Greetings! October has arrived, and along with it comes The Stitchers’ Village Scavenger Hunt!

See page 3 for details. At the TNNA market in St. Charles, MO last month, some very kind designers

contributed charts to the prize package for the Scavenger Hunt. I would like to take this time to

thank them for their kindness. I must admit that I did not get the opportunity to visit with all the designers on site while I was there. It is a bit overwhelming to try to visit without interrupting when customers were

with them and I did not always have the chance to return. It was a lot of fun, however, and there are lots of new things, so check with the TSV shops to see what new things they have added to their sites!!

We will be hosting a Stitch Along on Halloween weekend in cooperation with Cheryl Granda of

Glendon Place. She is designing a TSV exclusive Halloween design that will be available a little later in the month. She will then host a chat in the TSV chat room on Saturday, October 30th. (See page 5)

Designer, Lisa Roswell, of The Primitive Needle generously donated a “Witches Hollow” chart along with an “Annie Hyssop’s Harvest Moon” chart for TSV’s Scavenger Hunt drawing prize in October. TSV Stitch Along

The Stitchers’ Village, in cooperation with Cheryl Granda from Glendon Place, will host a Halloween

weekend Stitch Along. Cheryl has designed a small, fun Halloween design exclusively for TSV members. You will be notified by email when, later this month, the design will be available with a purchase through

the TSV shops and to those who sign up for the SAL.

If you wish to participate in the Stitch Along, email patty@stitchersvillage.com. I will reply with the chart

information as soon as it is available.

On Friday, October 29, 2010, TSV will host a “beginning” chat at 7 p.m. central time.

On Saturday, October 30, 2010, Cheryl will host a

chat at 3 p.m. eastern time to discuss the project and for you to share with her your progress.
