, fortwenty years, this highly beneficial technologyhas been withheld from the public.

So what is it that has changed the situation?Well, just recently, most states, in the pursuitof even greater standardization, have adoptedthe newer, broader standard contained in theINTERNATIONAL Mechanica l Code .Adherence to this standard makes it easier formany manufacturers to both import from andexport into foreign markets. And here’s thekicker—the new code approves of vent-free gasheaters as long as they are equipped withOxygen Depletion Sensors. (My home state ofUtah, for example just adopted the new codethis very week.)

Now that I have (hopefully) convinced youthat these heaters are legitimate and legal (ifyour state has also adopted the InternationalMechanical Code), what makes these heaters sospecial? Here’s why I like them so much.

* They use no electricity at all. For y2kpurposes , th i s b reaks the dependence onelectricity for home heating—typically, one ofthe most critical uses of electricity in the home.

* Because of the above, they are probablythe most efficient forms of heating known. Youcan expec t your hea t ing b i l l to decreasedramatically, sometimes by fifty percent andmore.

* They are easy to install. There are noholes to punch into the ceiling, no chimney isrequired and there are no electrical lines toworry about. They do require a gas line, ofcourse. Installation of the unit is accomplishedwith three screws into the wall.

* They operate on either natural gas orpropane. These fuels are, of course widelyavailable and, in the case of propane, are easilystored in quantity. (More on this later.)

* They a re amazingly inexpens ive topurchase. A thirty-thousand-BTU unit will runin the $225-$400 range depending on source. Asingle unit of this size will usually heat a 1500-square-foot house.

* They will humidify your home if you livein a dry c l imate . The humidi ty leve l i stypically maintained at about thirty percent, eliminating the dry throat and scratchy eyesoften encountered in forced-air systems.

* They are thermosta t ica l ly control led, making them easy to set up and forget about.

OK, these are really neat gadgets but whatabout the y2k supply chain and disruptions inthe delivery of fuel? First, propane provides apretty good solution because it is fairly easy tostore enough to last an entire winter, especiallysince the heaters are so amazingly efficient. Atank can be installed just by setting it atop afew concrete blocks. And then, of course, youwould need a gas l ine run into the house. While you’re at it, you might want to considera stub-out for a nice gas grill to cook on. Justin case.

Then there is natural gas, the preferredchoice, at least in my neck of the woods. Here’s why. The state of Utah is served by theQues ta r Gas Company. Serv ice ex tendsessent ia l ly over the en t i re s ta te and in tosouthwestern Wyoming and parts of southernIdaho.

Here’s the really good news. The ambientpressure of the gas coming up out of the systemof wells is sufficient to provide forty percent ofthe entire system demand. Translated, that

means that if there is no electricity to operateany pumps, compressors and such, the gas wills t i l l come out of the ground and f lowthroughout the system because of the naturalpressure at the wellhead.

The forty-percent figure does not have theimpact you might expect. Federal law mandatesthat gas companies must adhere to a set priorityfor distribution of gas in the event there is areduc t ion in supply . Hospi ta l s ge t f i r s tpriority—they will receive all the gas they need.Residential customers are next, meaning all thehomes on the entire system will receive 100%of the gas they need. Business and institutionalcustomers bring up the rear.

My Tip of the Week is to consider vent-freegas heaters as, first, a great way to providepr imary heat to your home. Secondar i ly ,consider these heaters as a very inexpensivebackup source of heat to your existing systemin the event there are y2k- induced poweroutages. Next, investigate the availability ofnatural gas in your area. If it is available, talkto the gas company and find out what theambient pressure of the system is in the eventelectrical power is completely knocked out.You may find you can have all the gas youneed. If natural gas is not available or if yoursys tem has insuf f ic ien t ambient p ressure ,consider propane instead.

(Note: I owe immense gratitude to a friendwith years experience at a gas company for theexcellent research he provided for this article. Thanks, pal.)

FLYNT CALLS HOUSEREPUBLICAN HYPOCRITE ON

ADULTERY, EVASION

Excerpted from THE DAILY NEWS , LosAngeles, 1/12/99: [quoting]

Hustler publisher Larry Flynt struck againMonday, accusing a House Republican on theteam prosecuting President Clinton of hypocrisyfor refusing to answer questions under oathabout an adulterous affair.

Flynt’s target this time: House RepublicanRobert L. Barr of Georgia, the first member ofCongress to ca l l fo r Pres ident Cl in ton’sresignation.

According to Flynt , Barr invoked Fif thAmendment-type responses, on his attorney’sadvice , about the a l leged a f fa i r dur ing adeposition taken during a divorce proceeding ofhis former marriage.

According to copies of a deposition releasedby Flynt, Barr and his future wife, on attorney’sadvice, repeatedly avoided answering questionsabout whether they were having a sexual affairbefore and after the congressman separated fromhis former wife.

“He was having an affair and refused toanswer questions about it,” Flynt said when hemade the revelation on Geraldo Rivera’s CNBCtalk show Rivera Live. [End quoting]

Larry Flynt is exposing the hypocrites inCongress who seem to have no problemcondemning Clinton for similar “crimes” to theirown. This is a good example of the dark oneswarring with each other.

WINGEDVICTORY

From ANGELS ON EARTH, Nov/Dec 1998,Guideposts, 39 Seminary Hill Rd., Carmel, NY10512: [quoting]

0n Monday afternoon, a few days beforeChristmas vacation, our high school principalannounced over the intercom a door-decoratingcontest between the classes. I looked around atthe other juniors and noticed a lot of rolling eyes.“Who wants to do that?” someone groaned. I do,I thought. I even had an idea: a beautiful angel, like something out of a sixteenth-century painting.Golden hair, halo, flowing robe...

I’ll go home and make it myself, I decided. Iwas always sketching one thing or another. Theother guys liked to play soccer or shoot hoops. Iliked to draw. If my angel was good enough, maybe the athletic students would understand mebetter.

Gym was my least favorite period. I dreadedit. I was usually the last one picked forbasketball, and my teammates never let me nearthe ball—they wanted to win. I just wished thatwhen they saw my angel, the guys would realizeI was good at something.

At home I unrolled a big sheet of paper on mydining room table and outlined the angel—face, wings, gown and hands. Then I colored her inwith pastels, blending the shades until I got themjust right. When I was finished, I raided mymom’s gift-wrapping supplies for some gold tissuepaper and pasted it behind the head for a halo.

It took me all evening. Finally I stood backand admired my angel. She wasn’t half bad.Careful not to smudge the colors, I rolled up thepicture.

But at school the next day I got nervous aboutwhat the other juniors might say. What if they

Page 7CONTACT: THE PHOENIX EDUCATORJANUARY 19, 1999

didn’t think my angel was any good? What if theythought it was stupid that I’d spent all night onour door decoration? I decided to test it on myfriends Jessica and Lauren. If there was anythingwrong with it, they’d let me down gently.

I unrolled the paper, watching for a reaction. They stared and stared and then they laughed. Both of them. They must really hate it, I thought.

“What’s wrong?” I asked. “Is it ugly?”“Ugly?” Lauren exclaimed. “It’s not ugly.

It’s beautiful!”“I’m laughing because it’s so good,” Jessica

said. “I can’t find anything wrong with it.”What a relief! Now I was ready to show my

angel to everyone else. Holding the paper up tomy chin, I turned and faced the class. “That’sawesome, Jason!” came the response. “Cool! We’re going to win!”

I put my angel up on the door. Suddenly itbecame “ours”. During study hall, several of myclassmates hovered near it. “Some blue wouldreally set it off,” Brian said. He looked to see ifI agreed. “Go for it,” I said. So he and Jeffwrapped blue paper around the door to frame theangel. “Something’s still missing . . .” Laurensaid. “I know. A star!” She and Randi made abig one out of gold paper and cardboard. Kristinwrote a Bible verse on the angel’s sash. Lea,Mike and Mark decorated the blue paper with littlegold stars, turning it into sky. The door waslooking better and better with everyone’s touches.

When it was all finished, Josh, one of our starbasketball players, walked over to the angel.“Nice work, Jason,” he said. “I could never dosomething like that.”

“That’s the way I feel when I see you on thebasketball court!” I laughed.

Everyone else laughed too. Everyone exceptJosh. He was still studying the angel on the door.He must not have heard me . His mind wasprobably on basketball.

Gym class was ninth period. I could feel mystomach churning even before I got to the lockerroom. After I changed, I stood and watched whilethe other guys warmed up. It amazed me how fastsome of them dribbled the ball downcourt, howeasily they made baskets. They seemed to floaton air. Why care about drawing if you could dosomething like that?

Our gym teacher blew the whistle, our cue toline up. He checked to see that everybody wasin proper uniform, then chose team captains—Justin and Josh. No matter what the sport, Justinand Josh were usually the captains.

Now came the worst part: picking teams. Oneby one the others would be chosen and join theirteam, leaving me standing all alone. Here we goagain, I thought. Josh went first, “Jason,” he said.

Everyone stopped talking, as shocked as I was.He must have made a mistake, I thought. He’dbe better off playing by himself than with me onhis team. A couple boys laughed.

“What’s so funny?” Josh asked. “I wantJason.”

I walked over and stood beside him, wonderingif I was dreaming. In no time the teams werechosen. (Things sure seem to move faster whenyou’re not standing around waiting to be picked.)Then we started playing. Right away Josh passedme the ball. “Shoot,” he said. I did. But theball bounced off the backboard. “Good try,” hesaid as everybody ran down court. As usual,Justin scored.

Josh brought the ball back to the other end ofthe court and threw it to me again. “Shoot,” he

said. This time the ball tipped off the rim. “Nexttime, Jason,” he said.

He never gave up on me, encouraging me totake shot after shot. Finally one went in. “Wayto go!” Josh yelled. “Good job!” My teammatesslapped me on the back. I couldn’t believe it. Ihad actually scored!

When I walked off the court, I felt different.Josh had given me a sense of what it meant to bepart of a team. Each of us working with theothers,

In the locker room I told Josh, “Thanks.” Hejust smiled as if it were no big deal.

I would like to end this story by telling youthat my team won the game and our junior classwon the door-decorating contest. We didn’t, ineither case. But that’s not important. THE “ALPHA” WRITING

This is a bit of an inside code, “Alpha”, because our file numerals are 01111. You won’t want to change that but you will want to make thiswriting easily accessible. I am going to explain what is taking place in the Philippines and with the Asian central bankers, along with Greenspanand the Bank of International Settlements in Hong Kong.

The “Global” “thing” has become that hot potato with which nobody wanted to deal but could no longer bury. And no, I don’t speak of elderlycertificates or cute contracts—but criminal activities. You can’t do anything with paper if it is deemed in the world to be no good. However, ifyou utilize the PLAN there is much you can do with leverage.

I am obligated to not give details of any ongoing negotiations or structured, in structuring, or conclusive agreements. However, I am not goingto HIDE or further secret away the methodology of the Plan itself and how it is being both wisely and unwisely utilized.

This will be a big focus at the “informal” bankers’ meeting in Hong Kong today. We will just wait to see what the outcome of those “top secret‘informal’” meetings might produce but it is hard to call all that stuff in the fan anything other than what it is and, my goodness, there is a lot of“Oh shit-ing” going on on the merry-go-round.

Rumors are correct: the Global “stuff” has been qualified and a lot of worst-case banking games are being uncovered as buy-offs and outs havebeen attempted but there is something about the criminal mind—you can’t shut up everyone all the time. And, further, it is not due to filching thatbrings the house of cards down—it is the boasting big shots right through their mouths.

Does Greenspan have a problem? Not if he works with the global community but otherwise his problem ranges, in the counting of one to ten, somewhere about 197.

THE PHILIPPINE GAME

The “game” in the Philippines is as expected, a cute “try to filch” gamble. Can they pull off a big coup, get money FREE from the scoundrelswithout having to pay anything (as is being promised by the Elite brokerage players called British Israel Elite [City of London]). How? Well, kids,“Where did all the gold bars go? Long time mi-iss-ing. Where did all the gold stuff go—a long time ago?” 2nd chorus: “To the Devil all of it—along time ago.” Well, you get my meaning.

Now for a tiny tale, but one of which great movies are made: “One day a long time ago——there were some men who thought they could gainthe world and take the property, the gold AND control, while owning the people.”

So, these men set about finding the perfect way to accomplish this feat. That wasn’t too hard, what with everyone in POWER in the highestpolitical places, so they set about their task with great gusto and macho mayhem.

Since the major gold and currency criminals had a big network and their own “gain the world” plan working it became an easy thing to mergeparts of both plans into a big loop over which control could be exerted, THEY THOUGHT, until the end of time. But oops, they didn’t take intoconsideration, GOD. Oh darn it! Neither did they take into consideration that once they started murdering Russell Herman, the holder of theseprecious documents, he wouldn’t play ball with them and would see to it that they were CAUGHT in the act of sticky-finger rape and plunder withever so little an amount of pillage.

Russell Herman called on ME, Yeorgos Ceres Hatonn, who happened to hold a pretty high position up the ladder—almost to the Cosmos, as amatter of fact. He placed the whole package, hook, line, and corporation into my CARE AND NURTURING.

All things were then registered and entered into the LEGAL BOOKS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.Now for you inquiring minds: Mr. Bentsen of Texas took over the mandated qualifying and hiding of said stuff, HE THOUGHT. Oh, elaborate

plans were carried out and even Col. Ollie North got to lie, cheat and steal, under the shelter of National Security, about those little deals—aboutmost of which he knew NOTHING (at first). By the time Russell was dying, however, he knew how serious this mess had become. But after all, itbecame his problem of just how to extract information and signatures from Russell without getting Bush and brigade caught—you know, SPECIALFORCES methods of information gathering. But, I could help Russell go through that phase of his ordeal by removing “him”, basically, from theexperience except to observe.

All good students of history will recall that Mr. Bentsen remained into the next administration (Clinton’s) for some strange reason, beyond thatof ordinary changeover. Further, at about that same time the Secretary of Treasury was being paid by the IMF and all the transfer of the U.S.Judicial System along with the Treasury Department was being finalized within the Federal Reserve System, IMF and World Bank. All the goldreserves had been shifted out of the vaults of the U.S. and into the vaults of the NEW system. The gold remaining in the United States went to theBritish Israel operations (through the brokerage houses and Elite banks) in New York, or was shipped for storage abroad.

I marvel at the limited scope of your realization, people. You know all that gold wealth being paid to Holocaust victims from here, there andeverywhere? Why don’t YOU apply, citizen? Have you not been HURT by that old and nasty Holocaust? No, I mean YOU, whoever you are orwhatever you claim as race, creed or color. YOU HAVE BEEN HURT, YOU MUST REALIZE THAT—DON’T YOU?

The rest of the gold available was stashed hither and yon—yea, even with Saddam you-know-who.Things went along fine except that, even after the recovering of the corporation and reconforming and reconfirming the documents into legal

negotiable CONTRACT, the BOYS didn’t want to give up their lop-sided game.

—PUBLIC NOTICE—The Alpha Memorandum

Editor’s note: To fulfill the legal requirements, we are presenting the following as a legal Public Notice for four consecutive weeks. This is thesecond of four presentations.

Page 9CONTACT: THE PHOENIX EDUCATORJANUARY 19, 1999

By this time Rubin was in the Treasurer seat and Janet Reno was in the judicial seat of power—BOTH ARE PAID EMPLOYEES OF THEINTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND (you will find that so too are such as the Sec. of State, Defense, etc., paid by FOREIGN POWERS THROUGHTHE SAME SYSTEM). WITH NOTHING TO DO WITH THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA EXCEPT AS POWER-WIELDERS FOR FOREIGNPOWERS. You will note that these people do not use the U.S. Constitution nor do they actually use the U.N. Charter—they use the Talmudic Lawof the Elders of Zion.

Ah, but even with the ongoing security IN PLACE, the “Boys” didn’t quit. They came along and did their own thing—AGAIN. But it is quiteunlawful and invalid—ISN’T IT? But by now a lot of collapse, horrendous fall-out and a lot of bad management have passed under the bridge ofLIGHT and LIFE. In addition, a LOT of very important (at least to themselves) people were not aware of the game being shoved off onto their“responsibility” shoulders by those with access to “Plausible Denial”.

So came Soros and the money banditos snatching and snitching while dealing in currencies and gold reserves, gold in general, derivatives, options trading, rollovers and anything with multi-100 + percent pay-back per WEEK (or day), whichever was good on a given day and transaction.

Now, back at the farm, I could just watch and wait for I have a lot of patience and plenty of “time” to wait—until everything got into as big amess as it appears to be today. So, we will just leave it there for now.

Our program is not to cash out anything, ladies and gentlemen, with undue coverage or non-restraint. The only way you can balance anythingand bring any kind of order back into your world programs is to back that currency in your hands, now run into chaos, through a substantial“backing” with value. That is usually gold as the accepted commodity.

But, the grabbers are still in there “everywhere” doing their insane interest-gaining fiddling. And, moreover, most of the Elite politicians, whothink themselves so very important, work right along with them. Both play games of intrigue and lies. They don’t even know any other way toplay. AND, THEY ARE FEAR-FILLED COWARDS OF THE WORST KIND.

The brokerage butchers, i.e., Morgan, Smith Barney, et al., offer and give backup, agree to do loans on bond floats and lower interest than theIMF and hope to save face out there some five years minimum before they are found out as having bought the whole offering themselves. But, itseems there is nothing else they could have actually done.

Fine. But who would invest under such circumstances? Nobody. So, what has happened? SIMPLE: The Central Bank is backing the bondswith GOLD. Now, know that the Central Bank is the ONLY BANK that can even handle gold in the Philippines, so that gave the Central Bank theinside edge on this deal. The Philippines has NO INTENTION WHATSOEVER OF PAYING BACK THE IMF, PAYING OFF THE NATIONALDEBT, OR PAYING ANY INTEREST BEYOND “SHOW”, AND NEVER THE PRINCIPLE INVOLVED. Never did and never will!

Ah—BUT BIG FLUB IN THE THINKING! THAT LEAVES NOTHING UPON WHICH TO BASE THE FUNDING AND, LATER, WHAM,BAM, AND THANK YOU MA’AM, THE GOLD WILL BE SEIZED, IF THINGS CONTINUE AS THEY ARE NOW MOVING, BY THE ELITEFORCES (ARMY) OF THE WORLD GOVERNMENT—AND THE PHILIPPINES BECOMES A THING (NATION) OF THE PAST HISTORY OFTHE DOWNFALL OF THE WORLD KNOWN AS EARTH SHAN.

Are you with me so far, readers? Isn’t this a cute tale of intrigue and nastiness?Cogs began to fall into the spokes, however, when George Bush bought a bunch of stashed gold from Saddam. They were just running a really

smooth game and it is still in progress. That nice Inter-American Development Bank (Bunko) has just set up little nice banks all around, you know, the little Asian Development Bank, European Development Bank, Hong Kong Development Bank, East Po-dunk Development Bank, and ever somany more. This sprang out of Inter-American Investment Corporation—MINE—originally set up by the Bush Boys but never through Incorporation—OOPS, BIG GOOF!!

This also was pretty much inclusive of the DEPOSIT TRUST outfit who runs all the stocks, etc., yours included. Names are changed oninvestments and never do the investors even be able to FIND their accounts and all those that can be located NOW will not be around after y2k forthat is why y2k was invented in the first place.

Several banks were set up specifically to run this money into arms, drugs, whatever, among which were BNL AND THE OLD AND FAMOUSBCCI.

Now comes along goodie-two-shoes with golden wings or something and thinks a change can be wrought? Yep, and these boots are gonna walkall over the spooks.

Can it be done through established banks? Of course, but not if they won’t play fair and just.It WILL be done through non-interest bearing banks which have been kept as big dark secrets from you nice Judeo-Christians—and are generally

recognized in the bank circles as ISLAMIC-TYPE BANKS.Now, anybody who has gold can play in this game and they don’t even need us—UNTIL they find that the world forces can come forth and

simply take their gold reserves up, up and away to their secret hiding places.IF, HOWEVER, THERE SITS A DEBT AGAINST THE TAKERS, WHOEVER MIGHT REPLACE THE IMF OR WHATEVER—THE BANK

SIMPLY HANDS THE AMOUNT OF OBLIGATION OVER TO THE TAKERS IN LIKE FORM—RIGHT OUT OF THEIR OWN POT.Now, I ask, IS THIS HARD TO UNDERSTAND? I didn’t think so! And, are there banks enough, nations enough, and people enough to use

such a strange idea as gold for currency? The U.S. did until the Federal Reserve took over the U.S. and then the World—thanks to Mr. Wilson.Oh indeed, Global has truth and the right-real stuff. Who will dare to use it? The better question is: WHO DARES NOT TO USE IT IN THIS

COLLAPSING WORLD ECONOMY?The silly shysters put outrageous “market” numbers up for your attention. People, wake up, anyone with a net-line can put up any numbers they

want you-the-dreamy-eyed to see and be fooled all the time. The Big Boys are out of their minds with concern and panic.Do they want to “deal”? Well, as Bush said once, “...not at this time”. Actually they do but I wanted to remind everyone of the original

offering of cooperation at the beginning of this odyssey. Let’s just call it the Yellow Brick Road Odyssey. Can “they” play in the game too? Yep, and it would make everything so much easier on EVERYONE. THE WORLD WANTS A WAY TO

RECOVER STABILITY, NOT HANG CRIMINALS. THE POLITICIANS AND THIEVES WILL HANG THEMSELVES, OR ONE ANOTHER.Does my little Team know all this and/or the details of my negotiations or the twirp-games being put forth? No, and they don’t need to know.

They just need to keep on plugging away and hold strong in the face of great difficulties. But always remember something: GOD’S DELAYS ARENOT GOD’S DENIALS.

And the “Philippines” or anyone else can play any game they want to play—and it simply will only be a momentary relief—sort of like soothingthe stomach ulcer pain—but the ulcer is just getting bigger and bigger and bigger and it will again hemorrhage without ability to put a cork in thehole.

The bandits may well be able to contain some of the people some of the time—but they cannot, nor shall they ever, contain ME.I would in fact like to just sign off this little message as:George C. warmongers of an t iqu i ty (who be t te r toadvance a p lan of agress ion?) and havedevoted their entire existence to controlling thelives of others.

The Protocols Of The Learned Elders Of Zionare the overall blueprint for the taking of aworld, especially by use of GOLD to BUYinfluence and power. “Every man has his price”is a maxim which these dark ones have utilizedquite successfully to facilitate many generationsof corruption.

However, in order to carry out “The Plan” ofthe true so-called “elite”, the Zionist “footsolders” need a more specific set of protocols tofollow, lest these Zionist Khazars find themselvesoutmaneuvered by competition.

Enter: Sun Tzu’s Art Of War. This treatiseby an Asian warlord (remember the Khazar tribesare of Nordic, Turk and MONGOL heritage) isthe secret “bible” for the Global Intelligencegroups and is the inspiration for their underlyingguerilla tactics used against the innocent massesof you nice citizens in this “new age” of so-called World Order.

The “Order” is a nice way of making theword “genocide” or “euthanasia” palatable foryou who are to be done away with—thoughyou are unaware that the idea of massivepopulation reduction is central to the plan.

As an aside here, on the subject of death, Dr.“Death” Kevorkian’s video-taped assisted suicideis no different than the Clinton-Lewinsky airingof thinly-veiled glorifying of lewd, spirituallydebasing, AND DEADLY behavior (what withman-made retro viruses, such as AIDS, floatingaround). The aim of the pageantry paradedbefore your eyes via your vidiot boxes, inKevorkian’s case, is a display to cause you onesto accept the killing of a certain group ofpeople. Today it is “terminally ill” patients—whether or not YOU KNOW if that person isterminal, or just categorized as such through thegreedy perspective of the Khazarian-run AmericanMedical Association. Tomorrow a certain groupmay be “undesirables” or there will be the mind-control programming, through your media, whichleads to an open acceptance of wholesaleslaughtering of the unborn.

Impossible in your modern world? What do you think is going on in Third-

World countries, where NO NEWS of realatrocities leaks out? There are entiregovernment-sanctioned research anddevelopment programs working around the clockcoming up with “better and more efficient”ways of killing people.

During the Truth Hearings in South Africa, recently leaked from the Arab world, military

intelligence (Britain’s MI-6 and Israel’s Mossadwill always be at the root of such heinousschemes) was caught planning AND CARRYINGOUT the deaths of many thousands of peopleusing methods “designed to kill pigmented peopleonly”. The announced scrubbing of one of JohnGlenn’s experiments regarding melanin (a darkpigment found in skin and hair) was part of theresearch for, among other things, making a moreeffective and selective agent for murder.

How can such heinous plans be carried outwithout the masses of you-the-public finding outabout them? For most of you, how would youever know if the CONTROLLED media does nottell you?!

It has been told to you repeatedly that beingpeaceful—yet as informed and as shrewd as theproverbial serpent—is how evil is bested. Allthings considered, God-Aton’s people have theadvantage because Satan’s armies are limited tothings of evil , “low-frequency” conjuring, whereas Lighted workers have within themwaiting to be tapped—for lack of a betterdescriptive—“high-frequency” Light with whichto create true miracles. Never forget: evil doesnot flourish, nor can it survive very long, bathed in the Light of Truth.

Remember that all things manifest areconstructed of Light, and Aton is ultimately theSOURCE of that Light. Therefore, it shouldmake sense that those who live by the NaturalLaws of God’s Lighted Creation, which is basedon Truth, Love, Giving and Regiving—all theconditions that allow Aton’s Universe to evolveon into infinity with TOTAL BALANCE ANDHARMONY (even if you don’t wholly perceive itat your current state of evolution)—will be theultimate victors in any confrontation with anadversary lost in darkness.

But always, you must know your enemy andhis ways. So let me end this digression andreturn to the subject at hand—so that you mayKNOW the ways of darkness and thus be in abetter position to recognize and counter suchdeviant behavior.

SUN TZU’STHE ART OF WAR

The following is translated by ThomasCleary, Shambhala Classics, Boston, 1991, fromthe 2000-year-old manuscript. Commentary inthis translation has been selected from acollection of eleven interpreters who lived fromthe second to the twelfth centuries and isincluded in parentheses. It is interesting to notethat the Khazar empire, which prided itself onbeing a barbarous, warrior race, flourished during

the first large-scale implementation of Sun Tzu’steachings.

My commentary will be indicated as [K:]within the document.

[QUOTING:]

I. STRATEGIC ASSESSMENTS

Military action is important to the nation—itis the ground of death and life, the path ofsurvival and destruction, so it is imperative toexamine it. (The ground means the location, theplace of pitched battle—gain the advantage andyou live; lose the advantage and you die. Therefore military action is called the ground ofdeath and life. The path means the way to adjustto the situation and establish victory—find thisand you survive; lose this and you perish.)

Therefore measure in terms of five things, usethese assessments to make comparisons, and thusfind out what the conditions are. The five thingsare the way , the weather , the terrain , theleadership, and discipline . (These are to beassessed at headquarters—first assess yourselfand your opponent in terms of these five things, deciding who is superior. Then you candetermine who is likely to prevail.)

The way means inducing the people to havethe same aim as the leadership, so that they willshare death and share life, without fear of danger.[K: This is the job of the conspiracy-basedmedia. By utilizing films and television forpropaganda purposes, “the people” becomewilling cannon fodder for those who wish toincrease—or keep, as the case may be—theirwealth in oil and stolen lands.] (The waymeans humaneness and justice. In ancient timesa famous minister of state asked a politicalphilosopher about military matters. Thephilosopher said, “Humaneness and justice are themeans by which to govern properly. Whengovernment is carried out properly, people feelclose to the leadership and think little of dyingfor it.”)

The weather means the seasons. (In ancienttimes many soldiers lost their fingers to frostbiteon campaigns against the Huns, and manysoldiers died of plague on campaigns against thesouthern tribes. This was because of carrying outoperations in winter and summer.) [K: Weathermodification by your government through theweather grids along your nation’s shores, or byRussia’s hovering weapons platforms andMoon-based beam systems—let us not forgetthe French and American underwater nucleardetonations enhancing El Ninos and LaNinas—has added a new dimension to“unconventional” warfare that very few knowabout; however, with the drastic changes inyour climate, where hundred-year records arebroken with each severe storm, people arebeginning to suspect that someone has beentampering in Mother Nature’s domain.]

The terrain is to be assessed in terms ofdistance, difficulty or ease of travel, dimension, and safety. (In any military operation, it isimportant first to know the lay of the land. When you know the distance to be traveled, thenyou can plan whether to proceed directly or by acircuitous route. When you know the difficultyor ease of travel, then you can determine theadvantages of infantry or mounted troops. Whenyou know the dimensions of the area, then youcan assess how many troops you need, many or

Page 11CONTACT: THE PHOENIX EDUCATORJANUARY 19, 1999

few. When you know the relative safety of theterrain, then you can discern whether to do battleor disperse.)

Leadership is a matter of intelligence, trustworthiness, humaneness, courage, andsternness. (The way of ancient kings was toconsider humaneness foremost, while the martialartists considered intelligence foremost. This isbecause intelligence involves ability to plan andto know when to change effectively.Trustworthiness means to make people sure ofpunishment or reward. Humaneness means loveand compassion for people, being aware of theirtoils. Courage means to seize opportunities tomake certain of victory, without vacillation.Sternness means to establish discipline in theranks through strict punishments.)

Discipline means organization, chain ofcommand, and logistics. (Organization meansthat the troops must be grouped in a regulatedmanner. Chain of command means that theremust be officers to keep the troops together andlead them. Logistics means overseeing supplies.)

Every general has heard of these five things. Those who know them prevail; those who do notknow them do not prevail.

Therefore, use these assessments forcomparison, to find out what the conditions are. That is to say, which political leadership has theway? Which general has ability? Who has thebetter climate and terrain? Whose discipline iseffective? Whose troops are the stronger?Whose officers and soldiers are the bettertrained? Whose system of rewards andpunishments is clearer? This is how you canknow who will win. (The ancient classic ofdocuments says, “The one who treats me well ismy leader; the one who treats me cruelly is myenemy.” The question is: which side has ahumane government, and which side has a cruelgovernment.)

Assess the advantages in taking advice, thenstructure your forces accordingly, to supplementextraordinary tactics. Forces are to be structuredstrategically, based on what is advantageous.

A military operation involves deception. [K:This is important. Your media induces you tolove to want to go to war and sacrifice yourbabies, but what they do that is even moresinister is portray your “enemies” as buffoonsill-equipped for battle, when in actuality it isyou Americans who are not ready. Thetechnology that is already perfected in thefields of electronics, military-grade biologicaland chemical weapons, and laser and particle-beam anti-personnel systems is so incrediblydestructive that entire armies can be destroyedin a matter of seconds. Yet your troops trainusing grossly outdated methods and equipment. You are not supposed to win any wars, chelas, and the only thing that has kept you alive sofar is the Godly and Christian elements ofyour Kremlin and Arab adversaries who arenot completely in the pockets of the bankstermoneychangers.] Even though you arecompetent, appear to be incompetent. Thougheffective, appear to be ineffective. (This meansthat when you are really competent and effective, you outwardly appear to be incompetent andineffective, so as to cause the enemy to beunprepared. Deception is for the purpose ofseeking victory over an enemy; to command agroup requires truthfulness.) [K: Truthfulnesswithin their own small circles protected byoaths, to later use as tools against the masses,

such as the Jewish-Khazarian Kol Nidre (or“vow of vows”) whereby each year these onesswear to lie to all the non-Jews over whomthey have positioned themselves in yourcivilian and military courts, and local andnational lawmaking in the hopes of building anall-powerful Israel. Is it that cliquish?Sherman Block, the late former Sheriff of THELARGEST POLICE AND PRISON SYSTEMIN THE WORLD, could boast in Mossadcircles that his racist police department wasand will always be controlled by the little“nice Jewish deli owner”. Did anyone blink aneye when the entire political body of moversand shakers in the city of Los Angeles gotbehind the suggestion to vote a corpse backinto office? Even supposed enemieswholeheartedly supported the idea of keepingthe Block power structure intact. Could it bebecause the Israeli 6-pointed Star of David iswhat the badge really stands for? Didn’tTexas and the Old West glorify 5-pointedstars? People, if you don’t open your eyes tothe deception flaunted in front of you, how canyou expect to take back your streets and yournation—not to mention your world—fromthose who have planned your demise? TheMossad (Israeli Intelligence) motto of “ThouShalt Make War By Deception” has its originshere.]

When you are going to attack nearby, make itlook as if you are going to go a long way; whenyou are going to attack far away, make it look asif you are going just a short distance. [K: Howabout “when you occupy the state capital, make it look as if you are their greatest ally”.The strong Jewish Lobby groups inWashington are the most aggressive non-patriotic organizations to ever ascend INMASS upon your Capital, and yet, they smileat you while building your gallows—and youpay for that too!]

Draw them in with prospect of gain, takethem by confusion. (When the states of Wu andYue were at war with each other, Wu sent outthree thousand criminals to give an appearance ofdisorder so as to lure Yue. Some of thecriminals ran, some of them gave up; the Yuearmy fought with them, only to be defeated bythe army of Wu.) [K: By drawing yourRepresentatives in with the prospect of gain—bribes, payoffs, and kickbacks—your Congresswas bought and paid for by the British, through Israel; the confusion will be throughorchestrated riots and unrest; and whenFEMA legally takes over—backed by a UNmercenary army—the faces of your true enemywill be unmasked.]

When they are fulfilled, be prepared againstthem; when they are strong, avoid them. (If theenemy’s government is fulfilled—meaning thatthere is mutual love between the rulers and theruled, there is clarity and trustworthiness in thesystem of rewards and punishments, and thesoldiers are well trained—then you should be onguard against them. Do not wait for a clash tomake your preparations.)

Use anger to throw them into disarray.(When their military leadership is obstreperous, you should irritate them to make them angry—then they will become impetuous and ignore theiroriginal strategy.)

Use humility to make them haughty. Tirethem by flight. Cause division among them.Attack when they are unprepared; make your

move when they do not expect it. (Strike at theirgaps; attack when they are lax; don’t let theenemy figure out how to prepare. This is why itis said that in military operations formlessness isthe most effective. One of the great warrior-leaders said, “The most efficient of movements isthe one that is unexpected; the best of plans isthe one that is unknown.”)

The formation and procedure by the militaryshould not be divulged beforehand. (To divulgemeans to leak out. The military has no constantform, just as water has no constant shape—adaptas you face the enemy, without letting themknow beforehand what you are going to do.Therefore, assessment of the enemy is in themind; observation of the situation is in the eyes.)

The one who figures on victory atheadquarters before even doing battle is the onewho has the most strategic factors on his side. The one who figures on inability to prevail atheadquarters before doing battle is the one whohas the least strategic factors on his side. Theone with many strategic factors in his favor wins;the one with few strategic factors in his favorloses—how much the more so for one with nostrategic factors in his favor. Observing thematter in this way, I can see who will win andwho will lose.

II: DOING BATTLE

When you do battle, even if you are winning,if you continue for a long time it will dull yourforces and blunt your edge; if you besiege acitadel, your strength will be exhausted. If youkeep your armies out in the field for a long time, your supplies will be insufficient. (Arms aretools of il l omen—to employ them for anextended period of time will bring aboutcalamity. As it is said, “Those who like to fightand so exhaust their military inevitably perish.”)

When your forces are dulled, your edge isblunted, your strength is exhausted, and yoursupplies are gone; then others will take advantageof your debility and rise up. Then even if youhave wise advisors you cannot make things turnout well in the end.

Therefore I have heard of military operationsthat were clumsy but swift, but I have never seenone that was skillful and lasted a long time. It isnever beneficial to a nation to have a militaryoperation continue for a long time. (As it issaid, be swift as the thunder that peals beforeyou have a chance to cover your ears, fast as thelightning that flashes before you can blink youreyes.)

Therefore, those who are not thoroughlyaware of the disadvantages in the use of armscannot be thoroughly aware of the advantages inthe use of arms.

Those who use the military skillfully do notraise troops twice and do not provide food threetimes. (This means you draft people into serviceonce and then immediately seize victory—you donot go back to your country a second time toraise more troops. At first you provide food, after that you feed off the enemy.) [K: TheKhazars have been feeding off your Americanlife blood for so long that they have all butmurdered your nation.]

By taking equipment from your own country, but feeding off the enemy, you can be sufficientin both arms and provisions.

When a country is impoverished by militaryoperations, it is because of transporting supplies

Page 12 CONTACT: THE PHOENIX EDUCATOR JANUARY 19, 1999

to a distant place. Transport supplies to a distantplace, and the populace will be impoverished.[K: Impoverished hardly covers the incrediblecircumstances you are in financially under theBritish-Israel/Federal Reserve-IRS system andinflated costs tacked on by the munitionsmakers. Your deficit is so many times higherthan your politicians publically announce thatthey fear you would riot and rebel if you knewthe true numbers.]

Those who are near the army sell at highprices. Because of high prices, the wealth of thecommon people is exhausted. (When supplies aretransported far away, the people are worn out bythe expense. In the markets near the army, theprices of goods shoot up. Therefore longmilitary campaigns are a plague to a nation.)[K: You’ve been at a constant state of warsince 1934 with public AND SECRETcampaigns, conflicts, and “advising”—substituted for the label “war”. YourConstitution stipulates that only Congress can“declare war”. The treasonists simply don’tcall it “war”; then Congress does not need tobe told anything.]

When resources are exhausted, then levies aremade under pressure. When power and resourcesare exhausted, then the homeland is drained. Thecommon people are deprived of seventy percentof their budget, while the government’s expensesfor equipment amount to sixty percent of itsbudget. (The people are the basis of a country;food is the heaven of the people. Those whorule over others should respect this and besparing.) [K: This is serious. The farmers arebeing driven off their land and their propertiesforeclosed because it is fully intended thatduring war your enemy will simply allow youto starve to death. You have no more than aweek of reserves for emergencies and all yoursurplus is given away to China and Russia. The plight of the Black farmer is even worseas the Agriculture Department is regarded asthe “last slave plantation” due to its blatantattempts to prevent the Black farmer frommaintaining and acquiring the equipment andsupplies necessary to grow crops and hold onto their land.]

Therefore a wise general strives to feed offthe enemy. Each pound of food taken from theenemy is equivalent to twenty pounds youprovide by yourself. (It takes twenty pounds ofprovisions to deliver one pound of provisions toa distant army.)

So what kills the enemy is anger; what getsthe enemy’s good is reward. (If you reward yourmen with spoils, that will make them fight ontheir own initiative, so the enemy’s goods can betaken. That is why it is said that, where thereare big rewards, there are valiant men.)

Therefore, in a chariot battle, reward the firstto capture at least ten chariots. (If you rewardeveryone, there will not be enough to go around,so you offer a reward to one in order toencourage everyone.)

Change their colors, use them mixed in withyour own. [K: This is being done to perfectionas you will note Israel and UN blue is mixedwith Air Force colors, and, on a larger scale, the European Union’s Red, White and Blue isthe flag colors for all the key nationsimportant to the New World Order plan. Thisstems from the days when the Rockefellerfamily consolidated (for the Rothschilds) bigbusiness with government (Fascism—two giant

fascis are mounted on either side of the HouseSpeaker in Congress) and the likes of StandardOil, Chevron, and Mobil would have the samecolors in the makeup of their logo. Even suchas the presumably Japanese company SONY(Standard Oil of New York) readily shows itsRockefeller roots in the cartel’s monopoly.]Treat the soldiers well; take care of them.(Captured soldiers should be well treated, to getthem to work for you.)

This is called overcoming the opponent andincreasing your strength to boot. (If you use theenemy to defeat the enemy, you will be strongwherever you go.)

So the important thing in a military operationis victory, not persistence. (Persistence is notprofitable. An army is like fire—if you don’t putit out, it will burn itself out.)

Hence, we know that the leader of the armyis in charge of the lives of the people and thesafety of the nation.

III: PLANNING A SIEGE

The general rule for use of the military isthat it is better to keep a nation intact than todestroy it. It is better to keep an army intactthan to destroy it; better to keep a division intactthan to destroy it; better to keep a battalion intactthan to destroy it; better to keep a unit intactthan to destroy it. (Wei Liaozi said, “Practicingmartial arts, assess your opponents; cause them tolose spirit and direction so that even if theopposing army is intact, it is useless—this iswinning by the Tao. If you destroy the opposingarmy and kill the generals, mount the rampartsshooting, gather a mob and usurp the land, this iswinning by force.)

Therefore those who win every battle are notreally skillful—those who render others’ armieshelpless without fighting are the best of all. [K:This is the state of your military, especially theAir Force, with its mass exodus of pilots andskilled computer personnel. You are flyingoutdated aircraft and employing technologythat is bested by Russian, Cuban, andCommunist South American fighters. Youhave maybe one type of aircraft that issomewhat comparable, but in a war anadversary will overwhelm you by sheernumbers alone.]

The superior militarist strikes while schemesare being laid. The next best is to attackalliances. [K: As you are well aware, the U.S.has no friends in the world, thanks to Israeli-directed aggression.] The next best is to attackthe army. (To be good at successful attack, deploying your forces without a hitch is yetanother notch down. Therefore a great warrior-emperor said, “One who fights for victory infront of bared blades is not a good general.”)

The lowest is to attack a city. Siege of acity is only done as a last resort.

Take three months to prepare your machinesand three months to complete your siegeengineering. (Some say that Master Sun’s pointhere is that you shouldn’t get angry and rush toattack. This is why he says to take time.)

If the general cannot overcome his anger andhas his army swarm over the citadel, killing athird of his soldiers, and yet the citadel is stillnot taken, this is a disastrous attack.

Therefore one who is good at martial artsovercomes others’ forces without battle, conquersothers’ cities without siege, destroys others’

nations without taking a long time. (A skillfulmartialist ruins plans, spoils relations, cuts offsupplies, or blocks the way, and hence canovercome people without fighting.)

It is imperative to contest all factions forcomplete victory, so the army is not garrisonedand the profit can be total. This is the law ofstrategic siege. (Complete victory is when thearmy does not fight, the city is not besieged, thedestruction does not go on long, but in each casethe enemy is overcome by strategy.) [K: Thesuicidal plans of the Bolshevik-KhazarianZionists are such that, if they cannot have theworld, then no one will—and nuclear war isstill part of the plan!]

So the rule for use of the military is that ifyou outnumber the opponent ten to one, thensurround them; five to one, attack; two to one, divide. [K: You, the “opponent”, outnumberthe Khazarian parasite class of evilmanipulators a billion to one.]

If you are equal, then fight if you are able.If you are fewer, then keep away if you are able.If you are not as good, then flee if you are able.(This advice applies to the case where all else isequal. If your forces are orderly while theirs arechaotic, if you are excited and they are sluggish, then even if they are more numerous you can dobattle. [K: This is why you are constantlybeing bombarded with all types of distractions:drugs (prescription or otherwise), mind-numbing “music” and visual media withconfusing subliminal programing, right downto fluoridation (rat poison) of water supplies, etc. All these things are to soften you up forthe takeover. When the Khazar tribes of oldwould focus upon laying siege to a city, theywould get the city, unknowingly, to open theirdoors to these nomadic conquerors that set upcamp nearby. CIRCUMCISING wasintroduced to the city’s men as a show ofcultural exchange and sharing, but when themen were weak from the ritual cutting, theKhazar warriors would come back into the cityat night and burn the city to the ground, taking whatever plunder they could carry offas they moved on to their next victim.] If yoursoldiers, strength, strategy, and courage are allless than that of the opponent, then you shouldretreat and watch for an opening.)

Therefore if the smaller side is stubborn, itbecomes the captive of the larger side. (Thismeans that if a small country does not assess itspower and dares to become the enemy of a largecountry, no matter how firm its defenses be, itwill inevitably become a captive nation. TheSpring and Autumn Annals say, “If you cannot bestrong, and yet cannot be weak, this will result inyour defeat.”) [K: The small nation of Israel isactually the third superpower; Russia and theU.S. are number one and two respectively. The secret stockpile of nuclear weapons andother ACTUAL weapons of mass destruction innew Khazaria (Israel) is enough in itself toblow away your planet. Meanwhile, Chinasmartly waits like a sleeping giant, till thesands shift and the odds favor her striking fordomination.]

Generals are assistants of the nation. Whentheir assistance is complete, the country is strong. When their assistance is defective, the country isweak. (If the generals do not help theleadership, and harbor duplicity in their hearts, then the country will be weak. Therefore it isimperative to be careful in choosing people for

Page 13CONTACT: THE PHOENIX EDUCATORJANUARY 19, 1999

positions of responsibility.) [K: This is why allpositions of key importance are staffed withBolshevik-Zionist or Israeli Mossad agents ormembers of the Jewish Mishpucka crimefamilies.]

So there are three ways in which a civilleadership causes the military trouble. When acivil leadership, unaware of the facts, tells itsarmies to advance when it should not, or tells itsarmies to retreat when it should not, this is calledtying up the armies. When the civil leadership isignorant of military affairs but shares equally inthe government of the armies, the soldiers getconfused. When the civil leadership is ignorantof military maneuvers but shares equally in thecommand of the armies, the soldiers hesitate.Once the armies are confused and hesitant, trouble comes from competitors. This is calledtaking away victory by deranging the military.(If you try to use the methods of civiliangovernment to govern a military operation, theoperation will become confused.)

So there are five ways of knowing who willwin. Those who know when to fight and whennot to fight are victorious. Those who discernwhen to use many or few troops are victorious. Those whose upper and lower ranks have thesame desire are victorious. Those whose generalsare able and are not constrained by theirgovernments are victorious. These five are theways to know who will win. (To talk aboutgovernment orders for all this is like going toannounce to your superiors that you want to putout a fire—by the time you get back with anorder, there is nothing left but ashes.)

IV: FORMATION

In ancient times, skillful warriors first madethemselves invincible, and then watched forvulnerability in their opponents. (Makingyourself invincible means knowing yourself;waiting for vulnerability in opponents meansknowing others.) [K: Your Khazar enemiescertainly know you and your vulnerabilities—after all, they helped to create them. Youreducation system is under completemanipulation and guidance by Zionist-Jewish“psychologists” while their banksters (bankinggangsters) control the companies (by being themajority stockholders) that supply yourtextbooks. Remember: “...shape the brains ofthe goy (non-Jew) children to suit ourselves...”is the directive from The Protocols Of TheLearned Elders Of Zion.]

Invincibility is in oneself; vulnerability is inthe opponent.

Therefore, skillful warriors are able to beinvincible, but they cannot cause opponents to bevulnerable. (If opponents have no formation tofind out, no gap or slack to take advantage of,how can you overcome them, even if you arewell equipped?)

That is why it is said that victory can bediscerned but not manufactured.

Invincibility is a matter of defense;vulnerability is a matter of attack. (As long asyou have not seen vulnerable formations inopponents, you hide your own form, preparingyourself in such a way as to be invincible, inorder to preserve yourself. When opponents havevulnerable formations, then it is time to go out toattack them.)

Defense is for times of insufficiency; attackis for times of surplus.

Those skilled in defense hide in the deepestdepths of the Earth [K: Underground willalways be the best defense—for man oranimal—against enemies or a hostileenvironment. However, you do not have tolive your lives totally underground; there isnothing wrong with having a little “rootcellar” for storing or growing a few vegetables, and if you have a war, no one is going toobject to you and your family jumping inthere until the shooting stops.], those skilled inattack maneuver in the highest heights of the sky.[K: The Bolshevik-Zionist warlords regardyour Air Force and NASA as queen and bishopto use against you and their Kremlin and Arabenemies in their games of New World Orderstrategy.] Therefore they can preservethemselves and achieve complete victory. (Indefense, you hush your voices and obliterate yourtracks, hidden as ghosts and spirits beneath theEarth, invisible to anyone. On the attack, yourmovement is swift and your cry shattering, fastas thunder and lightning, as though coming fromthe sky, impossible to prepare for.) [K:Unfortunately, lightning “coming from thesky” is no longer an appropriate metaphor. These days, charged-particle-beam weapons,scaler-prana waves, invisible neutron rays, andsonic howitzers (capable of piercing the armorplating on tanks with focused or pulsed soundenergy) are all now part of an army’sarmament stores.]

To perceive victory when it is known to all isnot really skillful. Everyone calls victory inbattle good, but it is not really good. (Everyonesays victory in battle is good, but if you see thesubtle and notice the hidden so as to seizevictory where there is no form, this is reallygood.)

It does not take much strength to lift a hair;it does not take sharp eyes to see the Sun andMoon; it does not take sharp ears to hear athunderclap. (What everyone knows is not calledwisdom; victory over others by forced battle isnot considered good.)

In ancient t imes those known as goodwarriors prevailed when it was easy to prevail.(If you are only able to ensure victory afterengaging an opponent in armed conflict, thatvictory is a hard one. If you see the subtle andnotice the hidden, breaking through beforeformation, that victory is an easy one.)

Therefore the victories of good warriors arenot noted for cleverness or bravery. Thereforetheir victories in battle are not flukes. Theirvictories are not flukes because they positionthemselves where they will surely win, prevailingover those who have already lost. (Great wisdomis not obvious; great merit is not advertised. [K:This is why there is such an obvious hiding ofJewish influence in a media that is nearly 100percent Jewish. Aside from an occasionalreference to “...a nice Jewish boy...”, theKhazar Jew gives away nothing that couldreveal his hidden matoid (a diagnosed disorderthat affects such as barons, lords, noblemenand other “royals” which manifests itself asthe individual developing a lack of compassionfor humankind while pretending to be society’smost ardent philanthropist) tendencies.] Whenyou see the subtle, it is easy to win—what has itto do with bravery or cleverness? When troubleis solved before it forms, who calls that clever? When there is victory without battle, who talksabout bravery?)

So it is good warriors who take their stand onground where they cannot lose, and do notoverlook conditions that make an opponent proneto defeat.

Therefore a victorious army first wins andthen seeks battle; a defeated army first battlesand then seeks victory. (This is the differencebetween those with strategy and those withoutforethought.)

Those who use arms will cultivate the wayand keep the rules. Thus they can govern insuch a way as to prevail over the corrupt.(Using harmony to hunt down opposition, notattacking a blameless country, not taking captivesor booty wherever the army goes, not razing thetrees or polluting the wells, washing off andpurifying the shrines of the towns and hills in thecountryside you pass through, not repeating themistakes of a moribund nation—all this is calledthe way and its rules. When the army is strictlydisciplined, to the point where soldiers would dierather than disobey, rewards and punishments thatare trustworthy and just are established. Whenthe military leadership is such that it can achievethis, it can prevail over an opponent’s corruptcivil government.) [K: This is why MILITARYcoups are used by such as Mossad-CIAoperations to overthrow “uncooperative” so-called Third-World countries.]

The rules of the military are five:measurement, assessment, calculation, comparison, and victory. The ground gives riseto measurements, measurements give rise toassessments, assessments give rise to calculations, calculations give rise to comparisons, comparisons give rise to victories. (By thecomparisons of measurements you know wherevictory and defeat lie.)

Therefore a victorious army is like a poundcompared to a gram; a defeated army is like agram compared to a pound.

When the victorious get their people to go tobattle as if they were directing a massive floodof water into a deep canyon, this is a matter offormation. (When water accumulates in a deepcanyon, no one can measure its amount, just asour defense shows no form. When the water isreleased, it rushes down in a torrent, just as ourattack is irresistible.)

V: FORCE

Force means shifts in accumulated energy ormomentum. Skillful warriors are able to allowthe force of momentum to seize victory for themwithout exerting their strength. [K: This is thesame as your built-up momentum to have aholy war (secretly and subtly planned byIsrael) against your Arab brothers—who bythe way, ARE SEMITES JUST LIKE MOSTOF YOU. KHAZAR “JEWS” HAVE NOACTUAL RELATION TO SHEM-SEM; thismakes the much touted or whined accusationby these fakers “antisemitism” a misnomerfrom the mouths of the accusers. The sleight-of-hand magic trick here is Israel’s USE OFAMERICA to achieve victory by USING ANDDEPLETING U.S. RESOURCES while Israelistockpiles are saved for the hoped-for daywhen all their enemies are decimated byatomic war. Then they plan to be the ONLYsuperpower in the world. Heinous plansindeed, but they are not fool-proof.]

Governing a large number as thoughgoverning a small number is a matter of division

Page 14 CONTACT: THE PHOENIX EDUCATOR JANUARY 19, 1999

into groups. Battling a large number as thoughbattling a small number is a matter of forms andcalls. (Forms and calls refer to the formationsand signals used to dispose troops and coordinatemovements.)

Making the armies able to [defeat] opponentswithout being defeated is a matter of unorthodoxand orthodox methods. (Orthodoxy andunorthodoxy are not fixed, but are like a cycle.Emperor Taizong of the Tang dynasty, a famouswarrior and administrator, spoke of manipulatingopponents’ perceptions of what is orthodox andwhat is unorthodox, then attacking unexpectedly, combining both into one, becoming inscrutable toopponents.) [K: This is also called changingthe rules of the game in mid game. As youwatch your sexual, religious, political, andmilitary “rituals” lose all sense of what isorthodox and unorthodox (right and wrong),your enemy, with the polished British-Israelfacade, masking a Satanic and decadentgovernment, will come at you adhering to apolicy whereby the complete lack of moralbehavior and ethics is the order of the day. You, being goodly Christian people looking to“do the right thing”—even if it meanssacrificing your own freedoms in the process, are totally defenseless against the evil oneswhom you blindly trust for leadership. This isnot to suggest that you also cheat, lie, steal, and break laws; just know your adversary hasanother set of rules he follows that excludesconsideration or participation of the masses.]

For the impact of armed forces to be likestones thrown on eggs is a matter of emptinessand fullness. (When you induce opponents tocome to you, then their force is always empty; aslong as you do not go to them, your force isalways full. Attacking emptiness with fullness islike throwing stones on eggs—the eggs are sureto break.) [K: All your military strategists ofany substance will tell you it is a big mistakefor the U.S. to involve itself in any warsoutside its borders. They are well aware ofthe true goals of the Bolshevik-Zionistplanners, and if courageous ones try to bringthese suicidal plans to your attention, they areeither not given a public forum to speak orsuddenly find themselves discredited amidstscandals. If they get too persistent, sometimestheir aircraft are simply made to fall out ofthe sky. Otherwise there are medical traumasWithin the past few years this has happened toa number of officers who were in a position toexpose the truth.]

In battle, confrontation is done directly, victory is gained by surprise.

Therefore those skilled at the unorthodox areinfinite as Heaven and Earth, inexhaustible as thegreat rivers. When they come to an end, theybegin again, like the days and months; they dieand are reborn, like the four seasons. (Sun andMoon travel through the sky, they set and riseagain. The four seasons succeed one another, flourishing and then fading again. This is ametaphor for the interchange of surpriseunorthodox movements and orthodox directconfrontation, mixing together into a whole, ending and beginning infinitely.)

There are only five notes in the musicalscale, but their variations are so many that theycannot all be heard. There are only five basiccolors, but their variations are so many that theycannot all be seen. There are only five basicflavors, but their variations are so many that they

cannot all be tasted. There are only two kinds ofcharge in battle, the unorthodox surprise attackand the orthodox direct attack, but variations ofthe unorthodox and the orthodox are endless. The unorthodox and the orthodox give rise toeach other, like a beginningless circle—whocould exhaust them?

When the speed of rushing water reached thepoint where it can move boulders, this is theforce of momentum. When the speed of a hawkis such that i t can strike and kill , this isprecision. So it is with skillful warriors—theirforce is swift, their precision is close. Theirforce is like drawing a catapult, their precision islike releasing the trigger. (Their force is swift inthe sense that the force of the momentum ofbattle kills when it is released—that is why it islikened to a drawn catapult.)

Disorder arises from order, cowardice arisesfrom courage, weakness arises from strength.(What this means is that if you want to feigndisorder so as to lead opponents on, first youmust have complete order, for only then can youcreate artificial disorder. If you want to feigncowardice to spy on opponents, first you must beextremely brave, for only then can you actartificially timid. If you want to feign weaknessto induce haughtiness in opponents, first youmust be extremely strong, for only then can youpretend to be weak.)

Order and disorder are a matter oforganization, courage and cowardice are a matterof momentum, strength and weakness are amatter of formation. (When an army has theforce of momentum, even the timid becomebrave; when it loses the force of momentum, even the brave become timid. Nothing is fixedin the laws of warfare—they develop based onmomenta.)

Therefore those who skillfully moveopponents, make formations that opponents aresure to follow, give what opponents are sure totake. They move opponents with the prospect ofgain, waiting for them in ambush. (Formationsthat opponents are sure to follow are formationsthat give the impression of exhaustion.Opponents are moved by the prospect of anadvantage.)

Therefore good warriors seek effectiveness inbattle from the force of momentum, not fromindividual people. Therefore they are able tochoose people and let the force of momentum doits work. (When you have the force ofmomentum in war, even the timid can becourageous. So it is possible to choose them fortheir capabilities and give them the appropriateresponsibilities. The brave can fight; the carefulcan guard; the intelligent can communicate. Noone is useless.)

VI: EMPTINESS AND FULLNESS

Those who are first on the battlefield andawait the opponents are at ease; those who arelast on the battlefield and head into battle getworn out. [K: The U.S. military is about asworn out and thinly spread as it can be. Yourenemies know this—you do not. They are justwaiting for orders (or the correct sequence ofevents) to strike when you are mostvulnerable, WHICH IS NOW. Your troopshave zero protection against conventionalattacks, much less chemical, biological ornuclear strikes for which a shelter system canquickly and easily be provided. After all, if

you have no soldiers to protect your bordersafter the shooting stops and the (radioactive)dust settles, what is the point in having anarmy or militia in the first place? This is notan advocation to encourage your warringtendencies, but an attempt to prevent theslaughter of millions of God’s people—on bothsides of the battle line.]

Therefore good warriors cause others to cometo them, and do not go to others. (If you makeopponents come to fight, then their force willalways be empty. If you do not go to fight, thenyour force will always be full. This is the art ofemptying others and filling yourself.)

What causes opponents to come to their ownaccord is the prospect of gain. What discouragesopponents from coming is the prospect of harm.

So when opponents are at ease, it is possibleto tire them. When they are well fed, it ispossible to starve them. When they are at rest, itis possible to move them. (You attackunexpectedly, causing opponents to becomeexhausted just running for their lives. You burntheir supplies and raze their fields, cutting offtheir supply routes. You appear at critical placesand strike when they least expect it, making themhave to go to the rescue.)

Appear where they cannot go, head for wherethey least expect you. To travel hundreds ofmiles without fatigue, go over land where thereare no people. (Striking at an open gap does notonly mean where the opponent has no defense. As long as the defense is not strict, the place isnot tightly guarded, they will fall apart in frontof you, as if you were traveling over unpopulatedterritory.)

So in the case of those who are skilled inattack, their opponents do not know where todefend. In the case of those skilled in defense, their opponents do not know where to attack.(When directives are carried out, people aresincerely loyal, preparations for defense arefirmly secured, and yet you are so subtle andsecretive that you reveal no form, opponents areunsure—their intelligence is of no avail.)

Be extremely subtle, even to the point offormlessness. Be extremely mysterious, even tothe point of soundlessness. Thereby you can bethe director of the opponent’s fate. [K: This isanother area that has been taken to the nthdegree. You have aircraft of the stealthvariety that have the capability of hoveringhigh in the air over a country or near itsborder, whereby conventional or beamweapons bombard a target without anywarning or detection of point of origin. Cruisemissiles are usually the cover for suchoperations.]

To advance irresistibly, push through theirgaps. To retreat elusively, outspeed them.(Military conditions are based on speed—comelike the wind, go like lighting, and opponentswill be unable to overcome you.)

Therefore when you want to do battle, even ifthe opponent is deeply entrenched in a defensiveposition, he will be unable to avoid fighting ifyou attack where he will surely go to the rescue.

When you do not want to do battle, even ifyou draw a line on the ground to hold, theopponent cannot fight with you because you sethim off on the wrong track. (This means thatwhen opponents come to attack you, you do notfight with them, but rather, set up a strategicchange to confuse them and make themuncertain.)

Page 15CONTACT: THE PHOENIX EDUCATORJANUARY 19, 1999

Therefore, when you induce others toconstruct a formation while you yourself areformless, then you are concentrated while theopponent is divided. (What is orthodox to you, make opponents see as unorthodox; what isunorthodox to you, make them see as orthodox. This is inducing others to construct a formation.Once the opponent’s formation is seen, you thenmass your troops against it. Since your form isnot revealed, the opponent will surely divide uphis forces for security.)

When you are concentrated into one while theopponent is divided into ten, you attack at aconcentration of ten-to-one, so you outnumber theopponent.

If you can strike few with many, you willthus minimize the number of those with whomyou do battle. (While being deeply entrenchedand highly barricaded, not allowing anyinformation about yourself to become known, goout-and-in formlessly, attacking and takingunfathomably.)

Your battleground is not to be known, forwhen it cannot be known, the enemy makes manyguard outposts, and since multiple outposts areestablished, you only have to do battle with smallsquads.

So when the front is prepared, the rear islacking, and when the rear is prepared the frontis lacking. Preparedness on the left means lackon the right, preparedness on the right meanslack on the left. Preparedness everywhere meanslack everywhere. (This means that when troopsare on guard in many places, they are thereforescattered into small bands.)

The few are those on the defensive againstothers, the many are those who cause others tobe on the defensive against themselves. (Themore defenses you induce your enemy to adopt, the more impoverished your enemy will be.)

So if you know the place and time of battle, you can join the fight from a thousand milesaway. If you do not know the place and time ofbattle, then your left flank cannot save yourright, your right cannot save your left, yourvanguard cannot save your rearguard, and yourrearguard cannot save your vanguard, even in theshort range of a few to a few dozen miles.

According to my assessment, even if youhave many more troops than others, how can thathelp you to victory? (If you do not know theplace and time of battle, even though your troopsoutnumber others, how can you know whetheryou will win or lose?)

So it is said that victory can be made. (Ifyou cause opponents to be unaware of the placeand time of battle, you can always win.)

Even if opponents are numerous, they can bemade not to fight.

So assess them to find out their plans, boththe successful ones and the failures. Incite themto action in order to find out the patterns ofmovement and rest. (Do something for oragainst them, making opponents turn theirattention to it, so that you can find out theirpatterns of aggressive and defensive behavior.)

Induce them to adopt specific formations, inorder to know the ground of death and life.(This means that you use many methods toconfuse and disturb enemies to observe the formsof the response to you; after that you deal withthem accordingly, so you can know what sort ofsituations mean life and what sort of situationsmean death.)

Test them to find out where they are

sufficient and where they are lacking. Therefore the consummation of forming an

army is to arrive at formlessness. When youhave no form, undercover espionage cannot findout anything, intelligence cannot form a strategy.(Once you have no perceptible form, you leaveno traces to follow, so spies cannot find anychinks to see through and those in charge ofintelligence cannot put any plans into operation.)

Victory over multitudes by means offormation is unknowable to the multitudes.Everyone knows the form by which I amvictorious, but no one knows the form by which Iensure victory.

Therefore victory in war is not repetitious, but adapts its form endlessly. (Determiningchanges as appropriate, do not repeat formerstrategies to gain victory. [K: In the case ofyour adversary, they never change theirmethods of taking over nations and peoples. They don’t need to—the masses fall for theirlies every time.] Whatever formations opponentsmay adopt, from the beginning I can adapt tothem to attain victory.)

Military formation is like water—the form ofwater is to avoid the high and go to the low; theform of a military force is to avoid the full andattack the empty; the flow of water is determinedby the Earth, the victory of a military force isdetermined by the opponent.

So a military force has no constant formation, water has no constant shape: the ability to gainvictory by changing and adapting according tothe opponent is called genius. [K: Even thoughthe Israelis fight tooth-and-nail to keep stolenland (Palestine) to call their own, the Jewish-Khazarian practice is to spread themselvesover the entire globe, for in their “religious”work, the Talmud (written to sidestep spiritualtruths contained in the Judean Torah), itsuggests that Jews should be dispersed“...because the world ought to belong to us.”]

VII: ARMED STRUGGLE

The ordinary rule for use of military force isfor the military command to receive the ordersfrom the civilian authorities, then to gather andmass the troops, quartering them together.Nothing is harder than armed struggle. (Thefight with people face-to-face over advantages isthe hardest thing in the world.)

The difficulty of armed struggle is to makelong distances near and make problems intoadvantages. (While giving the appearance ofbeing far away, you step up your pace and getthere before the opponent.)

Therefore you make their route a long one, luring them on in hopes of gain. When you setout after others and arrive before them, you knowthe strategy of making the distant near. (You usea special squad to lure the opponent on a wildgoose chase, making it seem as though your mainforce is far away; then you send out a surpriseattack force that gets there first, even though itsets out last.)

Therefore armed struggle is consideredprofitable, and armed struggle is considereddangerous. (For the skilled it is profitable, forthe unskilled it is dangerous.)

To mobilize the whole army to struggle foradvantage would take too long, yet to strugglefor advantage with a stripped-down army resultsin a lack of equipment.

So if you travel light, not stopping day or

night, doubling your usual pace, struggling for anadvantage a hundred miles away, your militaryleaders will be captured. Strong soldiers will getthere first, the weary later on—as a rule, one inten make it. (When the road is long, the peopleare weary; if their strength has been used up intravel, then they are worn out while theiropponents are fresh, so they are sure to beattacked.)

Struggling for an advantage fifty miles awaywill thwart the forward leadership, and as a ruleonly fifty percent of the soldiers make it.

Struggle for an advantage thirty miles away, and two-out-of-three get there.

So an army perishes if it has no equipment, itperishes if it has no food, and it perishes if it hasno money. (These three things are necessary—you cannot fight to win with an unequippedarmy.)

So if you do not know the plans of yourcompetitors, you cannot make informed alliances.

Unless you know the mountains and forests, the defiles and impasses, and the lay of themarshes and swamps, you cannot maneuver withan armed force. Unless you use local guides, you cannot get the advantage of the land. (Onlywhen you know every detail of the lay of theland can you maneuver and contend.)

So a military force is established bydeception, mobilized by gain, and adapted bydivision and combination. (A military force isestablished by deception in the sense that youdeceive enemies so that they do not know yourreal condition, and then can establish supremacy. It is mobilized by gain in the sense that it goesinto action when it sees an advantage. Dividingand recombining is done to confuse opponentsand observe how they react to you, so that thenyou can adapt in such a way as to seize victory.)

Therefore, when it moves swiftly it is like thewind; when it goes slowly it is like a forest. Itis rapacious as fire, immovable as mountains. (Itis swift as the wind in that it comes without atrace and withdraws like lightning. It is like aforest in that it is orderly. It is rapacious as fireacross a plain, not leaving a single blade ofgrass. It is immovable as a mountain when itgarrisons.)

It is as hard to know as the dark; i tsmovement is like pealing thunder.

To plunder a locality, divide up your troops. To expand your territory, divide the spoils. (Therule for military operations is to feed off theenemy as much as possible. However, inlocalities where people do not have very much, itis necessary to divide up the troops into smallergroups to take what they need, here and there, for only then will there be enough. As fordividing the spoils, this means it is necessary todivide up the troops to guard what has beengained, not letting enemies get it.)

Act after having made assessments. The onewho first knows the measures of far and nearwins—this is the rule of armed struggle. (Thefirst to move is the guest; the last to move is thehost. The guest has it hard; the host has it easy.Far and near means travel—fatigue, hunger, andcold arise from travel.)

An ancient book of military order says,“Words are not heard, so cymbals and drums aremade. Owing to lack of visibility, banners andflags are made.” Cymbals, drums, banners, andflags are used to focus and unify people’s earsand eyes. Once people are unified, the bravecannot proceed alone, the timid cannot retreat

Page 16 CONTACT: THE PHOENIX EDUCATOR JANUARY 19, 1999

alone—this is the rule for employing a group.(To unify a people’s ears and eyes means tomake people look and listen in concert so thatthey do not become confused and disorderly.Signals are used to indicate directions andprevent individuals from going off bythemselves.)

So, in night battles, you use many fires anddrums; in daytime battles, you use many bannersand flags, so as to manipulate people’s ears andeyes. (You use many signals to startle theirperceptions and make them fear your awesomemartial power.) [K: In space battles, yourenemy will use many “stars” to convince theEarth-bound masses that an extraterrestrialthreat exists, so you will unify under the OneWorld Government banner.]

So you should take away the energy of theirarmies, and take away the heart of their generals.(First you must be capable of firmness in yourown heart—only then can you take away theheart of opposing generals. This is why traditionsays that people of former times had the heart totake away hearts, and the ancient law ofcharioteers says that when the basic mind is firm, fresh energy is victorious.)

So, morning energy is keen, midday energyslumps, evening energy recedes—therefore thoseskilled in use of arms avoid the keen energy andstrike the slumping and receding. These arethose who master energy. (Any weakling in theworld will fight in a minute if he gets excited, but when it comes to actually taking up arms andseeking to do battle, this is being possessed byenergy—when this energy wanes, they will stop, get frightened, and feel regret. The reason thatarmies look upon strong enemies the way theylook at virgin girls is that their aggressiveness isbeing taken advantage of, as they are stirred upover something.)

Using order to deal with the disorderly, usingcalm to deal with the clamorous, is mastering theheart. (Unless your heart is wide open and yourmind is orderly, you cannot be expected to beable to adapt responsively without limit, dealingwith events unerringly, facing great andunexpected difficulties without upset, calmlyhandling everything without confusion.)

Standing your ground awaiting those faraway, awaiting the weary in comfort, awaitingthe hungry with full stomachs, is masteringstrength. (This is what is meant by gettingothers to come to you while avoiding beinginduced to go to others.)

Avoiding confrontation with orderly ranks andnot attacking great formations is masteringadaptation.

So, the rule for military operations is not toface a high hill and not to oppose those withtheir backs to a hill. (This means that whenopponents are on high ground you shouldn’tattack upward, and when they are chargingdownward, you shouldn’t oppose them.)

Do not follow a feigned retreat. Do notattack crack troops. (If opponents suddenly runaway before their energy has faded, there aresurely ambushes lying in wait to attack yourforces, so you should carefully restrain yourofficers from pursuit.)

Do not eat food for their soldiers. (If theenemy suddenly abandons their food supplies, they should be tested first before eating, lest theybe poisoned.)

Do not stop an army on its way home.(Under these circumstances, an opponent will

fight to the death.)A surrounded army must be given a way out.

(Show them a way to life so that they will not bein the mood to fight to the death, and then youcan take advantage of this to strike them.)

Do not press a desperate enemy. (Anexhausted animal will still fight, as a matter ofNatural Law.) [K: Those of you programedinto thinking Muslims are your enemies shouldknow so-called “fanatical zealots” (or otherterms maliciously applied to the Arab world)fight with much more passion and commitmentthan do armies raised on “Rambo” movies. However, the animalistic ferocity of an armyof PROGRAMED synthetic replicas surpassesboth in terms of “efficient” killing.]

These are rules of military operations.

VIII: ADAPTATIONS

The general rule for military operations isthat the military leadership receives the orderfrom the civilian leadership to gather armies.

Let there be no encampment on difficultterrain. Let diplomatic relations be established atborders. Do not stay in barren or isolatedterritory.

When on surrounded ground, plot. When ondeadly ground, fight. (Being on surroundedground means there is steep terrain on all sides, with you in the middle, so that the enemy cancome and go freely, but you have a hard timegetting out and back.)

There are routes not to be followed, armiesnot to be attacked, citadels not to be besieged, territory not to be fought over, orders of civiliangovernments not to be obeyed.

Therefore, generals who know all possibleadaptations to take advantage of the ground knowhow to use military forces. If generals do notknow how to adapt advantageously, even if theyknow the lay of the land, they cannot takeadvantage of it.

If they rule armies without knowing the artsof complete adaptivity, even if they know whatthere is to gain, they cannot get people to workfor them. (If you can change with themomentum of forces, then the advantage does notchange, so the only ones who get hurt are others. Therefore there is no constant structure. If youcan fully comprehend this principle, you can getpeople to work.)

Therefore the considerations of the intelligentalways include both benefit and harm. As theyconsider benefit, their work can expand; as theyconsider harm, their troubles can be resolved.(Benefit and harm are interdependent, so theenlightened always consider them.)

Therefore what restrains competitors is harm, what keeps competitors busy is work, whatmotivates competitors is profit. (Wear enemiesout by keeping them busy and not letting themrest. But you have to have done your own workbefore you can do this. This work meansdeveloping a strong militia, a rich nation, aharmonious society, and an orderly way of life.)

So the rule of military operations is not tocount on opponents not coming, but to rely onhaving ways of dealing with them; not to counton opponents not attacking, but to rely on havingwhat cannot be attacked. (If you can alwaysremember danger when you are secure, andremember chaos in times of order, watch out fordanger and chaos while they are still formless, and prevent them before they happen; this is best

of all .) [K: This is good advice for thegoodly.]

Therefore, there are five traits that aredangerous in generals. Those who are ready todie can be killed; those who are intent on livingcan be captured; those who are quick to angercan be shamed; those who are puritanical can bedisgraced; those who love people can be troubled.(If you appear in a place they are sure to rush todefend, those who love the people there willinvariably hasten there to rescue them, troublingand wearying themselves in the process.)

These five things are faults in generals, disasters for military operations. (Good generalsare otherwise: they are not committed to death, yet do not expect to live; they act in accord withevents, not quick to anger, not subject toembarrassment. When they see possibility, theyare like tigers, otherwise they shut their doors.Their action and inaction are matters of strategy, and they cannot be pleased or angered.)

IX: MANEUVERING ARMIES

(This means choosing the most advantageousways to go.)

Whenever you station an army to observe anopponent, cut off the mountains and stay by thevalleys.

Watch the light, stay on the heights. Whenfighting on a hill, do not climb. This applies toan army in the mountains. (One version says,“Fight going down, not climbing up.”)

When cut off by water, always stay awayfrom the water. Do not meet them in the water;it is advantageous to let half of them cross andthen attack them.

When you want to fight, do not face anenemy near water. Watch the light, stay in highplaces, do not face the current of the water. Thisapplies to an army on water. (In a river basinyour armies can be flooded out, and poison canbe put in the streams. Facing the current meansheading against the flow. It also means yourboats should not be moored downstream, lest theenemy ride the current right over you.)

Go right through salt mashes, just go quicklyand do not tarry. If you run into an army in themiddle of a salt marsh, stay by the waterplants, with your back to the trees. This applies to anarmy in a salt marsh.

On a level plateau, take up positions where itis easy to maneuver, keeping higher land to yourright rear, with low ground in front and highground behind. This applies to an army on aplateau.

It was by taking advantage of the situation inthese four basic ways that the Yellow Emperorovercame four lords. (All martial arts began withthe Yellow Emperor [a Taoist ruler of lateprehistoric times, ca. 2400 B.C.], so he ismentioned here.)

Ordinarily, an army likes high places anddislikes low ground, values light and despisesdarkness. (High places are exhilarating, sopeople are comfortable, and they are alsoconvenient for the force of momentum. Lowground is damp, which promotes illnesses, andmakes it hard to fight.)

Take care of physical health and stay wherethere are plenty of resources. When there is nosickness in the army, it is said to be invincible.

Where there are hills or embankments, keepon their sunny side, with them to your right rear. This is an advantage to a military force, the help

Page 17CONTACT: THE PHOENIX EDUCATORJANUARY 19, 1999

of the land. (Advantage in a military operationis getting help from the land.)

When it rains upstream and froth is comingdown on the current, if you want to cross, waituntil it settles.

Whenever the terrain has impassable ravines, natural enclosures, natural prisons, natural traps, natural pitfalls, and natural clefts, you shouldleave quickly and not get near them. For myself,I keep away from these, so that opponents arenearer to them; I keep my face to these so thatopponents have their backs to them. (Then youhave the advantage, and he is out of luck.)

When an army is traveling, if there is hillyterritory with many steams and ponds ordepressions overgrown with reeds, or wild forestswith a luxuriant growth of plants and trees, it isimperative to search them carefully andthoroughly. For these afford stations forbushwhackers and spoilers. (It is imperative todismount and search, lest there be ambush troopshiding in such places. Also, there is concern thatspies might be lurking there, watching you andlistening to your directives.)

When the enemy is near but still , he isresting on a natural stronghold. When he is faraway but tries to provoke hostilities, he wantsyou to move forward. If his position isaccessible, it is because that is advantageous tohim. (What this means is that if an opponentdoes not keep a position on a natural strongholdbut stations himself in a convenient place, it mustbe because there is some practical advantage indoing so.)

When the trees move, the enemy is coming;when there are many blinds in the undergrowth,it is misdirection. (The idea of making manyblinds in the underbrush is to make you thinkthere might be bushwhackers hidden behindthem.)

If birds start up, there are ambushers there. If the animals are frightened, there are attackersthere. If dust rises high and sharp, vehicles arecoming; if it is low and wide, footsoldiers arecoming. Scattered wisps of smoke indicatewoodcutters. Relatively small amounts of dustcoming and going indicate setting up camp.

Those whose words are humble while theyincrease war preparations are going to advance.[K: This is what the Khazar tribes excel at!Israel’s neighbors are not fooled by the falsepromises and sweet talk of peace agreements.Ariel “the Butcher” Sharon is one of themasterminds behind any proposed “peace”talks; can you trust a man PERSONALLYguilty of great bloodshed and who was also amember of the ruthless Zionist Stern Gang?(Remember that Heinz Stern is Mr. Kissinger’strue birth name.)] Those whose words arestrong and who advance aggressively are going toretreat. (If his emissaries come with humblewords, send spies to observe him, and you willfind that the enemy is increasing hispreparations.)

When light vehicles come out first and stayto the sides, they are going to set up a battleline.

Those who come seeking peace without atreaty are plotting.

Those who busily set out arrays of armedvehicles are expecting reinforcements. (Theywouldn’t rush around for an ordinaryrendezvous—there must be a distant forceexpected at a certain time, when they will joinforces to come and attack you. It is best to

prepare for this right away.)If half their force advances and half retreats,

they are trying to lure you. (They feignconfusion and disorder to lure you into movingforward.)

If they brace themselves as they stand, theyare starving. When those sent to draw water firstdrink themselves, they are thirsty.

When they see an advantage but do notadvance on it, they are weary.

If birds are gathered there, the place has beenvacated. (If there are birds on a citadel, thearmy has fled.)

If there are calls in the night, they are afraid.(They are fearful and uneasy, so they call to eachother to strengthen themselves.)

If the army is unsettled, it means the generalis not taken seriously.

If signals move, that means they are inconfusion. (Signals are used to unify the groups,so if they move about unsteadily, it means theranks are in disarray.)

If their emissaries are irritable, it means theyare tired.

When they kill their horses for meat, it meansthat the soldiers have no food; when they haveno pots and do not go back to their quarters, theyare desperate adversaries.

When there are murmurings, lapses in duties, and extended conversations, the loyalty of thegroup has been lost. (Murmurings describe talkof true feelings, lapses in duties indicate troublewith superiors. When the military leadership haslost the people’s loyalty, they talk to each otherfrankly about the trouble with their superiors.)

When they give out numerous rewards, itmeans they are at an impasse; when they giveout numerous punishments, it means they areworn out. (When the force of their momentum isexhausted, they give repeated rewards to pleasetheir soldiers, lest they rebel en masse. Whenpeople are so worn out that they cannot carry outorders, they are punished again and again toestablish authority.)

To be violent at first and wind up fearingone’s people is the epitome of ineptitude.

Those who come in a conciliatory mannerwant to rest.

When forces angrily confront you but delayengagement, yet do not leave, it is imperative towatch them carefully. (They are preparing asurprise attack.)

In military matters, it is not necessarilybeneficial to have more strength, only to avoidacting aggressively; it is enough to consolidateyour power, assess opponents, and get people;that is all.

The individualist without strategy who takesopponents lightly will inevitably become thecaptive of others. (If you have no ulteriorscheme and no forethought, but just rely on yourindividual bravery, flippantly taking opponentslightly and giving no consideration to thesituation, you will surely be taken prisoner.)

If soldiers are punished before a personalattachment to the leadership is formed, they willnot submit, and if they do not submit they arehard to employ. [K: The modern “American”Zionist Occupational Government (ZOG) doesnot sit on your throne wearing the mask of thebeast; always they start off touting “civilliberties for all” and “champion of the people”.After your admiration is undying (andunquestioning), then you-the-people becomeexpendable human resources for their

schemes.]If punishments are not executed after personal

attachment has been established with the soldiers, then they cannot be employed. (When there areunderlying feelings of appreciation and trust, andthe hearts of the soldiers are already bonded tothe leadership, if punishments are relaxed, thesoldiers will become haughty and impossible toemploy.)

Therefore, direct them through cultural arts, unify them through martial arts; this meanscertain victory. (Cultural art means humaneness[K: The Humanist Manifesto fits right in herealong with this and all the other orchestratedmanifestos, protocols, charters and New Ageisms conceived to enslave you ones.], martial artmeans law. Command them humanely andbenevolently, unify them strictly and sternly. When benevolence and sternness are bothevident, it is possible to be sure of victory.)

When directives are consistently carried outto edify the populace, the populace accepts. When directives are not consistently carried outto edify the populace, the populace does notaccept. When directives are consistently carriedout, there is mutual satisfaction between theleadership and the group.

X: TERRAIN

Some terrain is easily passable, in some youget hung up, some makes for a standoff, some isnarrow, some is steep, some is wide open.

When both sides can come and go, the terrainis said to be easily passable. When the terrain iseasily passable, take up your position first, choosing the high and sunny side, convenient tosupply routes, for advantage in battle.

When you can go but have a hard timegetting back, you are said to be hung-up. Onthis type of terrain, if the opponent isunprepared, you will prevail if you go forth, butif the enemy is prepared, if you go forth and donot prevail, you will have a hard time gettingback, to your disadvantage.

When it is disadvantageous for either side togo forth, i t is called standoff terrain. Onstandoff terrain, even though the opponent offersyou an advantage, you do not go for it—youwithdraw, inducing the enemy half out, and thenyou attack, to your advantage.

On narrow terrain, if you are there first, youshould fill it up to await the opponent. If theopponent is there first, do not pursue if theopponent fil ls the narrows. Pursue if theopponent does not fill the narrows.

On steep terrain, if you are there first, youshould occupy the high and sunny side to awaitthe opponent. If the opponent is there first, withdraw from there and do not pursue.

On wide-open terrain, the force of momentumis equalized, and it is hard to make a challengedisadvantageous to fight.

Understanding these six kinds of terrain is thehighest responsibility of the general, and it isimperative to examine them. (These are theconfigurations of terrain; generals who do notknow them lose.)

So among military forces there are those whorush, those who tarry, those who fall, those whocrumble, those who riot, and those who getbeaten. These are not natural disasters, but faultsof the generals.

Those who have equal momentum, but striketen with one, are in a rush. Those whose

Page 18 CONTACT: THE PHOENIX EDUCATOR JANUARY 19, 1999

soldiers are strong, but whose officers are weak, tarry. Those whose officers are strong, butwhose soldiers are weak, fall. When colonels areangry and obstreperous, and fight on their ownout of spite when they meet opponents, and thegenerals do not know their abilit ies, theycrumble. (Generally speaking, the entire militaryleadership has to be of one mind; all of themilitary forces have to cooperate in order to beable to defeat opponents.) [K: In the case ofGod’s Lighted “troops” all must have the samegoal in their hearts and spirit, which is tofollow the Laws of God and The Creation to thebest of your ability, for only then are all otherproblems and obstacles overcome.]

When the generals are weak and lackauthority, instructions are not clear, officers andsoldiers lack consistency, and they form battlelines every which way; this is riot. When thegenerals cannot assess opponents, clash withmuch greater numbers or more powerful forces, and do not sort out the levels of skill amongtheir own troops, these are the ones who getbeaten. (If you employ soldiers without sortingout the skilled and unskilled, the brave and thetimid, you are bringing defeat on yourself.)

These six are ways to defeat. Understandingthis is the ultimate responsibility of the generals;they must be examined. (First is not assessingnumbers, second is lack of a clear system ofpunishments and rewards, third is failure intraining, forth is irrational over excitement, fifthis ineffectiveness of law and order, and sixth isfailure to choose the strong and resolute.)

The contour of the land is an aid to an army;sizing up opponents to determine victory, assessing dangers and distances, is the propercourse of action for military leaders. Those whodo battle knowing these, will win, those who dobattle without knowing these, will lose.

Therefore, when the laws of war indicatecertain victory, it is surely appropriate to dobattle, even if the government says there is to beno battle. [K: This has become the modusoperandi of the Bolshevik-Khazarian-Zionistpower structure in Washington and, leftunchecked, it is all but signing your deathwarrants. The balloon surveillance mission—along the same “cover excuse” strategy asAmelia Earhart employed many years ago—isat this moment approaching close enough toRussian Cosmodrone rocket-launching facilitiesand the two main Cosmosphere supportinstallations at Semipalatinsk and Novosibirskto cause a lot of trouble. This is very serious, people, a Korean Airline Boeing 707, flight902, was shot down for attempting to gatherintelligence over this area. Why is it soimportant for the Khazarian warlords whohave usurped the Pentagon to get “live”sensors over these bases? Because Project Z,the nuclear first-strike triggering a NorthernHemisphere atomic war (where all thesuperpower nations reside) requiresinstantaneous feedback from the secretadvance strike portion (a strategy discussed inSun Tzu’s treatise) that is to precede—BYMERE MINUTES!!—the launching ofeverything in the U.S. nuclear arsenal. Inorder to know whether or not the advanceforce of kamikaze super-stealth RPVs (remote-and robot-piloted vehicles) with their nuclearpayloads explode over their targets, at leastone sensor needs to be in place andoperational to register the gamma helium rays

that come only from atomic detonations. Sincethe NRO (National Reconnaissance Office) andNSA have no operational spy satellites inorbit to use against Russia, the Bolsheviksresort to balloons, airliners, experimentalgliders AND EVEN SPACE SHUTTLES tobriefly get a sensor in place. Your adversarycertainly keeps everyone on their toes, for thetoys they tinker with are so dangerous that inthe disabling, if not done properly, adetonation of such as hydrogen devices couldstart a chain reaction that would require SpaceCommand’s assistance to shut down. TheKhazarian-Bolsheviks are determined to have awar using atomic weapons, but it is still up toyou if it is a small one, with one or twobombs, or something much more devastating.Again, the mere existence of shelters protectingyour civilian and military populations bringsthe odds of such a war down so low that it nolonger becomes a feasible plan. Let uscontinue, please; always you must go aboutyour work steadily and undeterred by negativeissues and news, lest you become incapacitatedwhereby your enemy wins by default. JustKNOW that God and His Team win in theend!] If the laws of war do not indicate victory,it is appropriate not to do battle, even if thegovernment orders war. Thus one advanceswithout seeking glory, retreats without avoidingblame, only protecting people, to the benefit ofthe government as well, thus rendering valuableservice to the nation. (Advancing and retreatingcontrary to government orders is not done forpersonal interest, but only to safeguard the livesof the people and accord with the true benefit ofthe government. Such loyal employees arevaluable to a nation.)

Look upon your soldiers as you do infants, and they willingly go into deep valleys with you;look upon your soldiers as beloved children, andthey willingly die with you.

If you are so nice to them that you cannotemploy them, so kind to them that you cannotcommand them, so casual with them that youcannot establish order, they are like spoiledchildren: useless. (Rewards should not be usedalone, punishments should not be relied on inisolation. Otherwise, like spoiled children, people will become accustomed to either enjoyingor resenting everything. This is harmful andrenders them useless.)

If you know your soldiers are capable ofstriking, but do not know whether the enemy isinvulnerable to a strike, you have half a chanceof winning. If you know the enemy is vulnerableto a strike, but do not know if your soldiers areincapable of making such a strike, you have halfa chance of winning. If you know the enemy isvulnerable to a strike, and know your soldierscan make the strike, but do not know if the layof the land makes it unsuitable for battle, youhave half a chance of winning.

Therefore those who know martial arts do notwander when they move, and do not becomeexhausted when they rise up. So it is said thatwhen you know yourself and others, victory isnot in danger; when you know sky and earth, victory is inexhaustible.

XI: NINE GROUNDS

According to the ru le of mi l i ta ryoperations, there are nine kinds of grounds.Where local interests fight among themselves

on their own territory, this is called a groundof dissolution. (When the soldiers are attachedto the land and are near home, they fall aparteasily.)

When you en te r o thers ’ l and , bu t no tdeeply, this is cal led l ight ground. (Thismeans the soldiers can all get back easily.)

Land that would be advantageous to you ifyou got it and to opponents if they got it iscalled ground of contention. (A ground ofinevitable contention is any natural barricadeor strategic pass.) [K: For over 600 yearsthe Khazar Empire flourished as the mostpowerful nat ion on Earth thanks to thenatural fortifications along the borders ofKhazaria. The Caucasus mountain chain, which makes up i t s southern border , i snear ly 1000 mi les long, wi th a heavi lyglaciated central section containing severalsummits rising well above 16,000 feet and ishome to Europe’s h ighest mountain .Khazaria’s east and west borders are theBlack Sea and Caspian (Khazar) Sea. TheCaucasus connects these two vast seas andtogether the three natural barricades form ahighly defendable gauntlet.]

Land where you and others can come andgo is called a trafficked ground.

Land that is surrounded on three sides bycompetitors, and would give the first to get itaccess to all the people on the continent, isca l led in te rsec t ing ground. ( In te rsec t ingground means the intersections of main arterieslinking together numerous highway systems:first occupy this ground, and the people willhave to go with you. So if you get it, you aresecure; if you lose it, you are in peril.)

When you enter deeply into others’ land, past many ci t ies and towns, this is cal ledheavy ground. (This is ground from which itis hard to return.)

When you traverse mountain forests, steepdef i les , marshes , or any route di f f icul t totravel, this is called bad ground. (If you arecapable of extraordinary adaptation, you cantravel this ground.)

Where you wi l l surv ive i f you f igh tquickly, and perish if you do not, this is calleddying ground. (People on dying ground are, asit were, sitting in a leaking boat, lying in aburning house.)

So let there be not battle on a ground ofdissolution, let there be no stopping on lightground, let there be no attack on a ground ofconten t ion , l e t there be no cu t t ing-of f o ftraff icked ground. On intersect ing groundform communica t ions , on heavy groundplunder [K: The displaced Soviet Khazarian-Bolsheviks (not to be confused with theRussian people) consider deeply occupiedAmerica “heavy ground”, and if you allowthem to continue their plans for your nation, history will record the greatest “plunder”man has ever witnessed—as a country, andthen a world, is sacked by Satan’s parasiticarmy.] , on bad ground keep going , onsur rounded ground make p lans , on dyingground fight. (On a ground of dissolution, thesoldiers might run away. Light ground iswhere so ld ie rs have f i r s t en te red enemyterritory and do not yet have their backs to thewall; hence the minds of the soldiers are notreally concentrated, and they are not ready forbattle. It is not advantageous to attack anenemy on a ground of contention; what is

Page 19CONTACT: THE PHOENIX EDUCATORJANUARY 19, 1999

advantageous is to get there first. Traffickedground should not be cut off, so that the roadsmay be used advantageously as supply routes. On in te rsec t ing ground, i f you es tab l i shalliances, you are safe, if you lose alliances, you are in peril. [K: China is (grudgingly)your secret a l ly ; however , they are notwil l ing to al low you ful l access to theirterr i tory because they do not trust theBolshevik-Zionists either. Remember, Chinais the “dragon” from biblical prophecy, soSaddam and the Kremlin are not the onlyones to watch for retaliatory (or preemptive)strikes. Does the world hate the U.S.? Yes.But they do so only because of yourallowance and backing of Israel’s barbaricpolicies and heinous acts (public and secret)in the name of global conquest. Take backyour nation from the usurpers of freedom, and the world will again look up to whatwas once “the Great Experiment infreedom”.] On heavy ground, p lunder ingmeans building up supplies. On bad ground, since you cannot entrench, you should makehaste to leave there. On surrounded ground, bring surprise tactics into play. If they fallinto dying ground, then everyone in the armywill spontaneously fight. This is why it issaid, “Put them on dying ground, and thenthey will live.”)

Those who are called the good militaristsof old could make opponents lose contactbetween front and back lines, lose reliabilitybetween large and small groups, lose mutualconcern for the welfare of the different socialc lasses among them, lose mutua laccommodation between the rulers and theruled, lose enlistments among the soldiers, losecoherence within the armies. They went intoact ion when i t was advantageous , s toppedwhen it was not. (They set up changes toconfuse their opponents, striking them here andthere, terrorizing and disarraying them in sucha way that they had no time to plan.)

I t may be asked , when a la rge , wel l -organized opponent is about to come to you,how do you deal with it? The answer is thatyou first take away what they like, and thenthey will listen to you.

The condition of a military force is that itsessential factor is speed, taking advantage ofothers’ failure to catch up, going by routesthey do not expect, attacking where they arenot on guard . (This means tha t to takeadvantage of unpreparedness, lack of foresight,or lack of caution on the part of opponents, itis necessary to proceed quickly; it won’t workif you hesitate.)

In general, the pattern of invasion is thatinvaders become more intense the farther theyenter alien territory, to the point where thenative rulership cannot overcome them.

Glean from rich fields, and the armies willhave enough to eat. Take care of your healthand avoid stress, consolidate your energy andbuild up your strength. Maneuver your troopsand assess strategies so as to be unfathomable.(Consolidate your keenest energy, save up yourextra strength, keep your form concealed andyour p lans secre t , be ing unfa thomable toenemies , wai t ing for a vu lnerab le gap toadvance upon.)

Put them in a spot where they have noplace to go, and they will die before fleeing. If they are to die there, what can they not do?

Warr iors exer t the i r fu l l s t rength . Whenwarriors are in great danger, then they have nofear. When there is nowhere to go, they arefirm; when they are deeply involved, they stickto it. If they have no choice, they will fight.[K: Whether the warriors are seasonedspecial operations Army, Navy or Air Forcecommandos , CIA, MI-6 , KGB, or ONIparamil i tary operat ives and agents , orIsrae l i Mossad-Mishpucka gangsterterror is ts—al l wi l l per ish in a nuclearconfrontation. No, chelas, war is not theway to achieve any ends in this age of trueweapons of mass destruction. You have onlyone planet, and it must sustain and houseeveryone; one group has no more “right” tobe there then the next , so real izing andadhering to God-Aton’s Law of ONE,whereby al l can coexist in harmony andbalance, REGARDLESS OF AFFILIATIONS,RACE, CREED, FRATERNAL ORDER, ORANY OTHER DIFFERENCES YOU CANMANAGE TO CONJURE UP, IS THE ONLYWAY ANY OF YOU ARE GOING TOSURVIVE INTO THE NEW MILLENNIUM.]

For th i s reason the so ld ie rs a re a le r twithout being dri l led, enl is t without beingdraf ted , a re f r iendly wi thout t rea t ies , a retrustworthy without commands. (This meanstha t when warr iors a re in mor ta l danger ,everyone high and low has the same aim, sothey are spontaneously on the alert withoutbeing drilled, are spontaneously sympatheticwithout being drafted, and are spontaneouslytrustworthy without treaties or commands.)

Prohibit omens to get rid of doubt, andsoldiers will never leave you. If your soldiershave no extra goods, it is not that they dislikematerial goods. If they have no more life, itis not that they do not want to live long. Onthe day the order to march goes out , thesoldiers weep.

So a skillful military operation should belike a swift snake that counters with its tailwhen someone strikes at i ts head, counterswith its head when someone strikes at its tail, and counters with both head and tail whensomeone strikes at its middle. (This representsthe method of a battle line, responding swiftlywhen struck. [K: Or when liberties are beingstolen, whereby response is equally swift butwithin the laws of the land.] A manual ofeight classical battle formations says: “Makethe back the front, make the front the back, with four heads and eight tails. Make thehead anywhere, and when the enemy lungesinto the middle, head and tail both come to therescue.”) [K: This is a reference to wherethe term “Serpent People” (the name theKhazar people labeled themselves) has itsorigin for the ancient “warrior race”. Thiscontinues from the serpent “ideal” in thestory of Adam and Eve; you see, you aredealing with the same old energy, the samewolf (snake) in sheep’s clothing. Is it nottime for God’s people to wake up and winone?]

The question may be asked, can a militaryforce be made to be like this swift snake? The answer is that it can. Even people whodislike each other, if in the same boat, willhelp each other out in trouble. (It is the forceof the situation that makes this happen.)

Therefore , t e thered horses and bur iedwheels are not sufficiently reliable. (Horses

are tethered to make a stationary battle line, whee ls a re bur ied to make the vehic lesimmovable. Even so, this is not sufficientlysecure and reliable. It is necessary to allowadapta t ion to changes , p lac ing soldiers indeadly s i tua t ions so tha t they wi l l f igh tspontaneously, helping each other out like twohands—this is the way to security and certainvictory.) [K: This is also the way to ensuregreat and mounting casualt ies on BOTHSIDES. You are in a New Era (eleven yearsand f ive months , to be exact) and yourreckless warring ways and minds have noplace in the Age of Radiance. Physicallyand spiritually, ones so aligned will not beallowed to make passage unless the negativetendencies are released.]

To even out bravery and make it uniform isthe Tao of organization. To be successful withboth the hard and soft is based on the patternof the ground. (If you get the advantage ofthe ground, you can overcome opponents evenwith soft, weak troops—how much the morewith hard , s t rong t roops? What makes i tpossible for both strong and weak to be usefulis the configuration of the ground.)

Therefore those sk i l led in mi l i ta ryoperations achieve cooperation in a group sothat directing the group is l ike directing asingle individual with no other choice.

The business of the general is quiet andsecret [K: Privacy is one thing (that which isprecious and valuable to you), but secrecy ISNOT OF GOD. He is open and just; thatwhich seems myst ica l i s s imply not yetknown to you, no more and no less. Whenyou come into learning of how Aton’suniverse funct ions , there wi l l be nomysteries, only full recognition of your Co-Creatorship with the Father-MotherPrinciple: God.] , fair and orderly [K: Howmany leaders have you had who were fairand orderly?] . (His p lans a re ca lm anddeeply hidden, so no one can figure them out.His regime is fair and orderly, so no one daresto take him lightly.)

He can keep the soldiers unaware, makethem ignorant.

He changes his act ions and revises hisplans, so that people will not recognize them.He changes his abode and goes by a circuitousroute, so that people cannot anticipate him.(When people never understand what yourintention is, then you win. The Great WhiteMountain Man said: “The reason deception isvalued in military operations is not just fordece iv ing enemies , bu t to begin wi th fordeceiving one’s own troops [K: Your enemyHAS control over your top generals, so yourtroops are in very grave c ircumstances;however, it is not too late for you-the-peopleto come to their rescue.] , to get them tofollow unknowingly.”)

When a leader establishes a goal with thetroops, he is like one who climbs up to a highplace and then tosses away the ladder. Whena leader enters deeply into enemy territorywith the troops, he brings out their potential. He has them burn the boats and destroy thepots, drives them like sheep, none knowingwhere they are going. [K: By the way, thisanalysis on war applies equally to civiliansbecause it is you who make up any potential“reinforcement troops” once the initial forceis confronted. There is another treatise that

Page 20 CONTACT: THE PHOENIX EDUCATOR JANUARY 19, 1999

is circulated amongst the bankster (bankinggangster) elite that spells it out even clearerfor you ones—however, the penalty is deathto members who a l low leaking of suchdocuments, and it will be a brother banksterwho is assigned the task.]

To assemble armies and put them in todangerous s i tua t ions i s the bus iness ofgenerals. Adaptations to different grounds, advantages of cont rac t ion and expans ion ,patterns of human feelings and conditions—these must be examined. (When he talks aboutthe advantages and d isadvantages ofcontraction and expansion, he means that theordinary patterns of human feelings all changeaccording to the various types of ground.)

Generally, the way it is with invaders isthat they unite when deep in enemy territorybut are prone to dissolve while on the fringes. When you leave your country and cross theborder on a military operation, that is isolatedground. When i t i s access ib le f rom a l ld i rec t ions , i t i s t raf f icked ground. Whenpenetrat ion is deep, that is heavy ground. When penetra t ion is shal low, that i s l ightground. When your back is to an impassablefastness and before you are narrow straits, thatis surrounded ground. When there is nowhereto go, that is deadly ground.

So on a ground of dissolution, I woulduni fy the minds of the t roops . On l igh tground, I would have them keep in touch. Ona ground of contention, I would have themfollow up quickly. On an intersecting ground,I would be carefu l about defense . On atrafficked ground, I would make alliances firm.On heavy ground, I would ensure continuoussupplies. On bad ground, I would urge themonward. On surrounded ground, I would closeup the gaps . On deadly ground, I wouldindicate to them there is no surviving.

So the psychology of soldiers is to resistwhen surrounded, f ight when i t cannot beavoided, and obey in extremes. (Not untilsoldiers are surrounded do they each have thedetermination to resist the enemy and sustainvictory. When they are desperate, they put upa united defense.)

Therefore those who do not know the plansof competitors cannot prepare alliances. Thosewho do not know the lay of the land cannotmaneuver their forces. Those who do not uselocal guides [K: spies] cannot take advantageof the ground. The military of an effectiverulership must know all these things.

When the military of an effective rulershipat tacks a large country, the people cannotunite. When its power overwhelms opponents, alliances cannot come together. (If you areable to f ind out opponents ’ p lans , t akeadvantage of the ground, and maneuveropponents so that they are helpless, then evena large country cannot assemble enough peopleto stop you.)

Therefore i f you do not compete forall iances anywhere, do not foster authorityanywhere , bu t jus t ex tend your persona linfluence, threatening opponents; this makestown and country vulnerable.

Give out rewards that are not in the rules[K: bribery], give out directives [K: executiveorders and treasonist treaties] that are not inthe code. (Consider the merit to give thereward , wi thout ru les se t up beforehand;observe the opponent to make promises ,

without prior setup of codes.)Employ the en t i re a rmed forces l ike

employing a single person. Employ them withactual tasks; do not talk to them. Motivatethem with benefits; do not tell them aboutharm. (Just employ them to fight; don’t tellthem your s t ra tegy. Let them know whatbenefit there is in it for them; don’t tell themabout the potential harm. If the truth leaksout , your s t ra tegy wi l l be fo i led . I f theso ld ie rs worry , they wi l l be hes i tan t andfearful.)

Confront them with annihilation, and theywill then survive; plunge them into a deadlys i tua t ion , and they wi l l then l ive . Whenpeople fall into danger, they are then able tostrive for victory.

So the task of a military operation is toaccord deceptively with the intentions of theenemy. I f you concentra te to ta l ly on theenemy, you can kill its military leadership athousand mi les away. This i s sk i l l fu laccomplishment of the task. (First you goalong with their intentions, subsequently youki l l the i r genera l s—this i s sk i l l inaccomplishing the task.)

So, on the day war is declared, borders areclosed, passports are torn up, and emissariesare not let through. [K: Martial law is openlydeclared and, in the case of the U.S., UnitedNat ions peacekeepers come out of the irhiding places in your deserts, “abandoned”bases, and NATIONAL PARKS, and occupyyour towns and cit ies , daring you to doanything about it. (In places such as Area51/A6 in Nevada, UN patrols driving UN-sty le sports ut i l i ty vehic les—white withblack markings—have orders to shoot-to-killif THEIR!?! perimeter is breached by U.S.citizens.) Your leaders have already signedtreaties—the most powerful internationalinstruments available to the bankster elite—al lowing fore ign troops to pol ice yourstreets.]

Matters a re dea l t wi th s t r ic t ly a theadquarters. (Strictness at headquarters in theplanning stage refers to secrecy.)

When opponents present openings , youshould penetrate them immediately. Get towhat they want first; subtly anticipate them.Maintain discipline and adapt to the enemy inorder to determine the outcome of the war. Thus, at first you are like a maiden, so theenemy opens his door; then you are like arabbit on the loose, so the enemy cannot keepyou out.

XII: FIRE ATTACK

There are five kinds of fire attack: burningpeople, burning supplies, burning equipment, burning storehouses, and burning weapons.

The use of f ire must have a basis, andrequires certain tools. There are appropriatet imes for se t t ing f i res , namely when theweather is dry and windy. [K: The brushf ires that now seem to be seasonal inCalifornia and, as of late, other parts of theworld, are intentionally set. We have toldyou this before, but now you can betterunderstand why and how it is advantageousto your adversary.]

Generally, in fire attack it is imperative tofollow-up on the crises caused by the fires. When fire is set inside an enemy camp, then

respond quickly from outside. If the soldiersare calm when fire breaks out, wait—do notattack. When the fire reaches the height of itspower, follow up if possible, hold back if not.(In general, fire is used to throw enemies intoconfusion so that you can attack them.) [K:In addition to the obvious effects of startingfires, subtle behind-the-scenes plans also areset in mot ion. The huge , a lwaysunderstated, financial toll (through your all-encompass ing insurance agencies—inactual i ty , fronts for the Bri t i sh-Israe lintelligence apparatus—which will bring toa close your “white collar” class prosperityin one fell swoop when the stock market isallowed to crash—permanently) is in itselfenough to tr igger the implementation ofMart ia l Law. Through EOs (Execut iveOrders) pract ica l ly ANY sort ofdisturbance—manmade or otherwise—cancause the troops to march all over you.]

When fire can be set out in the open, donot wait until it can be set inside a camp—setit when the time is right.

When fire is set upwind, do not at tackdownwind. (It is not effective to go againstthe momentum of the fire, because the enemywill surely fight to the death.) [K: In themidst of an attack, you can expect othercommunist troops, in addition to the UN, tomarch into your c i t ies from across theMexican border. Governor GEORGE W.BUSH WILL LEAD THIS ASSAULT. He ismuch worse than his father, in past andpresent misdeeds, and his fluent Spanish isnot for friendly campaign speeches to hisLatin constituents—rather, his skills ARETO COMMAND CIA-TRAINEDCOMBATANTS! Can ones such as DaddyBush and his bad seedl ings be turnedaround to the point of helping your plight?Yes and no , just l ike your embatt ledPresident in the “Monicagate” impeachmenthearings. You indeed have some prettycrooked leaders, but what you have waitingin the wings is worse by far. When youhave a government that is of the people, forthe people, and by the people, it won’t matterwho is in office, for if you reestablish yourConstitutional Republic—and get rid of allthe garbage amendments added to confuseand trap you—your government wi l lfunct ion just as your Founding Fathersenvisioned, but better, seeing that you neverhad the chance to quite operate as a trueRepubl ic from the s tart . The Bri t i shFreemasons introduced “Democracy”, aSoviet communist term, so they coulddismantle and destroy the freedoms of thepeople . Free people are imposs ib le tocontrol , so they had to devise a way ofremoving your sovereignty—that is, causeyou to demand that it be taken—without themasses realizing what was being done tothem. That i s why seemingly wel lintentioned organizations like the UN are souseful to the manipulators. Kofi Annan, theUN Secretary General, and such as RilwanuLukman, Secretary General of OPEC(Organization of the Petroleum ExportingCountries), who head these organizations, are being used to put a different face on theplans for world domination. Blacks areespecially useful to the Khazar elite, becauseby putting Blacks in high-profile positions, it

Page 21CONTACT: THE PHOENIX EDUCATORJANUARY 19, 1999

i s harder to prove a Jewish conspiracyexists. Since Blacks outnumber Whites 11 to1, Blacks are placed in figurehead positions, such as mayor or police chief or whatever,to (1) pac i fy Blacks , and (2) se t thegroundwork for s taged and manipula tedsparks of racial strife. Remember, no non-Jews are included in their Global 2000 Plan. However, any and al l ones wi l l be usedalong the road to getting there. Ones soused are either willing participants becausethe price is right (and they may be unawareof the bigger picture and the ramificationsof their actions) or, as in Nelson Mandela’scase (after decades of “persuasion”), therewas not much of a choice to begin with.]

If it is windy during the day, the wind willstop at night. (A daytime wind will stop atnight; a night wind will stop at daylight.)

Armies must know there are adaptations ofthe five kinds of fire attack, and adhere tothem scientifically. (It will not do just toknow how to at tack others with f ire; i t isimperative to know how to prevent others fromattacking you.)

So the use of fire to help an attack meansclari ty; the use of water to help an attackmeans strength. Water can cut off, but cannotplunder. (Water can be used to divide up anopposing army, so that their force is dividedand yours is strong.)

To win in battle or make a successful siegewithout rewarding the meritorious is unluckyand earns the name of stinginess. Therefore iti s sa id tha t an en l igh tened governmentconsiders this, and good military leadershiprewards merit. They do not mobilize whenthere is no advantage, do not act when there isnothing to gain, do not fight when there is nodanger. (Armaments are instruments of i l lomen; war i s a dangerous a f fa i r . I t i simperative to prevent disastrous defeat, so itwil l not do to mobil ize an army for pet tyreasons—arms are only to be used when thereis no choice but to do so.)

[K: Know that your munitions makers(Rockefe l ler Carte l , e tc . )—together withtheir bankster partners ( the Rothschi ldFamily and blood-marriage re lat ions)—ALWAYS generate reasons to use arms, forsuch is a great money maker for these so-called “elite” manipulators. War games aresecond only to the medical scam as to thegreat sums sucked from the masses to keepyou impoverished and ailing; and, as withany parasi t ic creature a l lowed to free lydrain the lifeblood from its unsuspectinghost, the outcome is DISease and, if notremedied in time, death.]

A government should not mobilize an armyout of anger [K: This is important, so payattention, please.]; military leaders should notprovoke war out of wrath. Act when it isbeneficial, desist if it is not. Anger can revertto joy, wrath can rever t to del ight , but ana t ion des t royed cannot be res tored toexistence, and the dead cannot be restored tolife. Therefore an enlightened government iscareful about this; a good military leadershipis alert to this. This is the way to secure anation and keep the armed forces whole. [K:If it were up to we of the Hosts, you wouldhave no military and no weapons of anysort—you would just revert back to sticksand rocks, I suppose. But since you have

developed armies, it behooves your childrenand your planet to avoid going to war in theMiddle East, Africa, China, both Koreas,Russia, Kosovo, or anywhere else. There aregreat and wondrous things awaiting yourexperience—if you’d just allow your physicalbodies to survive long enough to get there.]

XIII: ON THE USE OF SPIES

A major military operation is a severe drainon the nation, and may be kept up for years inthe struggle for one day’s victory. So to fail toknow the conditions of opponents because ofreluctance to give rewards for intelligence isextremely inhumane, uncharacteristic of a truemilitary leader, uncharacteristic of an assistant ofthe government, uncharacteristic of a victoriouschief. So, what enables an intelligentgovernment and a wise military leadership toovercome others and achieve extraordinaryaccomplishments is foreknowledge. [K: This isthe unwritten credo of such as your BlackbirdSurveillance CIA-ONI pilots. The incredibleadvancements in transonic aircraft/spacecraftand the excitement of flying these vehicles—and the “rewards” that come with it—areenough to tempt the most loyal patriot. Theircloak-and-dagger exploits of a mostly bygoneera is as addicting as any drug can be. Theseones experience a heightened excitement of thesenses that causes a feeling of euphoria and, inthis state, judgement about what is right andwrong is impaired. That is why ones formerlyassociated with the lifestyle of a “James Bond”have a much more difficult time than civilianswhen it comes to working on the side of Truth. To spend all your life acquiring“foreknowledge” about potential enemies—when the enemy is the one who sent you out inthe “field” in the first place—is a hard FACTfor humans to deal with. However, after asoul-searching communion with God, and atrue desire to find your purpose, these onesbecome some very good Earthly sources forinformation that the masses can use to defeatSatan’s master manipulators at their owngame.]

Foreknowledge cannot be gotten from ghostsand spirits, cannot be had by analogy, cannot befound out by calculation. It must be obtainedfrom people, people who know the conditions ofthe enemy.

There are five kinds of spy: The local spy,the inside spy, the reverse spy, the dead spy, andthe living spy. When the five kinds of spies areall active, no one knows their routes—this iscalled organizational genius, and is valuable tothe leadership.

Local spies are hired from among the peopleof a locality. [K: The Mossad calls these spiessayans, but their practice is that of blackmailinstead of financial rewards.] Inside spies arehired from among enemy officials. Reverse spiesare hired from among enemy spies. Dead spiestransmit false intelligence to enemy spies. Livingspies come back to report. (Among officials ofthe opposing regime, there are those who can besecretly approached and bribed so as to find outconditions in their country and discover any plansagainst you; they can also be used to create riftsand disharmony.)

Therefore no one in the armed forces istreated as familiarly as are spies, no one is givenrewards as rich as those given to spies, and no

matter is more secret than espionage. (If spies arenot treated well, they may become renegades andwork for the enemy.)

One cannot use spies without sagacity andknowledge, one cannot use spies without humanityand justice, one cannot get the truth from spieswithout subtlety. This is a very delicate matterindeed. Spies are useful everywhere. (Every matterrequires previous knowledge.)

If an item of intelligence is heard before a spyreports it, then both the spy and the one who toldabout it die.

Whenever you want to attack an army, besiegea city, or kill a person, first you must know theidentities of their defending generals, theirassociates, their visitors, their gatekeepers, and theirchambermaids; so you have your spies find out.(Whenever you are going to attack and fight, firstyou have to know the talents of the peopleemployed by the opponent, so you can deal withthem according to their abilities.)

You must seek out enemy agents who havecome to spy on you, bribe them and induce them tostay with you, so you can use them as reversespies. By intelligence thus obtained, you can findlocal spies and inside spies to employ. Byintelligence thus obtained, you can cause themisinformation of dead spies to be conveyed to theenemy. By intelligence thus obtained, you can getliving spies to work as planned.

It is essential for a leader to know about thefive kinds of espionage, and this knowledgedepends on reverse spies, so reverse spies mustbe treated well. [K: This is what you arewitnessing with the Jonathan Pollard spy caseand other Israeli agents in the U.S. or soughtfor extradition in Israel. The disputes comesfrom the fact that American citizens arefinding out that Khazarian Jewish students, businessmen, etc. , are gett ing away withmurder (literally) and your government ishard-pressed to explain why they condonedit. It is not the American people who set upand allow these things to go on; it is throughJewish point operatives. The most visible ofthese are: Vice President Gore, Secretary ofState Albright, Defense Secretary Cohen,National Security Advisor Berger, James P.Rubin of the State Department, and Mossadagent Scott Ritter; he is a former UNweapons inspector turned NBCcorrespondent. The more the Bolshevik-Zionists exert their massive influence overthe U.S., the more they come to the surface.]

So only a brilliant ruler or a wise generalwho can use the intelligent for espionage is sureof great success. This is essential for militaryoperations, and the armies depend on this in theiractions.

[END OF QUOTING]

Thank you for your attention. I know thisis tedious at best, but it is important that youhave some insight into the state of mind ofthose who have dec la red themselves yourenemy. If you are to function effectively inthe face of your accusers , ALL ava i lab le“intelligence” should be used.

Commander Kor ton to s tandby, p lease .May Love for God and your fellow mankindgive you courage and s t rength to see youthrough this wondrous journey of Knowledgeand the discovery of your God-self.

Soltec: Feel The Changes InThe Air For 1999 & Beyond

1/4/99 SOLTEC

Good morning, my friend. It is I, TonioseSol tec, come in the Radiant One Light ofCreator Source. Be at peace.

Always look for the clues when lookingtoward the future possibili t ies. There willalways be the “signs” that you need along yourjourney. None will have their path so clearlypainted that they will not have to think or takeresponsibility. However, one who observesclosely all of the subtleties of their experiences, and learns to accurately interpret these signals, will have a much more productive, rewarding, and enriching journey.

As usual, our message is vague in terms ofspecifics, yet these words will cause within youa stirring which cannot be easily ignored. Whysuch words at this particular time? Why do wechoose certain word combinations that seem to“jump off the page” at you?

All is for a reason! Do not discount eventhe slightest word choice, for there can be muchcommunicated in terms of tonal frequency orreactionary response to a single word placed inproper sequence.

Allow for the changing (rising) frequency ofyour p lane t . But , perhaps even moreimportantly, please pay close attention to theinner feelings and emotional responses that youones are feeling from day to day. Growth is notusually something that explodes in your face, but rather, a gradual evolution of thought andunderstanding brought about from years ofexperience.

Your inner world is constantly offering toyou a feeling response to that upon which youfocus your attention, from moment to moment. Many of you have had a noticeable “innertension” since the first of the year. Somewould describe this as a sense of foreboding oruneasy anxiousness of sorts.

Did something “happen” as the clock on thewall ticked past midnight in your area on thefirst of the year? Yes!

There was a shift in planetary awarenessresulting from many people seeing that the year2000 was just around the corner. And, with theperception of time being such that the last yearis mostly a blur for the majority, many are leftwith an anxiety and an anticipation of the nextyear. There was no real change in physicalspace, but there is indeed a “charge” in the non-physical space that precipitates the events thatget played out in the physical.

Each and every day you ones makeseemingly small decisions and choices that

affect your daily lives—from what clothes youchoose to wear, to what food you will eat, andso forth. Though these are seemingly smallchoices, they can have quite a large impact onyour daily experience.

If you choose clothing that is comfortable, neat and appropriate, yet unobtrusive, you willlikely be far less distracted than if you chooseclothing which draws a lot of attention or makesyou feel “out of place”. Wearing a bikini to thegrocery s tore on atypical winter day isan extreme example.Likewise , i f youchoose to eat a lot ofgarlic or beans, youmay a l so becomequite a distraction toothers!

Now, if we look atthe fac t tha t thereexists this very realfeeling that most ofyou are feeling as weenter 1999, and weunderstand that this feeling is mostly due to theinner stirrings of the masses, then we have justmade note of an important clue. In taking thislook toward the future, there would seem to bea “significance” about the coming year whichno one seems to be able to put their finger on.

This feeling is their Higher Self offering a“wake-up” call. Many are still consciouslyignorant about the personal meaning of thissensation, but deep down in their “gut” theyknow that there is indeed a “quickening”occurring, and that massive, l ife-alteringchange is coming.

When the mass consciousness alters in thisway, the energy must seek its proper density foroutlet. If you feel hope and anticipation witheagerness associated with this energy, you willwalk Lightly through these times of change andattract experiences with that same Lightness. On the other hand, if you anticipate hardshipand trouble, you will attract more of this“heavier” (lower frequency) burden. Eitherway, the emot iona l energy tha t has beengenerated will seek its outlet (a grounding ofsorts) in terms of physical manifestation.

There is no experience you can have thatwill not first play out in mental and emotional(non-physical) spaces. The more “in tune” youare with the intent of your Higher soul-purpose,the more peaceful will be your experience. When you are “off course” with respect to yourcore intent, you will find the coming times quite

stressful in terms of inner emotional conflict. This is a perfect time for self examination interms of “feeling out” exactly where you arewith respect to fulfilling your intended purposefor this physical life experience.

Please also know that, if you are drawn tothese types of messages, then you are, at thevery least, on the path of educating yourself interms of understanding how you fit into theDivine Tapestry of Creator God’s thinking.

You are each in aschoolroom, trying tobetter yourselves andfind greater knowledge. The mere fact that youhave chosen to comeforth in such a mannersays tha t you havelessons to learn. Manyview ignorance as aweakness and it is hardfor some “intelligent”ones to accept tha ttheir current perceptionof the un iverse and

why they are here could possibly be in error.Yet, many of you who read this message havegreat errors in your “learned” thinking (thisincludes the one writing this message) that needto be looked at and “studied”.

Now comes the challenging part: How doesone identify their errors in perception andthinking? First and foremost, accept that youDO have such errors and that you are there tohave experiences that will show them to you.

This means that your whole life is a journeywith challenges and choices which will bringabout experiences that will lead to more choicesand future experiences. When you recognize arecurring “theme” in your life, you can be surethat there is a lesson therein, and that you nowhave a different perspective on the situation—hopefu l ly one of expanded growth andawareness. However, if you make the samechoice you did the last three or four times, youwill likely confront the same experience yetagain.

Approach life with a balance of humility andexuberance. You each make mistakes everyday. This is a natural function of the learningprocess. Some will learn faster than others, andsome will simply hold on to the irresponsiblebelief that they are the “victim” of luck andchance happenings.

Your current world situation will evolve in amanner that will cause every living being tolook within and ask quest ions . The most

prominent question for those who are not numbto life will be: WHY? Ones who ask thisquestion are wanting to understand how theseth ings happen and how they f i t in to theexperiential equation.

OK—why ask why? Experience shows thatif ones have an accurate working model of anysituation, they will be better able to make abetter choice as to what course of action totake. It stands to reason that the inner desire tosurvive in the physical will drive ones toward adesire of understanding.

Many at this time have chosen to ignore theclues that are all around, and have thuschosen to remain in a state of “sleepy”ignorance . Clos ing the i r eyes andescaping the “reality” of the situation,as it now exists, will not serve theseones for very much longer.

Slumber time has ended, and manyones, for a brief moment around the firstof the year, looked forward in time andfelt great confusion and uncertainty. This energy charge will dissipate in theform of all sorts of distractions andseeming catastrophes. It is, in essence,self-fulfilling prophecy. In actuality, itis out of spiritual ignorance to the factthat you ones have the innate ability tocreate, that much of what will manifest willcause confusion due to a lack of understandingthe creative process. Regardless of your beliefson the subject, YOU create your own reality andyour own experiences. PERIOD!

Denial of the “scientific” aspects of spiritualtruth does not change things one single bit. Gowithin and realize that this inner uneasinessneed not be a negative potential. It is mostlyunfocused energy that is seeking its proper path. You can tap in and use it any way you like, anddirect it toward that which you feel to be of thegreatest good. In doing so, you will find it aninvaluable resource in the months and yearsahead.

Our work (mission) is not to scare the hellout of you, nor is it to tear down or destroyany one or any thing. We come, as promisedby Creator God, so that those of you whowant to understand the underlying spiritualfabric in which physical reality is immersedcan have an external, objective viewpoint toconsider that is from a broader, uninhibitedperspective.

We come as Teachers and Guides who aret ry ing to prepare you for the upcomingchallenges along your current path. Much likethe tour guides who can make a vacation tripmuch more informative and enjoyable becausethey can impart their knowledge and experienceto you, we too have come to add to yourexperience so that you may have a greateropportuni ty to expand your awareness andunderstanding of who you REALLY are.

These messages a re on ly in tended asinsightful viewpoints from we Tour Guides. They are written, for the most part, for thegeneral public reader. You must ALWAYSchoose for yourself what path you will take andwhat you will do with ANY information thatcomes your way. We wish to he lp youmaximize the quality of your experiences at thistime.

If you choose to touch the leaves of aPoison Oak plant, after your trail guide has toldyou that such a plant is dangerous, then you

cannot blame the guide for not warning you.Your subsequent discomfort will be a result ofYOUR OWN CHOOSING.

You ALL have the ability to connect withinto your own personal Guidance. Learn torecognize for yourself what this Guidance is andhow to interpret it for yourself.

Your Guides are eager to work with you andwi l l a lways present you wi th the properexperiences so that you will come to recognizethis connection. Be persistent and willing toconnec t and hear a t a l l t imes . And beresponsible enough to accept what you hear,

whether you “like” it or not. If you have aquestion you would like help with, then askyourse l f , as a way of tun ing- in to yourGuidance, the following: “How would an en-Light-ened being from the Higher Realms ofcreation answer this question?”

You each, who read these messages withregular i ty , know how to d iscern t ru th foryourself. Stop being followers of another.Your Guidance always comes from within, first!Writings like these are for your confirmation asmuch as they are for your education.

Never blindly follow another. Every wordof this writing should be questioned within foryourself! EVERY WORD!

How do these words (in this writing or anysuch writing) make you feel inside?

Do you agree with them? Why do you agree or disagree?Does the writing help you?Does the writing cause you confusion?Does the writing “sound” like it came from

a wise and high-frequency Lighted being? What do you feel the intent of the writing is?Is there a manipulative agenda telling you to

do this or that—or else? (That is manipulationthrough fear.)

Is there an even- tempered, informat ivenature to the message which says: if you dothis, then the consequences are likely to bethat?

You should be asking these questionsEVERY t ime you read ANY source ofinformation! A wise person will NEVERblindly accept information as Truth withoutfirst asking a few simple questions, like theones above. The best intending soul on yourplanet will not be able to help you as much asyou can help yourself. You know what is bestand right for you.

There are Teachers and Guides who havecome to assist the masses with their insightsand knowledge . Many of you have beenreluctant to accept the responsibility of yourrole and await another to do it for you. This isfine, for there remains the experience of ever

evolving consciousness, which you are all a partof, that does have great and true value. Noexperience is meaningless or without value.

Trust your heart and trust what you havelearned for yourself. If a person is declaredevil by someone, then question seriously theone making such an accusation.

Are they judging the person or their actions? How does th is one know the in tent or

contract of another? What gives this one the authority to make

such a pronouncement?Have YOU any personal proof of such

actions, or are such merely the opinionof another?

Are the words s ta ted wi thcompassion and understanding, or arethey stated with anger and hurt?

Which of these characteristics doyou think to be a hallmark of Higher,en-Light-ened Teachers , and whichseem to be the product of lower-frequency, adversarial intrusion?

Be consc ious ly aware of thereactionary emotional nature of thephysical being. When ones feel theyhave been wronged, there is often aperiod of time wherein ones want tojus t i fy the i r own ( low-f requency)

feelings to the world—so that they can avoidconfronting the truth that they do not have theproper understanding of the TRUE reasons forthe agitating events in the first place.

All grief, anger, and frustration come as aresult of ignorance to the true reality of yoursituation. We of the Higher Realms view alloccurrences in terms of energy flow and caneasily see how it is that you ones attract intoyour experiences the so-called “negativity”.YOU ARE MERELY EXPERIENCING THEREFLECTION OF YOUR OWN ENERGYVIBRATION!

When you harbor negativity toward another, then you will ALWAYS summon forth likenegativity into your experience. Learn to allowfor the ignorance of others, and “forgive them, for they know not what they do” as you weretaught by the great christed Teacher.

This message is as much (if not more) forthe one who pens this message as it is for anyand all who read it. Do not, for one moment, think that our scribes are beyond the need forlessons. They are seeking answers just like anyof you! If they had all the answers, they wouldnot be there. Also, we do NOT give them theanswers tha t wi l l shor t -c i rcu i t the i r ownpersonal growth. This is to say that they toomust, as I said early in this writing, learn todiscern all the clues around them. Much likewith playing a game of poker, you must learnwhen to hold them, when to fold them, or whento simply find another game because you areout of your league!

I am Ceres Anthonious “Toniose” Soltec, come in response to the heart’s call for clarityand unders tanding . I am one of severa lthousand such Teachers communicating withyou ones at this time. Seek first your ownTruth and follow your own Guidance, and youwill have the confirmations that you seek.

In the Light of Creator Source, I bringinsights which may help you, like the tourguide , to ge t the mos t ou t o f th i s g randexperience before you.

Salu!

Our work (mission) is not to scare thehell out of you, nor is it to tear down ordestroy any one or any thing. We come, aspromised by Creator God, so that those ofyou who want to understand the underlyingspiritual fabric in which physical reality isimmersed can have an external, objectiveviewpoint to consider that is f rom abroader, uninhibited perspective.
