Not only did the Nuremberg laws exclude the Jews from social events and the culture of society but it also proved the Nazi’s to be extremely racist.

Nuremberg Germany
Friday, 19 April, 13
The leaders of the Nazi’s demanded that Jews should not be able to have
the same rights as others such as the Germans
This started lots of conflict in the 1930’s
Once the Nuremberg laws became well known, Jews were not
accepted in society. The Germans became the ones to decide if one
was a Jew and if they were how Jewish they really were.

The New Life Of The Jews
The Nuremberg Laws also took away the Jews independence and made it very hard for the Jews to go out and enjoy the luxuries that they once had. Jews were not welcome in many places in the community. The Germans made sure that they could not take pleasure in the theater or shops. Jews were not even allowed to seek medical attention after the laws were introduced.

Everyone in Germany had to carry around identification cards, the government forced all Jews to have a red “J”. For all the boys your middle name would be Israel and for girls it would be Sara. This allowed the police to
easily identify the Jews.

“Mixed Blood”The Nuremberg laws had different policies when they described people as jews.
If a Jew had three or four grandparents that
were apart of the Jewish race, they were excepted to follow the Nuremberg laws. A Jew with two or less Jewish descendants
were what they called a “Mischling” which was a crossbreed or
“mixed blood”.

The Nazi’s changed some of their tactics before the Olympics. Hitler did not want any bad
publicity so the German’s removed some of the signs saying "Jews Unwelcome" from public
places.
