• Update all drivers and firmware from Lenovo for both the system and docking station. Use Lenovo’s System Update software to make this task easy.

• Determine if the issue is hardware/warranty related by running Lenovo Diagnostics.

• Open a support ticket. Check to see if you have a Premier Support by looking up your warranty status by serial number
